Bharat Gas — Due to Gas availability
I have a gas connoction from Bharat Gas deller.Sri Krisna Gas service,bellore Howrahmy consumer no 11861 in fevoer of chanchal chatterjee 164 sriram dhang road i have booked on 08/04/2010 but dealr have said he will delevery the gas cylender on 18/04/2010.due to not aviability of gas supply.this is to much late.please look into the matter.

This is happening 365 days 24 hrs from Rajaram Gas Agencies Katraj Pune.
The service is totally worst as compair to any other agencies. Distributor are taking more than 47 days to deliver another cylinder and taking arogently. Staff is useless - honesty, nature and attitude problem is daily experience.
Any solution of Rajaram Gas ?? Is there any way we can esclate this to top management? Right to information Act etc ?
Does this compaints works ? Bharat Gas has to take care of public. Company management has to learn lessons through out world how they can provide a better service.

Bharat Gas — non delivery of gas cylinder after one month from the booking date
i made booked a domestic gas cylinder from koko gas aegency(Bharat Gas)on dated 08.03.2010. till now i have not got gas. Dear Sir/madam
We are seeking a gas connection in our flat at Arjun Nagar near Safdarjung Enclave, Delhi.
We approached M/s Sarla Enterprises, D-6/8, Arjun Nagar near Safdarjung Enclave, to allot us a gas connection but M/s Sarla Entrprises peoples are insisting us to buy a stove along with gas connection.
kindly clarify whether it is necessary to buy a stove for a fresh Bharat Gas Connection and alos inform what is the price for fresh gas connection.

Geetanjali enterprises — Non delivery of gas
sir,i have gas connection at geetanjali enterprises at meerut.They are foercing me to get the connection transfer at abha gas service Meerut, which have very poor supply service.The Geeteanjali service owner refuse to supply gas and sent my father and sister in a disrespectful manner.My gas number is 4132.

I am booked the 21 feb .my order was not deliverd but my booking status is show the order deliverd the 25 feb.My current order is 11Apr today 19 Apr still i am waiting the order delivery. this is painfull condition to me kindly assure when deliverd the my order.

I had booked a gas cylinder before a month in madurai gnanam gas agency.I went to agency for several times but there was no response.Gas in the cylinder was over but still I have not received the cylinder so far.Everyday we are purchasing food from the hotel and so we get different problems.Already I had sent this message to you yesterday but I think you are not ready to take any action on this.I request you so much to take action on this And I believe in you so much.It is VERY VERY URGENT.my consumer no is 2870 from madurai gnanam gas.
I have booked gas cylinder refill two months ago and never got it. They never pick the phone. So I directly went to the agency. They told that 2 days back the delivery van guyz found out that the house was locked so they went back. It was an absolute lie as we were in the house only. This is going on from last few months. i booked gas around on 26/4/2010 or 28/4/2010 online. they gave me booking number 1051992. my gas cylinder delivered not yet. i have again call on your booking gas number they are saying there is no booking of your number plz plz delivered us gas cylinder as our gas cylinder is finished. we are facing a big problem. my mtnl number is 25118615 n my connection number is j2675.
please look into the matter so that availabilty is ensured and your customer is satisfied.

gas cylinder — Worst delivery of gas cylinder
Consumer no: 26438Distributor : Rakki GAS - Singanallur (Bharat Gas)
They are not supplied gas cylinders properly. Most of the time they are supplied the cylinders after 2 months. This time also we are not received. 5 times i went to the office they are telling that the same that we have prepared bill & ask the delivery boy.
But when asked to the delivery boy he is telling that i have n't received the bill pls contact the office for your delivery.

I HAD BOOKED A GAS CYLINDER FROM THE AGENCY 'MUKTA GAS SERVICE' (CODE NO 371716) IN MALWANI MALAD (W) ON 15/03/2010 BUT TILL DATE (i.e 07/04/2010) I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY CYLINDER, MY CONSUMER NO IS 5551001.EVERY DAY I M FORCED TO CALL UP THE AGENCY AND ASK THEM WHEN THE DELIVERY WILL BE MADE, THE REPLIES I GET FROM THEM IS TODAY, TODAY BUT THE DELIVERY IS NEVER DONE. NOW WHOM AM I SUPPOSED TO GO FOR THE CYLINDER PLEASE SUGGEST.
