[Resolved]  B. E. S. T. Undertaking — best bus complaint

From kandivali to bangurnagar there are only 3 buses running 210, 707, 205. i want to suggest them that there is no proper frequancy is maintaining by them. every 3 out of 5 occations this buses comes same time then there will be a half hour break.also their drivers & conductors are very careless specially 707 long route buses, they always skip to stop some of the small stop. I faced lots of trouble with best buses. some time i also argued with conductors regarding this, plz take some serious actions immediately on best buses we public have to face lots of trouble because their drivers & conductors are becoming very careless. plz do feedback to my email id [protected]@yahoo.co.in & on weekends also frequancy is very less, some this buslike 205, 210 whos last stop dahisar bridge some time they runs till chincholi bundur or orlem church (210) why they are wasting petrol to run for such short distances. i observe this buses for short distance they never had passangers, plz do take immediate actions on best buses

1)Starting bus before passengers catch the bus.
2)Rash driving and not stopping bus on bus stops
3)Indecent behavior and abusing.

It was on sunday, 3rd july 2011. I caught the 226 bus from gorai depot & asked for the jaicoch (jogeshwari) for the conductor. Its 12/- But he gave the ticket up to Majas Aagar of 14/- & When I asked him about this. He started arguing on that. I gave him 50/- He never give my remaining money back & when I started asking him about this Majas Aagar ticket he again started arguing with me by saying why didn't you give me change & immediately gave me my remaining money back as well.

That conductor was behaving very rudely to the passengers. I have noticed his batch no. It is 41443 (issued from satara). He was behaving very rudely to all. Even for me he said do whatever you want to do.

This is my complaint. I only hope you give a proper warning so that they don't repeat this again.

dear sir i travel best bus in last 20 years now a days i look there is MOBILE thef or pocket theft cases r increase in best buses so please take strong action against theft yesterday my son pick bus no. 280 fr. dahanukar wadi for mahavir nagar t 7.30 p.m. he just pick the bus & he lost his very expensive mobile in same bus another 2 person lost same so noe a days mobile theft & pocket theft increase 2 much so pls pls take some action against this criminal theft or increase a camera or what u can do but our pasine ki kamai ka mobilr or pocket cant lost.

C60 best bus at vikhroli between 7.00 to 8.20 a.m. towards borivali daily late and no of best staff travel in bus (atleast 10 to 15 staff sitting in the bus) pl.look into the matter.

I am a regular travel from Vashi Depo. to Akruti Center. Every day i suffer from new/ horrible experiances.

On this route, 522 & AS 551. Daily i starts journey from Vashi depo. I usually come around 9.30 am. Everyday i have to wait for at least 30 min for 522. AS-551 has been made for staff only. If they find customers then only they are welcome. I reach my place around 12 PM.

In the evening also, buses are very rare to find around 8.30 PM. We have to wait for at least 30-45 Mins daily. Buses are flooded with Kanjur & Bhandup people only. Vashi people have to stand till Bhandup. Sometimes even up to Sonapur. Most of the time we reach Vashi by 11 PM.

We are around 15-20 people who use to travel regulary on this route with same timings. Is it possible to start corridor service on this route? So that each o[censored]s as well as BEST will be in profitable position. Morning timings 9.30 am from Vashi depo & evening at 8.30 PM. frequency 1 bus in an hr.

We can approach for private vehicles. But we have a faith & trust on BEST.

Hope this matter will take into consideration with positive thought.

Bus Rout No, 348 & 448 are not stopping at Dharavi Pumping Station, & Pila Bangla stops, most of morning time usually. We are badly suffering from delay to reaching office on time. We humbly request you to provide your attention for said matter.
dear sir i m a student of rustomjee school today wen i was catching the bus 208 from sai amrut society (rustomjee) the bus conductor rang the bell and bus started moving i fell down and my school pant was torn so please take serious actions
This is regarding BEST BUS NO 229 betwwen Shanti Ashram (Dahisar ) to Santacruz depot.Thee is another bus C-12 which used to traverse betwwen gorai depot and santacruz, that time229 used to come to don bosco stop atleast in 30-45 mins.but from last month when c-12 bus route was changed from gorai to dahisar..from that day onwards 229 bus hardly comes in a frequecy of 30-45 mins . After 10 in the morning I wait till 11.00 (almost 1 hour) at don-bosco stop but this 229 bus does not come at all. it has haapen 3-4 times in 1 week time. And whenver c12 comes..229 comes just behind it..Due to this people coming after the busses has gone has to wait for long time.
Can u make aarrangment that when C-12 comes, 229 does leave immedeiately after that .i.e there is gap b/w two buses so that we could catch atleast one of them in 30 mins time rather than waitng for 1 hour at the stop and wasting our time,

As complaint you earlier regarding bus no 289. Still that problem
exist I just don't understand why you people don't look into this
matter. Everyone is suffering from this problem. Even today I have to
scream & fight with your people. Today there was a huge like almost 3
to 4 bus can fill but the TC (person who is looking after bus schedule
with big biyed on his face wearing blue uniform) was like just
ignoring us. When I went to him he said me to shut my mouth & stand in
Q and all of them (Bus driver, conductor) came towards me to push me
away. Where as on the almost same route there is another bus 288. They
were sending bus after bus I saw 4 buses going on that route even
though there were few people standing. So is this way to operate what
is impt for you people reaching their destination on time or just you
want to complete your daily route quote. And this is not today they
alway send 4 to 5 buses of 288 & 1 bus of 289. As we dont pay ticket
prices. Now I would again request you to look into the matter and
increase the bus of 289 route and also want you to take action on that
person (TC) and please don't give me your sympathy Ans please do
something or i will take this on higher level which may put you in
difficulty.

Transport problem — BEST BUS

Dear Sir,

My wife is daily commuting between Bhandup (Mangatram Petrol Pump) to Bandra Kurla Complex (Income Tax Office) by Bus no. 302 AC route. However the frequency of the bus between 9 to 10 am is not so good. The existing frequency is 30 to 35 minutes which is quite long waiting time. Hence requested to make it to 15 to 20 minutes atleast during office hours in morning and evening. We are sure that BEST Bus Head will take necessary measures in this regards.

B.E.S.T. Undertaking — RASH DRIVING CAUSING DAMAGE TO CAR NO. MH01AR8596

TODAY I WAS DRIVING MY CAR FROM MAHESHWARI UDHYAN TO SION CIRCLE FOR GETTING MY FATHER'S X-RAY DONE. A BUS BEARING NO. 2515;DRIVER HAVING TAG NO.6811 DASHED MY BUS WHILE OVERTAKING MY CAR NEAR KINGCIRCLE STATION AND JAIN MANDIR. THE BUS WAS BEARING REGISTRATION NO.MH01 LA 5679. THIS HAS CAUSED DAMAGES TO MY CAR ON THE LEFT HAND SIDE.. THIS COULD HAVE LED TO FATAL PROPOSITIONS ALSO. I WISH TO LODGE A COMPLAINT OF RASH DRIVING AND DRIVING IN AN IMPROPER STATE OF MIND WHICH COULD LEAD TO ANY TYPE OF ACCIDENTS IN FUTURE. B.E.S.T. Undertaking — Not stopping at designated bus stop

I, Mr. Rajesh Thakur have been a regular user of A/C bus from Borivli Station to Thane from the past 3 years. I regret to inform you that today while traveling to Thane the bus driver of bus no MH – 01 – AP – 0125 refused to stop at the designated bus stop at Ovla village, Shriram hospital, opp Blue Roof Club at Thane (W) { Time – 2:30 am }
All A/C buses stop at this stop.
I request you to mention the name of this bus – stop in your charts to avoid further inconvenience to passengers.

I stay at airoli.we have 513 bus from vashi to mulund.This are unlimited bus.But, there is no bus from 8.15 to 8.45.We are wasting lots of time for the waiting bus.Please make bus frequent on these time.

Hi AC bus 123 not taking SEEPZ Stop and istead of that its goes on the SEEPZ bridge.
Specially at evening time bus driver not taking seepz bus stop. (123 Ac).. We have been travelled that bus before also and we know the capacity of that bus, , still bust goes empty and that is loss for you and us also. I need u to take proper action on the same.

BEST BUS Route 226 — Increase the frequency

The BEST Bus Route 226 does not complete its journey by proceeding futher than Marol Depot, Kindly see to it that this bus completes it routing way beyond Marol Depot as well. Due to this commuters will need to catch multiple buses to reach their destination on the eastern side.

B.E.S.T buses — Improve/ Increase buses from wadala to andheri ,saki naka

There is only one bus- 341 that goes to Saki Naka from Wadala which has pathetic frequency (especially in the evening). Passengers have to wait for hours and consequently lead to buses getting over crowded. This my second complaint against this situation, please get this sorted immediately.

BEST BUSES — Proper Service

BEST Service of C – 71 & C – 72 buses

The frequency of the buses C – 71 & C – 72 are not on time in the evening. And sometimes the buses are late in the morning time also; this leads us to reach the office late. When the above buses were introduced, no wonder the buses were on time and also it was running highway to highway route, the passengers were quite happy with its services. But from last 5 months or more than that, the buses halt at Mahindra & Mahindra and National Park. There are hardly any passengers who are getting down or enter the bus. Previously when it was introduced the buses ran so fast that we all reached our office within 20 mins from Andheri to Kashimira, but now the services are down and there is addition of more and more halts. We all are paying more fare to these buses then why the service which was given first has been stopped now. And sometimes the bus driver they directly take the buses and do not halt at the bus stop. And the bus route 718 it takes the bridge route from National Park. Is there any use of taking it from the bridge seems like the BEST is also behind making money rather than giving service to the passengers?

So it’s our humble request the Head of BEST Buses to again start the route as it was before.
