[Resolved]  Axis Bank — credit card

I applied for a credit card 3 months ago . Till now the documents has not been processed . The credit card employees are least interested in making a call to let me know what went wrong .
Moreover the bank has deducted Rs4000 consolidation charges inspite of my maintenance of minimum balance.Moreover , the page which shows charge details is not opening since last 2 weeks .
I am tired of the pathetic service this bank provides and now i have decided to end all my association with this bank .

dear sir

several time i have complaint against not getting monthly statements pls.send me the regularly upgrated statement
I have applied for a credit card & it was approved on june 2008. I had to change my location and my new address was updated to the Customer Service Axis Bank on July 2008 and an authorization letter from the head of operations, axis bank branch of my new location, stating that he will accept the card on my behalf was also send to customer service as per their instruction. When ever I make an enquiry over telephone or by email to Customer Service, the reply come " we have take your request on high priority & the card will be delivered in 7 working days". Unfortunately the card was'nt delivered till date. Now I am confused with what does the terms " 7 working days & high priority" means to Axis Bank Customer Service.

If any of the officers of Axis Bank happens to read this mail, I humbly request you to kindly let me know whether the credit card will reach me or I have to try with some other bank which provide better service.

I have applied for Credit Card about two months back but no reply has been made till date. Credit Card Application number is 1781565. Reply could not be made from Credit Card Department of Axis Bank of EP Block, Salt Lake, Sector-V, Kolkata-91 for defect in system, moreover, refused to receive my letter in this regard.
Let me know the status of my application either through email or at my mobile.

Credit Card Application ref no 1781565 pls. No reply made from you & branch of EP Block(Credit Card section), Electric complex has refused to receive any letter, so request you to intimate me your decision within three days without wasting time so that I can apply to some other bank and application to your bank for credit card will become null & void after three days from the date hereof.

complaints about the same.
At one point in time one of your representatives behaved very rudely which
forced me to cancel this card.

I have apllied for a credit card with Axis Bank after much persuation by their sales staff. Axis Bank rejected issuance of the card citing the reason being negative feedback by CIBIL and asked to enquire with CIBIL with control number as reference.
But i given to all the information correct .may be the satff entred wrong or the phone verification mis understood.But they rejected,so i want to all info reg why the applicaion rejected.Because this my prestige issue,and here after my credit rating may decreased its affected my cibil rating

I have applied for a credit card in Axis bank on the month of January 2010.Now it is 25th March and till now I did not receive my card .I have already get a credit card statement and paid Rs110 for its activation. The branch where I applied for inform me that it will come through Blue Dart courier service .Since I am staying in a remote area the courier company did not find my address and it returned back. I request them again and again to send it to the specified branch. But the credit card dept. deny to send it to the branch and the result is till now I have no card in my hand.

I applied for a easy credit card in axis bank they told that within 10 working days BUT ALREADY 20 DAYS OVER but still now i did NOT RECIVED THE CARD IF I CALL BANK PERSON HE WILL TELL THE CARD HAS BENN DISPATCHED FROM PAST ONE WEEK HE TELLING LIKE THAT IF I CALL CUSTOMER CARE THEY ARE TELLING APPLICATION IS STILL IN PROCESS PLS DO THE FAVOUR BY GETTING CARD BY 2 DAYS.

I had ordered a blackberry 8110 pearl mobile, Product code: X038, through your credit card. I had paid three EMI of 4330 rupees in month of june, july & august to your bank from my credit card.
But i never received mobile from your side, so i cancel the order and demand for refund in september. I dint get any refund from your side till date.
I am not paying this month bill, because there is no satisfactory answer from your side despite of my regular payment of bill. I had paid 12990 rupees for that mobile but i didnt get anything in last six months, so consider this as serious matter.
So kindly noticed my complain and give your response as early as possible.

[protected]) has been selected for getting AXIS Bank Gold Credit Card. On that time the undersigned requests Miss Merry for another Gold Credit Card in my brother’s name (i.e. Mr. Subhendu Roy, Axis Bank A/C no. [protected]) which she kindly agrees. An SMS send by Miss Merry on 10th Dec 2010 for bringing both of our Xerox documents from ([protected]) Necessary Voice conversation is attached herewith of the executive Mr. Abhishek Majumder ([protected] & [protected]) Address : Kolkata – 700 059 who rather came at my office for collecting both of ours documents.

But further verification in this regard is being made by your Head Office i.e. (Mumbai [protected] on 27-Dec-10 at 11:50 AM) in my name i.e. Mr. Surendu Roy, whereas no further enquiry in my brother’s name i.e. Mr. Subhendu Roy is doing by your branch.

This clearly indicates that you have no interest for getting my brother’s Axis Bank Gold Credit Card as promised by your staff.

Voice conversation with Mr. Abhishek is being attached for your ready reference.

Hence I am now not interested for the subject Credit Card being as I have been mislead by your staff.

Requesting you to take the necessary measures at the earliest and confirm the same.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have an account (salary) with Axis Bank (Ramapuram Branch) and normally their process & response to customers will be highly appreciated. I've applied for a credit card with Axis Bank last month and within few days i've received a SMS that my application has been declined. They stated the following in SMS, "Your credit card application for VISA gold with ref no 2409624 has been declined. We hope to serve you in future". Then, i've contacted a person in Ramapuram Branch and informed him to reprocess my credit card application on 23rd March 2011. No response and action from them and today i understood from him that my location will not be covered to issue a credit card. Please note, I'm residing at Parrys, sowcarpet where Axis is operating few branches with ATMs.
