DEAR SIR / MADAM,

THIS IS SECOND TIME COMPLAIN I M SUBMITING TO YOU BECAUSE I M NOT GETTING ANY RESPONSE FROM BANK OF INDIA. I NEED MY MONEY. I WANT TO SUBIT IN SCHOOL FOR THE FEES OF MY DAUGHTER.

I VIJAY KESHAVLAL SHAH SAVING ACCOUNT HOLDER WITH BANK OF INDIA WITH OPERA HOUSE BRANCH AS SAVING A/C NO: [protected] (ATM CARD NO: [protected]). I HAD VISITED TO ORIENTAL BANK ATM AT OPERA HOUSE TO WITHDRAW RS.15, 000/- ON 2/4/2009 I TRIED CONTINUE THREE TIMES I WAS NOT GETTING MONEY AND IN SLIP MENTIONED THAT CONTACT TO BANK AND WHEN I VISITED TO BANK RS.15, 000/- WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT THEN I GAVE COMPLAIN TO MR. JAISWAL OPERA HOUSE BRANCH OF BANK OF INDIA BUT STILL I HAVE NOT GOT ANY RESPONSE. FOR YOUR KIND INFORMATION I AM NOT A RICH MAN I AM A SALARIED PERSON. SO PLEASE TAKE SOME IMPORTANT STEPS FOR THE SAME. I HOPE THAT I WILL GET GOOD RESPONSE FROM YOUR SIDE SOON. THANKING YOU.

hello
i m also facing same problem with bank of india.My atm transaction has failed for 3 times over a period of 8 months
and evrytime they r taking 50 /60 days .Plz let me know if complaninng over here has helped u ..
and hw can i frame a proper complaint ..

i am bank of india user my atm card has been lost
i tried several times to call on the toll free num [protected]

and[protected], 40429005/6/7

but i coundn't contact coutomer care i tried for 5hrs

why the phone num is given if no body could contact is
sir, mera nam vipul bendale hai. sir mera account bank od india ke dabhiakheda branch me hai aur mera account no. [protected] hai . mene ATM Card ke lia form dec.2010 me dia tha muze jan2011 me atm card ka code bhi mila magar card abhi nahi mila. mene bank me bar-2 sampark kiya lekin meri samsya ka samadhan nahi bank ya bank ke head office. ne kiya . apse nivedan hai ki aap muze atm card dilane me madad kare. thanks. dear sir, my atm has been lost 6 month ago. i applied for a new atm at bank of india morena branch. after that i went to the branch so many times but there was no healthy response from the officials every time. today after checking the atm card register i found that my atm card hv been issued to another person named shailendra pathak on 16-08-12. they say that this is not a big thing. we will close this a/c and u should apply for a new a/c and atm.but u knw this is a big mistake.please help me. my name is shailesh pathak.my a/c no. is [protected]. my atm card no. is 1529. my mobile no. is [protected]. the bank name is bank of india, branch- morena. ifsc code- BKID0009028.
