Bharat Gas Delivery Issues — non delivery in spite of repeated follow up
delievery time requested by the gas supplier is 5 - 7 days max from the date of booking. However, this is not being done. excuses are given for the delay. When will this end? I am asked to be at home as the delievery of my cylinder will happen any time during the day. I am waiting for the last 8 days now and there is no sight of my Gas supplies. Who will be responsible for the losses incurred to me for not attending to my important duties outside.Suggest authorities to streamline this and take appropriate steps to ensure that this is not going to be the issue in furture for all gas users.

Bharat Gas — Delay in delivery of refill cylinders

I have booked the refill on 08-April-10
And till today i have not recd the same. my gas is over and i m struggling .
No body lifts the phone , hafl the time it comes engaged.
Very bad service. There is always a delay in the service and thie tiem it has become horrible.
Request you to take action and do the needful for us.

I have one of the consumer of bharat gas from m/s Pranav gas agency. I booked on 27/05/10 even after 13 days booking and every day remainder they are not suppying gas. Every day they are telling that they are suppying today.

We have been a customer of Bharat Gas since 1990.But We never had problems with the service before.But nowadays we were not able to get our regular monthly supply. We are asked to book the gas only after 30 days from the last supply and the delivery is after 15 days from the date of booking. In spite of taking so much time we are not receiving it even after the 45 days period. Also the customer service is worst. They don't even respond to our queries regarding the delay. I request you to take the necessary action to prevent BG from loosing their customers.

of single cylinder and my consumer no. is 16545.
I have booked reffil the cylinder on 17th June 2010 but not delivered yet.
I want to book one more cylinder. I followup with victory gas agency Nangloi, Delhi but they are always told me booking is not going on you come after 3year.
I have faced very difficulty of cooking.
So plzzzz. solved very poor delivery.

Since last one week, we are calling them, only once they picked up the call, but then also they said that it will take 3to 4 days to deliver the gas cylinder.
Nobody is picking up the phone now. I think i have made a big mistake that i took Bharat gas connection.
Kindly pass this message to the consumer board of Bharat Gas. The distributor should be changed. Many people are having the same problem with Saishubham Gas Service.

Bharat Gas — non booking of Gas connection
Dear Sir,I am the resident of House no. 348, sector 37. Faridabad 121003. I have gone to Rathi Gas Service (Bharat Gas Agency) to book a gas connection, which is located at 12/2 main road sector 37 Faridabad. They are forcing to buy 10 Kg. Rice, Sugar, Tea packets etc of worth Rs.2000 additionally along with the gas connection. Otherwise they are denying to issue the connection. Kindly help me in this regard.
