[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — Non-delivery even after 15 days of booking

We have taken domestic gas connection, People are not responding for about delivery of gas.

we getting same reply from agency saying IT WILL GET DELIVER TODAY.But we dont when the today will come .

Damo Office Representive not help us, he say one answer that supply Short Received from company,

Bharat Gas - Ashoka Stores — non delivery of gas cylinder

We had booked a gas cylinder from m/s ashoka stores k-1/51 C.R park new delhi on 7th jan 2011 .Reference number-5684059. After waiting for 13 days and on still not receiving the cylinder we approached the concerned booking officer regarding the same, he surprisingly submitted that the cylinder has been deliver to our premises on 19th jan 2011. Please immediately look into the matter as this is of serious concern, cylinders are being sold to unauthorized persons in the black market resulting in inconvenience and trauma to genuine users. Eagerly waiting your intervention.

i m resident of BBSR, Central Excise & customs and my connection no is 884.
i booked gas on 5/01/2011. but till today we have not our delivery, as per booking no of 47 we should get it within 7 days at least. so it's my humble request to you to investigate about this matter bcoz of which every customer of Bharat Gas is suffering.

i m a resident of BBSR, Central excise colony and i have a connection with Bharat Gas (Varsha Enterprises 556, Sahid Nagar BBSR Pin:- 751007) with a connec. no. 884 . i booked my cylinder on 5/01/2011 and the booking no. was showned to me as 47. but i have not received the delivery yet.
that is really a non-sense, and ridiculous type of system, because of which so, many customers are suffering. so it's my humble request to you to investigate about this matter seriously.

Bharat Gas — delay in LPG delivery

sir we have complain regarding delay in LPG home delivery. MR. Naresh kumar ([protected]) home delivery contractor says that home delivery of LPG will b given after 1 month from recieving date of last delivery.Addres of agency is H.L.R.D.C Bharat gas hisar. last delivery date[protected], new booking date is[protected], booking no-4044 , costmor no -17452. till date delivery is awaited. we are facing a lot of problem. kindely see into the matter,and solv the problem.

Bharat Gas — Non-delivery of gas within the stipulated period

Consumer No.26855. Name: P.V.Kunhi Raman. The supply of gas by their M/s. Mahalakshmi Enterprises was very much irregular. I have booked a gas on 3.1.2011 and even on 28.1.2011 they have not delivered the gas. The agency is very much irresponsible and whenever I want to make some queries or book the gas, they never lift the phone. Further, why only your company is having such restriction of having book the gas after 21 days of delivery and gas delivers after 15 days of booking. In all it takes about 36 days, if delivered correctly, for a consumer to get the gas. Do the company expect that each cylinder should last for more than one month. I expect an immediate reply from the company in this respect. It is putting lot of hardship to the consumer.

Sie, I, Jagannath chatterjee, residing at Chandaernagar, 39-Upen Bannerjee Lane, Bose para, P.O Gondalpara, pin.712137.having my consumer no.6745, have booked Gas on 10.01.11 under your Local Agency at Chandernagar, Barabazar area.But this very painfullthat till date I have not received my cylinder inspite of several reminders over phone.Actually they are not attending phone and responsing in proper manner.Every time they are harrasing by saying that "you will get within one or teo days.I have made a call
to them on 27.01.11.And also made a call by today itself.They are saying the same thing that '"within one or two days you will get".They are not saying the reason of delay also.Actually they are not entertaing us properly and avoiding to say the real thing.As a result, we are suffer.
Your prompt action in this regard will be highly appreciated so that we can get the cylinder in due course.

I am custumer of CHANDRA GAS AGENCY(BHARAT GAS),27,bda complex bareilly,(u.p.) I got poor service regarding telephonic booking as no one is picking my phone manny time from two-three years.I have spoken many times to the propriter of the agency but the problem is still not solved.Today, I went to agency with my wife for getting gas cylinder but the staff of this agency using much abusive language.They are mainly involved in black marketing.This black marketing gas is used in automobiles and sweet shops.
Therefore, you are requested to solve this problem as soon as possible.

Bharat Gas — Non booking of cylinder for refilling

Sir, I am the customer of Bharat Gas having cooking gas consumer number 12404 which is registered at ESS Enterprises, Nehru Vihar, Delhi-54. It is very difficult to book the cylender for refilling as the following problems we are facing: (1) numbers given by the agency never picked up / attended by the agency (2) Central number which given for booking the gas always booked the gas at mayapuri which is unknown (3) when we try to open the website of the company it is very difficult to open the website (4) if we booked the cylender personally or by mistake through website the delievry of the cylender takes about 10 to 15 days (5) when i tried to register myself on tomogas, after filling the necessary information, website provide that "sorry we are not registering the consumer of this distributer"

in view of the problems mentioned above, I request the authorities concerned to look into the matter immediately and take appropriate action against the culprits.

I'm Bharat M. Karande. I'm feeling very Sorry to say that Bharat Gas is not conducting good service to the consumers. I want to take ur attention towards the complaint which we r facing every time & not only me but so many consumers which came under M/s. Vaishno Gas Agency, J. p. Road, Khar ( e ).
My Complaint is that when we give order for refill of cylinder we won't get it on time even after 15 days, till we r not went to agency office & make some drama.. but every time this will not possible to us to do so, there service is very very bad. Even now also i ordered for a refill on 6th Jan. 11 having order no. 2243 & consumer no. is 4672 not getting till date ( i.e. 31st jan. 11 ) I want to ask u a question is this the way how Bharat Gas working?
If is it so, then i have to do something for everybody.. & u people better know what can a letter or can a kranti do? we think we need a KRANTI.. Pls. help us to show that ur good service provider & take some action on m/s. Vaishno gas agency. I[censored] failed then i'll promise u it will be a very bad experience with u people & i go to State ministry, central ministry & etc.. for such a small issue but very critical..

Please refer to my complaint dated[protected] for non-suipply of refilling cyclinder by Khera Gas Service as I have booked a refill cyclinder through Internet vide registration No.5898123 dated[protected]. This is also inform you that I have only one cyclinder. Due to non-supply of gas cyclinder I am facing very difficulty without the gas. You are, therefore, requested to kindly intervene in the matter and direct the Khera Gas Agency to supply the same early. It is also to inform you that he is a habitual for supply of refilling cyclinder to the customers. Please enquire into this matter.

Kindly supply the gas cyclinder to me urgently.

Dear sir,
My cylinder no. is 60792. Ours was Mahavir gas which was located at churchgate but it has now transfered to Kakkad gas which is near metro. My complaint is I have booked my cyclinder on 15thjan but still now i have not got the cylinder. As ours is a big family our cylinder lasts only 22-25 days & now the cylinder will go in a day or two. And once we take the delivery we cannot book again for 12 days. Please do the needful to supply the cylinder at your earliest.
