[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — Non-delivery even after 15 days of booking

Sub.: delay in delivery of lpg cylinder & poor service of dealer
Sir,
I have got my gas refill booked on[protected], but i haven't got it till now. My refill no 20901,n book no-5591785 our dealer doesn't deliver refill on time. He gets late every time n behave rudely. I have asked him many times delay for late delivery , he always say "its delay by company.
Kindly grant to send my refill in 1 or 2 days
I have only one refill to booking ,it books after 22 day n receive after 15 days , i cant manage it

HERE, WE HAD BOOKED OUR CYLINDER FOR HOME-DELIVERY
ON 22/12/2007 THE DELIVERY HAS NOT TAKEN PLACE DESPITE OUR DAILY
REMINDERS TILL TODAY i.e. 06/01/2008
I request you humbly that kindly look into the matter and pass necessary order to Agency.

false assurances are given by the above dealer.

I booked Bharath gas on 17.09.2010 with booking number 3308137 by way of SMS booking. But yet (08.10.2010) I didn't get the refilled cylinder, even though they promised to deliver the cylinder several times. I think the distributors( Sandhya gas agency , East Fort, Thiruvananthapuram) are solding the cylinders in black market.

I had booked gas for home delivery 3 days back against consumer number 36744 and not got receipt number but the every month call recevier Lady Ms .Shella spek hard that everey month . She say your waiting time 5 days.

I despointed her lady then complain to you.

dear sir i have booked a gas on 4th oct2010 at Pune gauri shankar and was suppose to get it within 8 days.On 14th OCt i get the answer that i will have to wait for other 8 days.This is not the first time last time also i had similar problem i had to arrange gas from a relative.After receiving the gas they are not ready to expect the booking saying that you have to book after 21days of receiving the gas .Again call the gas dealer is a very tedious job we have to keep on trying the three numbers for at least 15mins then lucky we might get the connection .For this to the operator makes us hold for few min This whole process of gas booking is really painful

My customer no is 08017 i have a connection from Bharath Gas and my Dealer is Manav Enterprises Bharath Gas Distributors, # 8 Mosque road, Fraser Town Bangalore-560005.

Month after Month i have problems with them not delivering my gas on time i was told that after booking a cylinder with 20 days gap after delivery it will take 10 days time to deliver the next cylinder, inspite of following the rules they give i do not get my gas on time sometimes it takes around 40 days to replace my cylinder, the staff the agency i feel are not fit to attend to customer service as they think they are doing some charity and not service they treat us badly when we go to the concerned agency/and speak very rudely when on the phone, a number of times i ask for the manager or the managing director so i can speak to him about the problem but i always get an answer that he is not in the office or will be there in the evening time, but when evening comes he does not turn up, i have booked my gas on 29/09/10 and have been calling the agency from 11/10/10 asking about the cylinder and they always tell me they will send it today, but till date i did not get my cylinder replace. This thing happen month after month and really don't know where should i complain, i request you to kindly look into the matter and do what ever should be done or please do tell me who is the higher authority should i approach as i am fed up with running around month after month
i have a connection of bharat gas at sangrur with Ms khanna gas center with consumer no 4665 the distributor is not delivering the cylinder at proper time every time i have to take cylinder through complaint.the corrupt officials of the bharat gas are hand in glove with khanna gas center. the gas is being sold to the commercial users and is sold in the black market through there delivery man . that means it has become the policy of the copany to take cylinder after complaint, otherwise there is no delivery of cylinder in normal circumstances. why not the company review its dealership from khanna gas center.my phone no is [protected] and address opp civil hospital ram basti sangrur punjab please do not take this complaint lightly and advise the dealer to review its attitude towards the consumers.

even if we order they are not delivering on time . it takes morethan 20days to deliver.

it is true that phone calls are never answered whenever we want to book a refil and supply is very slow whereas supply of indane or hp gas is within one or two days. i feel that we should surrender the connection with bharat gas due to their poor service.

they do not pick up phones for booking or enquiry, phones r either busy or keep ringing, booking on sms is not attended for long time, have a strong suspicion that they do black marketing of gas cylinders.
