[Resolved]  Bajaj Highland Holiday Homes — All False Promises

You are right. Thy are rogues who need to bought to book.
When I went to Tirupati a few months back, I booked for two rooms and two nights.
They provided only one romm and when I asked for refund theya re saying "We gave u the option of two rooms, but used only one.So we cannot refund."
I have been trying to reach them but are not reachable.

I DO AGREE MY EXPERIENCE IS ALSO THE SAME THEY TOLD US THAT WE WOULD BE ABLE ALL THE CLUB IN BOMBAY AND GET SPECIAL DISCOUNT AT THEIR PROPERTY BUT WHENEVER YOU CALL THEM FOR BOOKING IT IS NOT AVAILABLE & CHARGE RS 1000 EXTRA PER DAY WHAT IS THE USE YOU CAN NORMALLY GET THE SAME ROOMS AT A MUCH CHEEPER RATES I HAVE PAID SO MUCH AMOUNT TO THEM BUT UNABLE TO USE THEIR SERVICES THEY ARE ALL CHEATERS UNDER THE NAME OF BAJAJ I REQUEST THEM TO REFUND MY AMOUNT BECAUSE I DO NOT BELIEVE IN PEOPLE WHO ONLY GIVES FALSE COMMITMENTS

Hi Guys
I am Ayush, a software engineer from Bangalore. Like you, me and my fiancee were also duped by so called holiday resort group - Highland Holiday Homes. They cleverly made me pay 25000/- in August - 08. That time i was in a fix, i wanted to go to consumer court but didnt know much about it.
But after asking some friends and finding an advocate, i filed a complaint against them. and now i have got my money back!!
Court ordered them to give back 25000/- + 4000/- compensation. These crooks has only given 25000/- till now but then i have filed one more petition for 4000/- again and i hope i should get that too very soon,
What i want to say is, please dont wait for anyone and go and file a case against them.If your advocate is genuine then its not so complicated as it seems. I used to go to the advocate on some weekends and that too for 15 minutes to sign the petitions, rest he took care. It took me 4 months but i got my money back with compensation(yet to come).

WELL WELL WELL . ... HOW SCRUPULOUS THESE CROOKS ARE?? I NEVER EXPECTED SUCH FRAUDS ON EARTH. ... THEY CHARGE THE SO CALLED UTILITY SERVICE AROUND 900-5000 AND THEY DON'T HAVE ANY SUCH FACILITIES IN THE HOTELS SO FAR WE HAVE STAYED. IT IS JUST A SELF PITY TO SAY THAT ITS BEEN 3 TRIPS SINCE WE HAD TAKEN UP WITH SUCH A FORGERY COMPANY AND STILL WE ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE . I DO WANT THE PUBLIC TO BE AWARE OF SUCH FRADULENT COMPANIES AND TAKE STRINGENT ACTION AGAINST THEM.

I agree to the comments. These are the biggest cheat. In my case they have taken the money and even after 8 months have not given me the membership. They make only false promise. Please beware and dont ever go for there membership.

this is to inform you that highland holiday homes is not a part of BAJAJ GROUPS it belong to some fraud person named SANJAY BAJAJ who is from chennai, they sell the membership in the name of bajaj groups even me to they have sold membership in mumbai for 25000 whihc up to now i have not avialed the holiday i have taken the membership from R MALL from person name shugan DOSS i know where he is staying, as i have already put a police complaint agianst this person just waiting for my refund, but when ever i go to their khar office their again i meet one more fraud lady in the name of abida who says you can do what ever you want but we cant give you the refund

let all join hands together and fight against this people

i have all the information of all this people where they stay and where are they from let all put one police complaint in mumbai crime branch and put them behind the bar

Yesterday me & my fiancee went to their office at Mulund (Nirmal Lifestyle). They gave us the presentation for 1 hour. Then they showed us the presentation for various packages & we selected 7 days a year for 5 years @ Rs. 35, 000. They asked me to pay the entire amount, but i paid only Rs. 5000 & told them that balance money, I will pay you tommorrow. By reading all your complaints i am really worried now. I just have a receipt of Rs. 5, 000 signed by their authorised person. We have not signed any of their documents as yet.

Kaushik, Please dun fell into their trap. Many of their tie up resorts doesn't exist . Please don't pay.
If possible please alert everyone there not to fall into their trap.

We never got a good hotel, We tried to book a hotel in Shimla last week for which the hotel they are offering in their promos don't have tie ups with them.

PLEASE THIS MATTER IS OF OUT MOST IMPORTANCE, WE HAVE TO STOP THESE FRAUDS.

I have paid for 3 years holidays with Bajaj Highland but I never got any destination as promised by them in the last 3 years. Even I was not able to get booking as required. They dont have any hotels as promised or listed by them. They only have one in Mahabalipuram, Lonavala & Tirupati.
They were not able to give me the bookings when I required and now after number of calls they have extended the period by 6 months and also they have increased the luxuries tax. They are not able to give any destinations as given in the list by them. They will force you to take the above 3 destinations as it is their own property and all Third Class Hotels.

They will promise of giving you membership in renowned clubs but belieive me you will not be able to enter any such clubs by the cards given by them. They are real crooks and cheaters. I am spending a lot of money by calling them but not able to get anything out of them. Its my humble request to all the family that nobody should fall in their trap. They will also tell you that they will rent out the holidays for you and pay you, but this is totally a scrap. They will never give you anything back. You will be forced to use the holidays by paying extra.They have a office in Khar, Bombay. It is better to go to their office and bring them to public to get your rights.

I have also take there package for the holiday which they said that include the clubs and resorts, but when you do the inquiry at the clubs it is not there. They are not aware of anything like Highland Holiday Homes. Also they have promised to return the interest and the service tax which has been changed on the Credit Card from which I gave the payment however they denied. To add to same they have also said that the utility charges are 550/- for their own resorts and 650 for the other affiliated resorts but at the time to booking they say it is from 650 ONWARDS. I have no idea what they are trying to do but I am for sure going to approach the consumer court for the same.
