[Resolved]  Bajaj Highland Holiday Homes — All False Promises

In similar ways I was cheated by a firm called IGGI resorts international limited based in Chennai-Nungambakkam 600034.in 1997.chairman was one A ignasius and directors were mrs vanitha, mrs mullens mrs ignasius and others, auditors were mrs anil nair and associates, located at 2 k century plaza at teynampet. After this comnay along with the directors vanished from radar screen, I wrote to DIG CID in Chenai. Sorry to say they did not reply . I got a call today from this firm in Pune saying that I have been given a hamper of Rs 4500/- and i should collect it from their office at MG Road. I declined. There were too many points of similarity in both cases. I am now totally convinced that we are the biggest cheats on earth and here very few can be relied upon. Be ware. this could be trap. We do not belong to a society where holidays homes are enjoyed. Better go out of country for that.

I got a call today asking to visit and collect the free gift worth 4500. Here is the person called [protected] Mr Suhani. Question is if these guys are same and some of you say they are unreachable, then this is the chance to grab them.

i have also get this membership for paying them 18000/- through my icicibank credtitcard ( On easy 9 months EMI ), now reading this all comments i don't want to continue with them please help me how can i get my money back

When ever I book the hotel from them, they charge more money, then the quote I get from the Hotel Directly. They really are thief. Let me know How can I get my money back.

To add to same they have also said that the utility charges are 550/- for their own resorts and 650 for the other affiliated resorts but at the time to booking they say it is from 650 ONWARDS. When I was asked them to book hotel in Alibaug they ask me to pay utility charges of Rs 1550/- per day. when I was asked them at the time of Membership they said 650/- for affilated but they said charges will increased during seasion.
But when I directly book in same hotel they charge me 1400/- perday with all meals with breakfast. (Hotel name is Sanidhya - Kihim beach)
Is any body to help me out in this...pls email me...I'm from MUMBAI..

I too agree about Bajaj Highland Holiday Homes. I too got a call twice by a female called Usha Joshi ([protected]) and she was insisting on we (me and my wife) collecting the gift voucher from their office from Shan Hira Heights Building, No:13, 1st Floor, Above Titan Showroom, MG Road, Pune - 411 001. I was very well told not to carry any cash or money and had to only reach there to redeem the gift voucher. To my surprise, I had to go through a presentation which was just on a few sheets of photocopies. There were no brochures or visiting cards which were given. They compelled me to join as the offer was only for that day, and asked me to pay Rs. 25, 000. I have already paid Rs. 5000 and want to get it back at any cost. Pls let me know the process of filing this with the Consumer Court. I would also request others to pls not fall into such kind of a trap. If Mr. Rahul Bajaj is reading this then I would request him to take stern action against this company which is tarnishing the "Bajaj" image and brand name in the market by cheating customers. These rouges are using the "Bajaj" brand name to promote their products and services, which is false.

WHAT they are doing is not good. God will punish them. please dont cheat anyone else.

Bajaj Highland — False promises

Today morning (25-Aug-2010) during my brkfast I gotta call from from "Bajaj highland home company" San Hira height, 1st floor, near canara Bank, Above titan showroom, M.G. Road, Camp, Pune" from Ms. Priyanka joshi ([protected])...for the gift voucher of worth 4500/-. All I need to do was to answer atleast two correct answer out of three.

The Questions were having only two options :
Q.1. On first July, upon whose name "doctors day" is celebrated.

Option 1: B.C. Roy
Option 2 : Baba Saheb Ambedkar

My Answer : B.C. Roy. correct !

Q.2. Who is the head of RBI?
Option 1: Governor
Option 2. : President
My Answer : Governor. correct!

Q.3. Who wrote Ramcharitmanas.
Option 1: Tulsidas
Option 2 : Surdaas(not sure abt this option...but anyhow...every body with minimal GK and those who have heard Surdas jokes knows the answer.)

Wowwwwwwwwwwwwww I am eligible for 4500/- gift voucher for just spending 4-5 minutes of incoming phone call from Ms. Joshi ...!!! I I thought today is my day. If morning is so beautiful, how cud be the day !

I was given the address as mentioned above to come along with wife. I said but I m unmarried. She replied is there any one in ur family who is married ? (Wat a foolish question dat was !).

I said my bro n sis in law can come. However that was not possible, actually i thought to take my colleague as my fake bro n sis in law.
But they denied to come as they were already knowing abt these sort of stuffs.

Then Ms Priyanka joshi again called me after 15 mins (same name but voice sounded different )and i told her the factual position like my bro n sis in law are not available , can't i come alone ?
She resisted. She said u can bring ur fiance. I said I dont have any fiance, she replied u can even bring any girl with u and tell here that she is ur fiance. I said its Ok.

Secondly she asked me about my age, I said 21 years, She replied , tell here u r 27 Yrs old, I said I cant coz i look like a 19 yrs old person. No issues from her.

I was told I will get the confirmation call before one hour of the scheculed time of the meeting.

But...only one thought and a good advice lead me to come this forum...the thought (saying...quote etc. ) is :

so I am not saying they cheated me or if I am going to them to be cheated.But after reading 7 pages of comments here...

Bajaj Highland Holiday home has different strategies. One strategy is to call your telephone number and conduct a quiz. The questions would be very simple. Even if you say the wrong answers they would say that you have won the quiz and are eligible for a prize. They ask you to come and collect free gift and vouchers with your family. The insist on your coming there with family only. Once you are there they try to brainwash you into becoming a member of their resorts. They start with offers of Rs 50000 and if you bargain they come down to 10000. If you say that you dont have money with you now, they send an agent along with you to some how get cheque or cash. Only after giving them money we had realised that these fellows are cheaters as our friends told us about them. Even then we visited their so called resorts in Kodaikanal and Mahabalipuram and found out that they are of very poor quality. BEWARE OF THESE CHEATERS. THEY ARE NOT AT ALL RELATED TO THE BAJAJ GROUP!!

I also got cheated by them. I paid Rs.18000/- for a three package. Did not get any booking from them. I am feeling very sorry for myself that I fell into their trap.

They are real cheaters and its a big fraud.Any in Pune who has been duped?.please contact me on [protected].
I paid Rs.6000 for 6Days/7Nights for a year by Credit card. they told me that it will be converted into EMIs which never happened. They do not have hotels except those three 3rd grade hotels. You will find the which they book are cheaper if you directly book them. Also, they promise PAN Card Club benifits...which again is a big fraud.

Please let me know, how to go about collectively and fight with these people and get our money back... Madan [protected].

THIS COMPANY ARE MAKING FOOLS BY CALLING THE CONSUMER IN THE SEMINAR THE DAY THEY CALLED US AND EXPLAIN US SOME SCHEME AND WE LIKE ONE OF THE SCHEME AND WE ALSO GIVEN THE CASH AND WE ALSO HAVE THE PROOF OF THAT CASH RECEIPT AND WE HAVE NOT ARRIVE ON TOUR AND NOW WHEN WE ARE NOT ABLE TO GO ON TOUR SO THEY ARE NOT REFUNDING OUR MONEY AND IT IS SPECIFICALLY TOLD THAT IF WE DINT LIKE THE SCHEME THAN THEY WILL REFUND OUR MONEY BACK BY DEDUCTING SOME SMALL CHARGES AND STILL THEY ARE NOT GIVING US THE RESPONCE OF OUR VOICE THE ARE ONE OF THE BIGGEST FROOD COMPANY.

Yes..they are the biggest cheater...We should create awareness about this issue online, newspaper, chain emails, local channels, and their no. should be banned from Tele marketing list..then only people will come to know abt this fraud..Dont know how many no. of people get trapped in such frauds...Really its a serious concern..
