Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance — My Policy Documents has not reached | |
I am a holder of HDFC Bank Credit Card. Bank offers me a plan of Family Care in collaboration of Bajaj Allianz and sell me mediclaim policy on 21st June 2008. Bank has deducted policy price from my credit card. I have got a sms from Bank that policy documents are sending to your postal address on 2nd July 2008. But i have not got any document. I have complained it to my bank credit card department then they have gave me policy number OG[protected] and said that documents are sending to ur postal address. Today, 3 months and 20 days has passed away but still i cannot get my policy documents. Was this information helpful? | |

[protected] dated 07.09.09 my policy documents not received till date i have tried so many times through customer care toll free no, my policy documents may please sent to us at given address as i am serving in indian air force and residing at given address
