[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — Non-delivery even after 15 days of booking

Sir, Every time we booked number after 21 days as per rule but every time it was delayed from M/S. Ratan Agency, Kalewadi, Pimpri, Pune 411017.Many time we contact them personally and on telephone and every times they says that after 2-3 days he will issue, but till date it is not issued on time. In this context I request you humbly that kindly look into the matter and pass necessary order to Agency. Thanks in advance & expecting your prompt response.

by seeing the above complaints/customers cry, what is the peoples given below is doing by sitting below the fan.
1. minister for petroleum
2. gas agent.
3. minister for civil supplies
4. district collector
will they are irresponcible

Bharat Gas — leakage of gas from pipe

sir , my connecton no is 1659 in the name of DHANRAJ . From few days we are noticing some kind of gas smell in the kitchen . we complaint this to our gas distributer but no action has been taken . he say s we have no body to take care of the complaints . sir please take some action as we are living in dangerous situation. thanking you.

Bharat Gas — illegal use of Residential gas cylinder for Commercial. use

Dear Sir,

I mr. Rao would like to lodge a compliant against Mr. Anant jadhav who is using residentail gas cylinder for his illegal chinese stall located at Kawali Compound , N.M.JOSHI MARG , OPP.W.RLY Workshop, Lower parel. Mumbai -400 013.

He has been using at 2 cylinders per week and it is huge loss to the Company.

I booked for the Cylinder on[protected] as per the above mentioned booking number. As we were out of station, the delivery was not done when they came on[protected]. But on checking at the site, it is entered as 'delivered'. Despite of requesting for rebooking several times untill today, the delivery is not made. Today I rebook for the Cylinder as per the Booking no. 2395258. Kindly take necessary action to deliver the Cylinder without further delay.

Bharat Gas — delay in booking & delivery

i mr. niranjan singh is the consumer of bharat gas. my branch is bhayander (east). dist: thane-401105, maharashtra. consumer no.17018

when we try to book gas cylinder by phone then no one is receiving the call.

the booking is done almost after 20 days from the date of delivery of cylinders and for delivery it takes further 10 days

we are joint family having 10 members so we it is difficult for us to use one cylinder for 30 days as consumption is more.

this problem of delay in booking and delivery we are facing since 4-5 months.

so please take some action against them so the timely booking and delivery can me made.

Bharat Gas — Non delivery of cylinder after 16 days

Dear Sir, I had booked a Bharat gas refill cylinder online on dated 31 july 2010 by ref. no 2090648. MY consumer no. is 4681 and distributer is Virat gas agency ph. no. are 22568363,32016999. After passing a long period of about 16 days cylinder has not yet been delivered to my home. It is therefore, I request you kindly to look into the matter. SATENDER KUMAR [protected]

Respected Sir/Madam,

This is in regard to my Bharat Gas connection consumer no 14502. I made a request for cylinder refill on 2nd August 2010 with no 469. Till date i have not received the cylinder.
I visited this agency on 20th August after repeated attempts on phone no 25974117/25973646/25974321 which were not answered.I was told there is some strike going on in the factory and by the transport Matadi union due to which the delivery is getting delayed. They called me the next morning 21st August to collect the cylinder which i promptly did as i had no option. To my susrprise they told the cylinder delivery is witheld due to some reasons and i was told to deposit the empty cylinder which again i did promptly to avoid further delay.
Now i'm frustrated with this service. I surfed the internet and almos all the available news channels/newspaper but could not see any news related to the so called strike in Bharat Gas.When i visted this agency i had seen many people compalining about the same.
Please help me in adressing the same to the concerned department in Bharat Gas. I want to know is it a genuine problem with BHARAT GAS or the Gas Agent is bluffing us.

Last night i had changed my lpg cylinder but it starts leaking.
Many times i tried to call the SUPER CARE GAS AGENCY sec 7 dwarka but they are not picking up the phone. now it is creating problem to me. please do something. They are very careless.

Bharat Gas — Delay in connection

I have applied for a gas connection from bharat gas on 14th of august 2010. I was told by the distributor, Anjali Gas Service that I will be given the connection instantly if I buy the stove along with the connection. Since there is a "long list" of applications who does not wish to buy the stove, I will have to wait if I don't buy the stove. When ever I contact them for the status I am told that it is in process and it will take time. But they are not able to tell me how long the list is or what my reference number is.

The Munnuswamy Gas agency in velcherry is very worst agency. The workers are not responding properly. They are not treating customers very badly. Not reay to hear what we say. When trying to book for additionla cylinder, the phone is always enageged. We have to go in person to book the cylinder. Please look into this and take actions.

Bharat Gas — Not Attending calls/ OUT of reach always

I am always facing trouble dialing a Bharat Gas Baner-Pashan Link road's Office's Landline Number...Either it is kept in Non reachable Area or the person who is picking up the phone is not answering the call.....Even the Home delivery boys of the Gas cylinders usually asks for extra money they are taking 350/- but actual price is 342/-.

Please look into this

Dear Sir,
When I taken new gas connection in pune(bharat gas agency, Arihant, Camp area) staff denied to provide DBC and replied that it will be possible after 1 year.I booked for gas refilling on 22th Aug-10 but not delivered till now while gas shorted on 26th aug-10.I am living here with my three children for their studies.I am facing severe problem at this time .Plz.help me.
