I AM A BHARAT GAS CONSUMER HAVING CONSUMER NO MP- 1998, MY SUPPLIER IS M/S. MAHAMAYA GAS AGENCYU, DEGAULE AVENUE, DURGAPUR-12, WEST BENGAL, DIST.BURDWAN. I BOOKED MY GAS ON 13.8.10. TODAY IS 01.09.10. SUPPLY IS NOT EFFECTED AND INSTEAD THEY ARE ONLY SHOUTING OVER PHONE WHEN ENQUIRING ABOUT. MATTER WAS EARLIER TOLD TO KOLKATA OFFICE AND RAJBANDH DEPOT OFFICE BUT WITH NO EFFECT.
CAN IT BE REFERRED TO HIGHER-UPS FOR A SUITABLE REDRESSEL OR ELSE WE WOULD BE THE VICTIMS OF SUFFERINGS IN THE DAYS TO COME.

The problem is that yestertay my old cylender got over so I changed it to a new one but as I put the regulator on the gas started leaking there was sound and gas smell also, so i removed it and today in after 10:30 Am when I called up your agency no one answered the phone, I would further like to add that this is not new this always happens no one bothers to answer the phone for hours and we customers like fools go on calling up again and again for hours to even book a cylinder in the end we have to go personally and book the gas, but sir in a situation and emergency like this when the full socitey can get blown up if the gas bursts. Your full staff is so lousy and careless, a man called Mani Ram who works for the gas agency to take the cylenders to the houses sells the gas cylinders in black. Respected sir please have a word with your staff to be more responsible with the customers, answer the phone and perform their duty properly.
The phone just rings and then it comes engaged and again rings but NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE, I once asked them why they don't answer the phone to which they reply that they have a lot of work to do. I have another gas connection also but this never happens there.
Please look into this matter and have your agency service improved so I don't have to complain again.

B K Gas,sales & service — Non Delivery of gas cylinder
i had booked a gas cylinder on 22.august 10,but haven't got.cylinder is plentily available,supplied to business places in black but genunine cönsumer not gettimg.Bharat Gas — Refusal of gas delivery
I am a resident of kalva have my gas distributor as bharat gas. i had ordered a gas cylinder 20days ago i did not receive the gas from them i stay with my sister and there is no one else at my house we both work from morning till evening and that is a reason we are not able to get the delivery on time inspite of instructing the distribution center to send the gas after 5pm we do not receive the gas cylinder.The delivery man named -Shivaji dongre claims that he has delivered the gas to us 20days ago when asked to prove that has no reply for it. bharat gas( cooking gas), — inefficiency of cooking gases
Dear Sir,generally or may be by process gas agency has taken a book a gase cylinder after receiving previous gas receipt after 21 days, some time before they supply the gas within 4 to 5 days. but now they have taken in account i.e. booked a gas in favour my name. But now they says next booking will be taken after receiving the new gas which will be supplied nearly about 8 to 10 days.Now just think after 2-3 month we have no gas for cooking for uncounted days.
Kindly tell me what is the real problem
Bharat Gas — Delay in GAS cylinder
Dear Sir,I have book the complient on 18 august 2010 to GURUKRUPA GAS AGENCY for refill the Cylinder. we have single gas cylinder. but till date delivery not done.
the delivery boy of this agency have been intertchange the gas cylinder with other provideing more money i.e double of actual cylinder value.
Kindly look thsi matter on urgent basis.

yes i am agree above mention comment, becouse of at lucknow m/s vinayak gas service also involve to improper services and very bad behave to consumer and giving wrong information

Sir My Name is Mahesh singh Yadav i booked my cylinder on 29/08/10 and the delivery on 6/09/2010 and my connection no. 12956 i called so many time one o[censored] r tempo delivery man he every time he give me excuses that the he does not got the cylinder from the agency and i and some of the people make a que for the whole day but no body come to give the cylinder than i have to come again for the cylinder and than again make a que after so many days i go to the delivery point and he says your booking is canceled by gas office after that i call u gas office next day i got my cylinder but u r tempo driver or u r delivery man sale cylinder in black

Bharat Gas Domestic — Non delivery of gas for more than 15 days
I've booked gas (domestic) cylinder on 28 th of august 2010, with the assurance of receiving the same within 7 days. But as yet today, 16 th september 2010, I have'nt received the gas cylinder. When enquired with the delivery men, they reply that there is a shortage. When I call the office, the numbers are always busy.This story is for each time of the booking.
