[Resolved]  Axis Bank — credit card

I applied for a credit card 3 months ago . Till now the documents has not been processed . The credit card employees are least interested in making a call to let me know what went wrong .
Moreover the bank has deducted Rs4000 consolidation charges inspite of my maintenance of minimum balance.Moreover , the page which shows charge details is not opening since last 2 weeks .
I am tired of the pathetic service this bank provides and now i have decided to end all my association with this bank .

CreditCard — not recieving of staement your emloyee s abuses over phone

Dearsir, i am not recieving any statement from your end since last 8 month.every month your emloyee called over phone in last moment.&they take payment . every month you are charging late fee.when this month ,they called me.i asked for statement.they abused me & forcing me to make payment without getting statement. i have talked to my lawyer regarding this incidence.either you settle down my account by wiping out my all late fee which you are charging from last 8month or i will be forced take legal help.please treat this as urgent.

Very poor services.Bank informes me while selling there card that card is free of cost...but now i m receiving statement from bank side Bal amount approx Rs 2500.Even i have not used this card..when i complained they said dont use this card we will send new card but till date i have not received new card and i they are sending statement with increased amount daily.I m very dissatisfied with this bank
i have not yet received my credit card statments despite of giving my address twice in your credit card office at Ashoka Estate, Barakhamba Road, Delhi, India. Nobody picks up any call in your customer care centre. ( credit card)

Dear Friends,

I have applied my AXIS Bank credit card on 2nd week Sep 07 but till now there is response from their end they have done the verification and they sent the Reference number also on 1 st week on Nov 07. When i called the Customer Care using this reference number they are replying that it is under Process and it will confirm only on December 07 and Card will issed with in 15 Days after Confirmation. I have not seen these kind of service in any other bank. i am really disappointed with them no other words to tell. Many people asked about the service from now onwards i am going to explain the bad service from your end.
respected sir, i had applied a credit card last month and the enquiry is held by u several time but there is no status could be received about my card or the reference no 750078.kindly send me the status of my reference no as soon as possible i m very thankful to u.

i"m really irritated from ur service i have allready mail my complaints that even i have available credit limit but whenever i swipe my card gets declined but u dnt care of those mails but use to send all bill alerts nd remainders nd dnt care of the customers satisfaction first of all value ur customers still now there is no responce so please take appropriate action on this and my name is Shantha Kumar. I am working in the APstate and salary is in your bank. The reason for complaint is when at the bank name uti the service of bank staff is good but now axis bank the service is most worst,the credit of our cheques are getting more late i.e more than 2days and they are replying badly.
