[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — Non-delivery even after 15 days of booking

Sub.: delay in delivery of lpg cylinder & poor service of dealer
Sir,
I have got my gas refill booked on[protected], but i haven't got it till now. My refill no 20901,n book no-5591785 our dealer doesn't deliver refill on time. He gets late every time n behave rudely. I have asked him many times delay for late delivery , he always say "its delay by company.
Kindly grant to send my refill in 1 or 2 days
I have only one refill to booking ,it books after 22 day n receive after 15 days , i cant manage it

I have booked the gas 19 days back in SHIRPUR dist.Dhule, but till date i did not received the cylinder (refill), still they (local agency) are telling it will reach you morning evening ..., but when i talk with Head office, they are telling about backlog ...& unable to tell any date of delivery Pls. Kindly refer as complain.They say it will come today but they are not giving us, .How one can cook the food without it.Pls.kindly solve our problem.

This is to bring to your kind perusal and consideration. I am using only one cylinder Usually I book my cylinder every 45 days. My last booking was on 18.01.2010 and my recent booking was on 08.03.2010 through phone and also personally went to Sowmya Traders Gas Agency which is at Mylapore and inform them to send the cylinder as early as possible, till now I did not receive it. So called the manager and informed him and he said that we already booked the cylinder on 22.02.2010 and it will take 5 days time which we did not booked. this is a ongoing process with the agency people. I believe the cylinder is booked in my name and sent to someone. which is ridiculous and as a public we are suffering.

Please do understand the situation and do the needful in this regard.

My consumer number is 2632 at bharat gas agency at Khanna district Ludhiana(Punjab). The method adopted by your agenency holder to distribute the refill cylinder is of the poorest standard. The major portion of the refill cylinder supplied to the agency goes to the black market. Any consumer can get refill cylinder at the cost of Rs.630 in black market. I have booked for the refill cylinder on 5-2-10, but till today I am not able to get the cylinder. I have gone to the bharat gas agency four times and the same answer is given every time that we shall supply the cylinder tomorrow, so you can guess my harassment.
I request you to enquire into the mishandling of the refill cylinder in my presence. The best solution can be achieved by transferring the agency to another person so that the agency may function properly without the harassment to any consumer.

we are taking cylinder from Laggere main road distributor, bharath gas, he delivers the cylinder on his own wish there is know time frame, 10 days, 15 days, 20 days we are fed up of Bharath gas, one of the Third rated service and agency, I dont know I have given complaint to the Bharath gas Head office in MG road still the same problem, I think Bharath gas company itself a third class company.

Poor Response and Service
My first request (Consumer no. 6618) is kindly call any of these phone number to book a gas on tele.no. [protected]/24352Agent National Gas Agency HISAR.
If you try for three or four days you will really understand how many consumer like me facing problem to book.
Speak or make some query to them you will find how they react or answer.
Any request just tell you will complaint to higher authority, you will find good answer. Pls try all this as a customer and you will really find what response a customer get with your agent.

Come and visit at the agents place wait as a common man for one hour
you will come to know many more things

I saw phone calls are line holding and without any attention the staff chatting over phone.
There should be a provision for booking on SMS or email like your reputed.

if One dealer is handling more than 500 customers, i feel first he should organize himself (his setup) to handle 1000 customers
so that we all will never suffer.

B.K.Gas — non delivery of gas

I booked gas for home delivery on date11.03.2010 but till tody date 25.03.2010 not deliver.costemercare and phone services system is very bad.Meny times the phone is dead or no repely.
Hi My Consumer Number is 3012128, I have booked my sylinder last week and they are floating there sylinder to black market but they are using abuse language while a regular customer is asking for the gas cylinder booking statys i have not yet received my sylinder kindly help me in this. In bharat Gas there is no prestige for a customer. we are not able cook since last week because we are having single cylinder. customers are dog for bharat petroleum.
I am a cutomer of bharat gas in DELHI's distributor (vijay gas agency, Badli gaon ) there service is very late for refilling (min 25 days) .

Bharat Gas — Non delivery of gas even after one month of booking

I had booked my Gas with my Bharat Gas agency name:'SIRI JAGRITI GAS SERVICE, Khandsa Road, Gurgaon, Ph No. 2301834, 2329675'. But till today I have not received my cooking gas delivery. I have contacted them many times but they keep on saying 'today it will be delivered' or 'tomorrow you will definitely get your gas' but these were false statements. I had also lodged a complaint with 'Bharat Gas' on 29.03.10 vide ref. no. 86151 but they have also not acted. I do not know exactly what to do now.

I have a gas cylender book on dt.24.03.10 ref.no.is 862664 and I have received a gas cylender on dt. 03.04.10 But mention deliver dt 26.03.10 in your record, how can possible & more amount paid because Your's agency(varun gas secvice, code no.113594) gas cylender deliver after first of April, 2010. kindly look in the metter.

I HAD BOOKED A GAS CYLINDER FROM THE AGENCY 'MUKTA GAS SERVICE' (CODE NO 371716) IN MALWANI MALAD (W) ON 15/03/2010 BUT TILL DATE (i.e 07/04/2010) I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY CYLINDER.EVERY DAY I M FORCED TO CALL UP THE AGENCY AND ASK THEM WHEN THE DELIVERY WILL BE MADE, THE REPLIES I GET FROM THEM IS TODAY, TODAY BUT THE DELIVERY IS NEVER DONE. NOW WHOM AM I SUPPOSED TO GO FOR THE CYLINDER PLEASE SUGGEST. THE PERSON WHO DELIVERS THE CYLINDER HERE IS A PERSON CALLED ANAND AND I HAVE COME TO KNOW THAT HE IS GIVING THE CYLINDERS IN BLACK TO THE RESTAURANTS.
