[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — Non-delivery even after 15 days of booking

my father have expired i have to change the name of the cylinder so let me now the process.

My gas connection nos. are 5842 & 2242 in the name of Gajender Sharma & Rakesh Kumar respectively. My address is B-66, Harkesh Nagar, New Delhi-110020.

Our Gas distributor is M/s. Kain Gas Agency, 1406-A/13 Govind Puri, Kalkaji, New Delhi.

This is to inform you that phone nos. of above Gas distributor[protected], 26226323 is not picking-up by them even we continuously trying these nos. for a week. This is a practice of them not to pick up the phones & book the gas complaints.

Secondly, if the gas compalint is booked by continous efforts, they don't deliver the gas even after 15 days. If we complaint, they say you have booked gas before 3-4 days back instead of 15 days back.

Third, they always provide less gas in cylinders while they deliver at residence. No one is ready to listen our grievances.

You are requested to intervene in the matter and direct the distributior for proper response on phone calls and timely delivery of gas cylinders and also with proper quantity of gas.

I am a consumer of Bharat Gas from last 10 yrs. I am not able to book the Cylinder if dail the number [protected](Prakash Agency, Hubli) either it is engage or no reply. I am very glad if you are having any online number to book the cylinder.

Also when I am doing a complaint through a link "Talk to us" on www.ebharatgas.com every time system giving me the following error message "Your Feedback could not be send please try again".

What is the producer of defective Gas Regulator changed into new regulator. How much required for this. If agency fails to do so, then we take action against agency

when I took petrol from M/s Bhagwan das & sons shamnath marg, civil lines delhi - 54. I observed that my car given me less average . I have observed it more than five times in comparison with other patrol pump. so there is need to check the patrol pump's equipments etc. and also when I took patrol on my scooter they have charged Rs. 100/- but metre shows only Rs. 80/- When i enquire they told me that the mobile oil has mixesd in this. but on other pump i didn't experience like this.

please do the needful

Under stand that some have taken a decision to with hold supplies to those who were not refilled in 100 days.My previous refill was on 19-6-09.I went thro SO CALLED all "PAPER FORMALITIES" & still im not blessed with supply.

my client is in prison for more than one year. On 28.10.2009, the Honourable Supreme court of India was pleased to pass an order directing the Superintendent of Prison, Puzhal central prison, Puzhal, Chennai to release my client. This order was sent by the registrar of Supreme court through speed post on 28/10/2009 itself. But I am typing this message on 31.10.2009 but till day the releasing order was not reached the addressee (i.e) prison. My client has to be in jail after the order passed 28.10.2009 for nearly three day due to the letargic attitude of the speed post department.

Bharat Gas — Bharat Gas Complaints - Not delivering the the refill even after 24days over

Dear Sir/Madam
I have a gas connection cons. no . 5568 under Moulana Gas Agency, Nagawara main road,p&t colony,Bangalore. I have personally booked gas on 6th-October 2009 around 10:00AM. After booking, I will not get the cylinder delivered to my place even after 20-22 days, instead I need to call them regularly and i will get the answer that "it will be delivered today or tomorro ......"almost everyday i have to call and i ll get the same answer all the time. Then i have to go to the booking office and again i have to ask them/remind them....and again i get the same answer"it will be delivered today or tomorrow ......." will anyone look into this matter and help us to come out of this kind of issues please....as i am suuffering a lot......

This is for your kind information that I send a mail to you dt. 30.10.2009, regarding DBC Cylinder.
The Agency dealer contact to me and ask that take DBC cylinder.

Today morning when I go to the dealer shop, the dealer demand for Rs. 2100/- against DBC Cylinder and other unuseful item.

I request to them that Value of Cylinder is Rs. 1250/- + Gas charge Value Rs. 320/- Total Rs. 1570/-
they refuse for same amount.

I request to you please check the matter at your end as early as possible.

I request for DBC Dt. 22.06.2009 on Toll Free No. [protected] for DBC, they had accepct my request and ask that confirm after one week. I contact after one week and many time they said to me we had not received feedback till the date please wait.

Sir/Madam till the date I had not received any letter from Bharat Gas Agency / Dealer.

I have applied for a transfer of Bharat Gas from Mumbai to Bangalore due to change in my Job location. We went to Prateek Enterprises, Bansawadi Bangalore for registration of Transfer Papers. In addition to the Deposit for Cyclinder, the Agency is compulsorily asking money from the people for sale of Apron and 1 litre Oil for Rs. 300. With out this they are refusing to give teh cylinder.

I request teh appropriate authority to look into the same and stop such practice with immediate effect. It is extortion of money.
