Wanted to ask whether the new routes introduced i.e.spl-6 and spl -3 from colaba to churchgate and mahatma phule marketal are operated on sundays and bank holidays or no?Also is route no.74 from colaba to mahim operated on sunday?

Hi,

There are lots of people who travel for work from Navi Mumbai to seepz.
Currently BEST has started buses from Navi Mumbai to Marol, but these are always overcrowded & also the route taken by all of them is longer.
Only 1 bus 525 ltd. has been started which takes the shorter route but the frequency of which is very less.
Other buses which take longer route are as follows:
523,524,522,551,545.
As you can see there are more bus on the longer route which creates a difference of more than 40 mins during peak hours as compared to the other route.
& also start dedicated bus from seepz depot to Navi Mumbai, so that more people can commute easily.
The buses which start from Marol are so crowded that people cannot get into it from seepz.

Yes, I fully agree.
We are facing lots of problem and there should be dedicated bus starting from Seepz depot to Navi Mumbai. It would be really helpful if there is a bus taking shorter route from seepz to kalamboli as it takes more time during peak hours. This will reduce our traveling time by at-least an hour and also will benefit hundreds of people traveling on this route daily.

This is with reference to the Bus No.339. running from santacrus to juhu . i m a college student of sathye mahavidhyalaya, living in mhada police colony. according to new passes i can only travel from mhada to parle(E). But freuency and timing of buses is to low so get always late to college. And there is only one bus which go to the parle. so request u that increase the frequency of bus or extend path of any other buses going to parla, towards the mhada collony .such as me many of students facing this propblem. we are future of India so plz take an Immideat action.

This is with reference to the Bus no. 339 going from santacrus to juhu. i m college student from ville parle, and i live in mhada. the timing and frequency is too bad so i missed always one or two lectures in college . most of student from mhada collony also facing this problem. so requesting u to increase the frequency of the bus or extend the path of another buses toward the mhada police collony. we are future of India, so hope u take an Immideat action.

I have a complaint for BEST's AC buses. Yesterday(25-Nov-10) I was waiting for AC bus for Bakbay Depot on Godrej Soaps bus stop from 5.10pm. I saw 3 buses passes that bus stop(AS-13, AS-1 & one more without showing the number plate on it). None of the stopped on Bus stop. They were driving on the right most lane and just went away though I showed my hand and bus driver also noticed me. They didn't even bother to stop it. I wasted my 1 hours time. Finally I took C-42 and then again changed for another bus afterwards. I just don't understand if they really don't want to take passengers and want to maintain their speed of 100kms while driving, then why they are running empty buses. Better they stop running buses. Why should we waste our precious time to wait for AC buses. They are so rude. This is happening with me for many times. Now I will never suggest any body taking AC bus of BEST. This drivers prefer to have no passenger in bus than stopping bus for one pasenger. They really don't want to make business. Bus drives so fast and always drives on right lane that we don't even get a chance to note down the number. Once I checked with one AC bus driver few days back for such behavior then he told me that there is always another AC bus after this bus. What a disgusting answer! They like seating in AC bus to drive. I feel like they should replace their current staff of AC bus who are used to drive in comfort and don't understand passenger's problem.

494 bus while coming through Kalwa naka to Mulund check naka, is being very rush, it will be by luck and chance if you can just get in, even if you get in, you will not get breathing space, in the morning office hour during 8 am in the morning to 11 am. again sometimes it is noticed that if there will be timing buses like 8.05, 9.05, 10.05, 11.05, >>>>>>>> 8.05 bus will come at 8.35 or 8.40, sometimes some buses may not come. so you have to wait for next 2 hours if you missed one or if one bus in-between is not coming. So authorities should take a look at this kind of situation.

May be some more buses, more frequent, or just stop the best bus service on that root.

Want to ask whether on the B.E.S.T. WEBSITE the details such as route nos. area and all is shown in full and properly.cause on my comp its not showing route details and all even the map is coming partly.is it only on my comp or many others r experiencing the same problem.kindly tell

Bus no 340 which is running from aslpha(ghatkoper) to Andheri station it will not come on time from 2month bec unregular frequency of bus we all facing problem everyday pls do something as early as possible. its kindly request to you from all our passenger

BEST transport — Bus Frequencies too less and not on time also

This is to inform you that BEST releases very very less frequencies of Bus numbers 399ltd & 382 ltd and they are not even on proper time.....
My office is located in Govandi and i travel everyday by these bus numbers only, i know there are limited number of these bus but it also does not take such a long time to release them .There is quite good frequency of the buses during morning hours but when coming back home at night i have had experiences of waiting for more than 1 1/2 hrs...at the bus stop. One tends to become tired after office hours and wants to reach home.
So my only REQUEST to the concerned Authority is to take necessary actions so that the commuters of the BEST .dont face such problems in the future

buss no.336 is not going on route of s.v.road since 9 months.

buss no.422 & 324 much crowded os kindly allow buss no.336 route to cancel & let it route from n.m.college

already 4 to 5 busses are running in n.m.college route, so kindly cancel 336 route

skywalk at andheri is crowded so kindly let buss no.336 run on the route

Sir,

I wish to complaint that there is less frequency of Bus No. 122 from Ballard Piere around 5p.m. onwards. Within 5p.m. to 5.15p.m. you will observe that there are 10-15 buses of Bus no. 111 running empty and similarly Bus No. 44. Why so ! Why dont you think about the public those who are suffering from your services. If in case, we ask the conductor of the bus, why is bus so late ? He will answer you ask the Depot. Public sitting inside the bus also complaint that the bus was just waiting for 10-15 minutes at the depot, since there was no driver or no conductor.

Do you feel it just not an harassement to the public. If there is no frequency started of the buses it will complaint to your Executive Level and then after to the Ministers. Please take this complaint as urgent with immediate effect.

The period after 5.00 p.m. most of the offices are left. At this time people just rush out for the bus.There is no frequency after waiting for a long period. After seeing the bus from the long distance it turns out to be bus no. 111. Nearly 10-15 buses go, just empty. What stupidness. The diesel and petrol are just waisted without are public inside. The people going to Churchgate side, no buses at all. So stubborn and rough answer is given by your staff to the public. Similarly, to harass the public the driver will run the bus in a slow motion so that the public suffer from missing their regular train. Why so ! Are they to give us punishment . BEST should take over this matter seriously.

Travel in bus every day. From Datta Tekadi (jogeshwari) to Goregaon (west) in the morning at 8.00 am to 8.15 am. conductor not (week in two - three days) stop the bus on Datta Takedi. (i[censored] showing hand) pls do somthing. because this is the only one bus who is going to Goregaon (west). before public doing wroung some thing with bus or driver and conductor u tell them.

Actully my complaint about Bus No.501 (KURLA STATION TO AIROLI),

1) This bus arrive from kurla station 11.50 p.m, but this regular bus driver
start this bus 12.00a.m from kurla station.
2) This Driver drive slow bus when any best bus goes in front of.(only vashi route)
& when 12.05p.m. (506-NERUL STATION) bus full with passanger then he drive fast Deonar to vashi. & again drive slow bus from vashi to koparkhairne because before goes GHANSOLI BUS -519 then 512- MULUND DEPOT BUS,

SO WHAT TO DO GHNSOLI PASSANGER...

I THINK U DON'T WANT MORE PROFIT, FOR THIS REASON U GOES IN LOSS.

Dear Sir,

This is to bring you notice that the BEST bus(A/C) no:- 592 starting from Vashi Station to Marol Depot is irregular. Eventough the timetable is displayed on the BEST site, it does not adhere to it.

It is very frustrating to wait for the bus for long hours. This has happened to me atleast thrice in this week, where I have waited for 1 hr. When enquired to the conductor they give reasons like "Traffic hai, Bus got cancelled" whereas this is not the case with NMMT buses.

Why each time the bus gets cancelled? If the Bus management cannot afford A/C buses they can atleast increase the frequency of the non A/C bus so that people don't have to suffer and waste their time waiting for bus.


Hope some action will be taken in this case.
