I have booked for refilled cylinder throuhg telephone sms system on 23rd Oct. 2009. and i had received booking confirmation (Ref.371430) through mobile. my consumer no. is 4327 at koratty (Govind gas agency). now, i would like to know that will i get any message when the cylinder bileed and ready to supply.

I need second gas connection. I called the agency and asked about that. They replied they booked our no and inform us at that time. They are answering like this for the past one year. I want to know whether its their mistake or we have to wait. When we get second gas connection.

My father is 80 years old consumer of Demo Enterprises 64 DDA Flat Jhilmil Colony -95. Last time when he booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder the slip date was shown 20.07.09 and the deliver was given to him on 24.07.09. This practice was happening for the last so many years. Again when he went to refill LPG cylinder on 31.10.09 they strainforward refused to refill LPG cylinder. The schedule of delivery minimum 2 months or more. The staff of the Demo Enterprises are extremely rude (use abusive language) and show careless attitude. Worst customer service my father has ever faced in his life time.
Appreciate and oblige if you please check my records and take necessary action please. The particulars of the gas connection are as follows:

i have booked a gas 01-04-09 .
in six month we have not reffil my cylinder.
when we refill my cylinder dated 11-11-09 then they froce me purchase tea or lighter, soap etc.without purchase these items they are not doing my book renew.
so what i can do.

At G.T road sirhind distt. fatehgarh sahib punjab the gas agency personnel either place the phone reciever on table or do not pick the phone, so one has to go personally to book refill. Further the delivery persons asks Rs. 5 extra for home delivery. The refill is sent after 1 month of booking and that too after repeated reminders either personally or through telephone which is rare.
sir we have booked cylinder 50 days before but there's no responce, we are calling by phone daily they didn't attending the call till now.
House hold gas cylender — non delivery of cylinder since September 2009

Very regret to inform you that since September onwards no gas cylender has been delivered to us even after somany reminders to the local agent.
I hereby request you to please lookinto the matter as I am residing in Dubai and my ageing parents and wife are alone there.

In Thanjavur Lakshmi Gas Agencies were told thet the gas cylinder booking after 26 days 0nly from the receiveng date. Please inform whether the Booking days inform by the Gas Agncy, whch was correct or not. My consumer no is SR6362, SR GAS ENTERPRISES, MIR ABU SALE ROAD, NEAR-CHAINPUR MEDICAL HALL, DISTT-GAYA-BIHAR.
My problem was that i am at about 75 yrs old.i booked gas on 06/11/2009.but his delivery should be 8/11/09.but he is saying that after 20 days you come for gas cylinder to godam.i am shocked.what is service .Plese do the needful as soon possible

Bharat Gas — No delivery of Gas Cylinder even after 20 days from date of Booking
BHARATH GAS dealer ANI GAS agencies at Puthiyaru, Kannur District, Kerala State, is supplying gas for cocking purpose, the booking for Gas was done there before3 weeks , But they have not taken any steps to supply Cocking Gas for me yet.Thanking you

We booked Cylineder of this month 14(14.11.2009) but they delivered only after one week.And they told booked next cylinder in after 25 days.First thing I want to know How many days we want to book the another cylinder. And then in one cyclinder usage only 22 days to 25 days in my house.So how can I manage this problem.Kindly the authority should consider my problem and rectify Immediately.

Bharat Gas — NON-DELIVERY EVEN AFTER 10 DAYS OF BOOKING
Dear SirI have booked a refiling domestic LPG Gas cylinder on 09-Nov-09 with Ref no - 382855 .
I have not recieved the same till date, I am try to contact at the agency - MANVIR GAS AGENCY & Delhi regional office of Bharat Gas, No one is picking the phone.
I can,t expect this kind of services from a company like BHARAT GAS.
If there is some issues with the booking system atleast inform the customer about the delay.

Bharat Gas — very delay in filling
Bharat gas agency selaiyur is very irresponsible.they are not refilling the gas in proper time.we have only single connection and it takes minimum ten to fifteen days to refill after booking.we have to die in the phone to get some body to pick up the call.
this time we booked 20 days before and we have not yet recived any new cylinder.
very bad with this agency

Respected Sir,I am a consumer of bharat gas and I want to inform you that your agency outlet situated at Dayalpur,Delhi-94 doesn't send gas cylinders on time,even after 15 days.So,I am facing many problems due to it.Yor are kindly requested that please take an early action in this regard.
