By your column I will like to bring the casual approach of bank authorities in which bank fails to refund my money from Disputed ATM transaction at Shastripuram AGRA ATM comes under new Agra office since 27/02/2011 despite moving into consumer court wherein bank fails to give appropriate answers to this problem. Since out of Rs 21000.00 attempted to withdraw from this ATM I was in receipt of Rs 13000.00.
After in lodging my complaint bank had initially paid me Rs 21000.00 and on the next day withdrawing full amount from my A/c Hence I want to know from Bank on which basis they have credited full amount first as this suggest that bank was not sure of its ATM that how much is excess amount was there. Again this ATM was faulty on this particular day as all the cash was received by me was in Rs 100.00 denomination and Rs 500.00 denomination was not there
The concerned bank is totally ignoring all these facts and fails to refund my money of Rs 8000.00 short which shows indifferent attitude of

      my name is Suraj Raju Shemade (Uttam nagar Pune) I have Saving account in bank of India (main branch camp branch) i had lost my Bank of India's ATM Card. I filled a request form in bank in August 2012. Bank said it may take 45 days. I did not get it. i visited bank on 13 October 2012, bank said they do not have my request form,it was not updated in computer. Again, I filled another form I asked for reference no. they provided me. its 31st december now & still I did not get it. When I call bank they say it may take 4 days or may also take 01 year to get my card. I also kept 1000Rs balance in my account so that balance should not b d reason for that.

        I have lost my atm card 2 mths back & i applied in rajendra nagar branch of bank of india 0n 22/10/12 but till today i have not received my new atm card. I have contacted 2-3 times in branch bank & i was told that i will receive in few days.but no result.i m a student & lives out of my hometown & i am facing diifculty in the absence of atm card.kindly look after the matter & do needful as soon as possible.My a/c no.-[protected].

          Dear Sir,

          I took education loan in Aug 2009 of amount 2.50 lakhs,

          As per the government rule passed recently no interest is to be charged on loans below 4 lakhs for those candidates whose father's annual income is below 4 lakhs. I placed a request regarding the same in Bank i.e Bank of India (Kerkend Branch) from which i took loan in September 2012, but i have not received any positive response from them till date.Instead of providing me waiver they are pressurizing me to pay the Interest at any cost in just 1 month i.e. before 31st December 2012.

          Please help me ,please suggest what should i do now.

          I have taken a education loan with Indian Bank , but there is no interest waiver . Course is - Bsc Nautical Science at Vels college . My family income is less that 4.5 lakhs per annum . Need your help on the same.

                I have requested my bank (bank of India) to plz issue me the cheque book for my bank account no 9675XXXXXXX1135 but bank just refused to issue chq. Book. And when I ask the reason they didn't answer me instead they told me to withdraw my A/C.

                Next day when I ask bank manager about this he didn't answer me correctly and abused me by saying some bad words and told me that "bank is not depend on you, take your money and leave"

                  I am Jenny Balaji banking with Bank of India Vile Parle(W) Branch since 1983. As my Global Debit-cum-ATM card had expired, I was sent upon request a new Card with PIN number. The PIN number was rejected when I went to first use the Card at the ATM of Bank of India, Vile parle (W), My card Number is, , , , , , , , , , , , 5193. Please inform me as to how to go about making my PIN number work although I keyed in all the instructions which came on the ATM screen.The Machine printed out Incorrect PIN although I was keying the PIN number sent by Bank of India, Headoffice.I am unable to withdraw any money as its difficult to go the the bank often to withdraw and stand in a long queue being a senior citizen.                   Hi, I am Jenny Balaji went to my Vile Parle (W) Branch who issued me a new PIN and asked me to activate it after five days...so lets see if this time round it works. I think one has to contact their branch for debit-cum-ATM card complaints who will follow it up for you or advise you how to go about it.

                        I have done a NEFT transaction online from Axis Bank to Bank of India
                        in this transaction i had quoted wrong Account no. of beneficiary and after transaction
                        informed both the banks
                        now BOI told me to send email regarding the same

                              I, Susnigdha Banerjee am a account holder of Bank of India, Andal Branch, Dist - Burdwan, Pin- 713321, West Bengal. My Savings Bank Account No. is [protected]. On 23rd of April 2012 I was withdrawn an amount of Rs. 15000/- from ATM of Bank of India which is located at Burnpur, Dist- Burdwan, West Bengal, Pin- 713325. But when I checked account statement of that day (23/04/2012) I noticed that Bank Debits the amount of Rs. 15000/- twice time against the transaction No. "CWDR//209155/CBU9001" dated on 23/04/2012 and "CWDR//209157/CBU9001" dated on 23/04/2012. both transaction are shown the withdrawn amount Rs. 15000/- each. According to the Bank of India- Bank Norms maximum withdrawn limit is Rs. 15000/- per day. I visited the Branch and tell them the matter they give me form for applying to get back my excessive amount of Rs. 15000/-. I applied against the both transaction and bank replied me the both transaction were successful. It not possible to with drawn an amount of Rs 30000/- from Bank of India's ATM in a same day, but in my case bank deducted the amount of Rs. 30000/- from from account No. [protected].
                              please take your necessary action on Bank Of India- Andal Branch against my complain.

                                Please don't open an Account at Bank of India, especially the Nehru Place Branch. Their service
                                is the worst. They are so shamless that even after mailing tem 10 times, they don't deem
                                it necessary to acknowledge even one of them. My mother mailed them umpteen number of times
                                to de-activate mobile banking on her number. She had applied for Internet Banking and the working at BOI Nehru Place
                                activated mobile banking on her number. The system is so corrupt that even the intervention of the Banking Ombudsman did not
                                resolve her simple problem. The Ombudsman also started ignoring her mails and when she mailed her plight to RBI, even they
                                didn't bother to answer back.

                                Governemnt and Governemnt Banks both are a stigma on this nation. I would have terminated all my family accounts
                                at BOI long time back but unfortunately this stupid bank is closest to my house.

                                Even their Internet Banking Wing called Star Connect is also run by a bunch of illiterates who do not care to answer back.
                                I mailed them to de-activate Internet Banking for me 12 times and they didn't respond to any of my mails. I had sent them
                                a SIGNED APPLICATION PDF requesting them to terminate my internet banking account.

                                BOI is only good at passing the buck. Star Connect will ask you to contact the branch for every damn issue.
                                Then why in blazes are tehy beibg paid to just warm their seats at the Star Connect Department if they don't have any powers.
                                The branch is a SPECIMEN in every sense of the word. The dumb employees working there can't even write simple english and
                                reply to a mail. All they do is harass their customers and make you feel insignificant.

                                This compalint should serve as a caveat for all those who are contemplating opening of an SB Account at BOI and
                                especially at their Nehru Place Branch (worst and most shamelss branch). They have made life hell for me and my mother
                                and I have to stick to this stupid bank just because it is nearest to my house.

                                    Don't try to withdraw money from Bank of india ATM located with in the Bangalore international airport terminal, the ATM is loaded with wrong denominations of 100 rs between 500 rs denomination, as the soul less machine will disburse the number of notes, than exact denominations, already they fooled many of the people, however this wrong act will be done by a Third party ,who fill the ATM with money, so bank need to look into the matter, solve this issue as it affects, their credibility.

                                      I have a savings bank account and a prepaid mastercard debit card from bank of india.
                                      On 4th june I made payment to an online merchant through my debit card using payment gateway of www.Moneybookers.Com.
                                      For some reason the merchant couldn't process my order so they refunded my money(it is $131.80) to my moneybookers account on 8th june. Immediately moneybookers transferred the money to my mastercard(no.: [protected]) as I've been sent confirmation emails from both merchant and moneybookers.
                                      9 days gone, but I've not received the money on my account yet!
                                      I've contacted moneybookers several times and they're telling me each time that they have already processed the transaction through mastercard and suggesting me to contact my bank because they(moneybookers) can't do anything now and it's on bank's hand now.
                                      Now, I wanna inform that also I tried to contact bank of india, I called their customer care number and was advised to contact via email addresses.
                                      Then I sent emails for solution to their five different email addresses those are: boi.[protected]@bankofindia.Co.In, headoffice.[protected]@bankofindia.Co.In, boi.[protected]@bankofindia.Co.In, headoffice.[protected]@bankofindia.Co.In and my branch email address maldatown.[protected]@bankofindia.Co.In from my email address mamun.[protected]@gmail.Com. But surprisingly none is available or interested to solve my matter. I've got not a single response since one week!!!
                                      so I request here to take urgent action so that the money be credited and appeared on my account soon.
                                      My complaints are two now-
                                      1. Against bank of india as my money not credited to account.
                                      2. Against bank of india again as they are not interested to solve my problem and not replying me to emails sent to them.
