[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — Non-delivery even after 15 days of booking

Sub.: delay in delivery of lpg cylinder & poor service of dealer
Sir,
I have got my gas refill booked on[protected], but i haven't got it till now. My refill no 20901,n book no-5591785 our dealer doesn't deliver refill on time. He gets late every time n behave rudely. I have asked him many times delay for late delivery , he always say "its delay by company.
Kindly grant to send my refill in 1 or 2 days
I have only one refill to booking ,it books after 22 day n receive after 15 days , i cant manage it

we also got the same experience. please help me to get quality & quantity for what we are paying
i agree same is with neelam enter prises in faridabad sec 24. Delivery boys are distributing gas cylinders in black & not delivering it on time aroun 50 days have passed i have not recieved my cylinder...my consumer no. is 19189. delivery boys are asking for extra charges for delivering it on time...due to which consumers have to suffer.
so plz do the needful..if there is anyone caretaker of it..

I am living in samaypur, Delhi and distributor is Vijay gas, Badli. At first no phone will be available. whole day you can listen only engage tone . If you booked through Internet, they will say, that we have not recieved any booking. If you go and book, then after many times visit they will give the cylinder.
You are requested to kindly see this distributor who is destroying your name.Make such a rule that everybody book and receive the cylinder in time.

I had booked Bharat Gas Cylinder for home delevery on 27 th Jun 10. On completion of 15 days of booking I started reminding daly, but I could not get the cylinder replaced till today i.e. 23 July 10 at 0830 hrs. My consumer No is 4089. My both the cylinders are now empty. Agency books the after 20 days of delevery. Now how can I gewt both the cylinders replaced. Please do the needful.
I am residing in Erode and my connection No.60137.My distributor yuvaraja gas agency, Erode-638011.i have booked a cylinder on 05.07.2010 (booking no.60159) But distributor have not yet delivered the new cylinder(last delivery 13.05.2010) fast 18 days so see matter and delivered the new cylinder

Bharat Gas — Bharat Gas Agency - Poor Service

I am having Bharat Gas connection and my serving agent is SREE RAKSHA GAS AGENCY, 3/2 C, BHAVANI ROAD, HEBBAGODI, NEAR MUTHYALAMMA TEMPLE,BANGALORE. Whenever we book Gas, they are taking at least 1 month to deliver the cylinder with lot of reminders by calling them. Recently, I have booked Gas on 16/6/10 and till date I haven't received the cylinder. Whenever we calls them, nobody will be attending the calls. Even when the cylinder comes, the delivery boy is asking Rs. 30-40 extra as delivery charges. By paying extra cost also, he is not able to provide gas cylinder on time....

Bharat Gas — Shree Raksha Gas Agency - DELAY IN DELIVERING THE GAS CYLINDER

This is to bring to your notice that the gas agency SREE Raksha, in Hebbagudi, Bangalore, is not delivering the cylinders promptly. The agency has a bunch of people who dont speak to customers properly and the actual reason behind this is that we cant speak in Kannada and they want us to speak in Kannada only.The invoice or the billing date on the bills provided show dates very close to the booking dates but the delivery happens only after a month, which is a funny thing. During the relationship with Bharat Gas of about 8 years, we haven't faced any such issues.
Me and my family would be very grateful to Bharat Gas and its authorities if you atleast understand the troubles we go through. From past two days i am trying to reach the agency people over phone, but not able to get them on line......
Please do the needful.

Bharat Gas — delaying to deliver the gas

Last month i was booked my gas connection still now they didt deliver, we asked them but they are teeling i[censored] want u may bring it your self otherwise we will deliver 3 or 4 days later,this is not good we are booking the cylinder after 25 days of the last cylinder delivery ,so that concern people should take a action

Dear Sir,

I using Bharat Gas Connection.I have booked for cylinder on 17th july, Concerned person told me that we will get on 31st july .Inbetween my current cylinder gone empty.I request them if i bring my cylinder at your agency then can you refill it.They told no, we can't help you, we give it only on the delivery date.I want to ask you that this situation can happen with anyone so there is no facility to handle this situation.
We are wrong if we go there.

Faulty Cylinder

Registered gas from National Gas Service Distributors For Bharat Gas, Consumer number : 18201 we often receive leakage cylinder and no rubber packing on cylinder cover. Instead of emergeny complaint in above mentioned Agency mechanic comes after 3 to 4 hours. So I would like to take some serious action in this regards.

My dealer Name Sachin Gas service Code 581896, Lajpat Nagar, New delhi.A gas cylinder delivered by the agency 31st July which weight is less by 5kg to the original weight.I complain for this on the same day to the agency but there is no any response as at so kindly accept my complain I shall be obliged to you for this.

I called yesterday to book cylinder to my GAS Agency ..that receptionsit said you cannot book now because just before 14 days you have booked your cylinder. But the fact is we have not booked after 24/05/2010. Last Cylinder received entry in my book is- 24/05/2010. And not now..but everytime she gives me the same answer whenever I call her for booking.
And she knows the problem but still these people are ignoring the fact.



It means, I found in between these people make misuse of my cylinder.
Means, they are illegally providing cylinder to somebody else.

But why should I suffer for the same..??????????

Today..though I have not booked cylinder after 24/05/2010...then why should I wait for booking...???

Somebody else is using my cylinder...And I have to wait for booking for no reason...why?????

You are cheating your customer...

Kindly look into the matter...at earliest...
