Bharat Gas — Always delay in filing cylinder

Dear Sir,

Mr.Yogesh S. Belwalkar, consumer of Bharat LPG bearing Consumer No. 113878 of Chaitanya Gas Agency, NehruMaidan, Dombivli (E) Tel. No. [protected].

We have every month delay of LPG Gas Cylinder. Delivery take plac after 10-15 days after booking and after too telephonic follow-up. but there was not any valuable response from said distributor so we made a complaint to Consumer Gas, Thane (Tel. [protected]) in Oct. 2010 & (also 7-8 months before) for non delivery of Gas & poor services by the said dealer. After my complaint, on the same day gas was delivered to me on urgent basis in Oct. 2010.

Again I booked for gas on 13th Nov. 2010 but till date no LPG Gas was provided by the said dealer. We enquired 2 Delivery boys of Bharat Gas in our locality on 25th Of Nov. 2010 they told us today they are delivering gas cylinder of booking of 18th Nov. 2010. means our booking of Gas of 13th Nov. is kept pending intentionally.

Please look into this matter ASAP.

I had booked for refill gas on 15/11/2010 till today date 30/11/2010 I not yet received
Almost 15days over every day i am calling to agency but daily they say today will come and tomorrow will come.
At what time they will come i do know if i complaint to Manager of MSD Enterprises, Bangalore not bother to listen our problem
Sometimes they lies due to door lock otherwise they dlivered at correct time.
Please sortout this problem

I am in Chennai. my area is vepery. My distributor is Dhanalakshmi gas agency.
they are delivering the gas within 5 days. they take more than 10 days. this month they said that it would take 18 days. delivery is not good. where can i complain about this?

Yes. Agree. Bharatgas website says, Gas connection is available on Demand. They should remove that misleading statement from the site. If they can not satisfy the customers, they should be sincere to publish the reason for the same. They should stop harassing the public. the ministry should take note that we are all voters too.

i booked my gas connection on[protected] but i didnt get this.when i ask for that they says "we dnt have to distribute". people use their vehicle to get delivery. so i request from releated officer to solve this problem.

Dear Sir,

My customer number is 120. I had booked cylinder on 4.12.2010 and following up regularly with the gas agency till today (18.12.2010) cylinder is not delivered.

Today morning i went directly to ABR GAS AGENCIES (Pattabiram) for taking up cylinder from godown, when i asked executive over there she said that your cylinder hose is not changed from the year 2005 so you have to pay Rs. 523 (Cylinder+hose), but some 6 months before only we had changed the hose.

See they have not updated the record because of which today i returned back to home with the empty cylinder ( Moreover i put leave today for getting the cylinder)

I totally regret with the way the executive behaved .

I hope that necessary action will be taken aganist the ABR GAS Supplier and the executives overthere for the inconvenience today i had faced.

Bharat Gas — Delay in New Gas Connection

I have applied for New Gas Connection on 27th November 2010 with all the documents. They told it will be done by 3rd December. Till date it has not at done. If Bharat Gas promise it will deliver immediately, let me know when the connection reach my place.

Bharat Gas / Lpg Supply — very careless hearing and submission

i had booked one lpg refilling on dated 14/12/10 vide their online booking number [protected] under booking number7 alloted by them.and despite reminders by phone the agency shalimar gas agencies located at chowk is not puttingup ears.this happens every times. i would like to ask wheather the phonal booking lpg refill supply takes place after one week to indfinite period or it should be supply within one week.

Not reciving refiil after 20 day after booking

I am an customer of Bharat Gas under BANANI DISTRIBUTER(14, suren tagore rd, kol-700019).
I have booked for gas on 9/12/2010, my booking number is 1813, & Consumer No is N-7552. Today is 28/12/2010. It's already more than 20 days, I have from booking, but I have not received the gas yet. And also I want you to know that BANANI DiSTRIBUTER is not very much polite to the customer. I am in very much trouble because both of my cylinders are empty. Please do needful as soon as possible.
