in your agency in aligarh at MADHAV gas service when we take new connection they forcefully sell things like buiscuits, soaps n ketchub with the gas connection worth rs 410 to evry one. which is illegal. we go there to buy gas connection not ration . but they dont giv connection if we don buy those things with the connection. plz take serious action against it. so many customers are suffering becauce of this.

I have booked my gas connection on 04/12/2010, to sundram gas agency, ring road, indore (m.p.) my consumer no. is 42254 in the name of ramratan mundra, first they booked the new no. 21 days after delivery of last cylinder, & the new delivery supply days they commited is 15 days.Sir/ Madam I went to agency 2 times, firstly on 22/12/10 they assuerd me that they supply cylinder within in 2 days, later I again go on 28/12/10 when thdy did not supply again they assured me to supply with in 2 days on 31/12/10 I did not get cylinder. Sir ( & all of the customers related to such agency faced too much problems due to radiculos/ wrost working, behaviour of staff. It is humbly requested to look into the matter immediately & solve the problem as soon as pooisble

My Bharat Gas consumer no. AG37779. Name of Distributor: Arihant Gas Agency, Pune. My regulator is not functioning and therefore whenever regulator is switched on, leaking of gas is taking place.

Bharat Gas — Non delivery of cylinder, overcharging
My consumer no. is 42315 and I am with Rashmi Gas agency (KRPuram - ph:[protected], Manager - 0-[protected]). My complaints are:1. They never deliver on time
2. I need to make at least 50 calls to get the delivery
3. They claim that they have delivered without doing so and insist that I have to book after 1 month!
4. Their delivery man demands 50/- extra and threatens that he won't deliver next time if I don't pay up!

Complaint against for the delayed delivery of the cylinder refilling more than 8 daysWith due respect I want to say that I am a consumer of your gas agency Chaitanya gas agency in dombivali east. My consumer number is 40351 by the name of Shree.Sambhaji V Bhadarge. I have booked a delivery for the delivery on dated 20/12/2010. But they neither send me any delivery at time nor give me satisfactory answer about that. I have tried many time on phone for delivery but they answer that today your delivery will be send to you but they didn’t sent. I am in very much trouble. Tell me is this type of attitude is appropriate with the customer?

Bharat Gas — NOT DELIVERING GAS WITHIN TIME,BUT WHILE BOOKING WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR MINIMUM 21 DAYS
Bharat gas agency named subbaih gas agency at vizag (contack[protected] not delivering gas in time,but while booking gas it takes minimum of 21 days. How they take min period for booking gas with out delivering the gas intime we really can not understand. Kindly let us know the booked gas can be delivered as their wish or any period is there? if no period is there then how they takes 21days minimum time to book the gas?This is not the problem for us this is the problem for many people.

Dear Sir/ mam,I, Vijay khandare, a resident of Bldg 2E/403,MHADA COMPLEX,DINDOSHI(consumer no:51407), I have been trying to all the Bharat gas agency : GHAI GAS SERVICE also the 24hrs helpline since 14/01/2011, however none of the no.s are responding. Due to this I am unable to book a gas cylinder for myself.
Please look into the matter and offer respite.

i booked gas on 30/12/2010 ON SARASWATI GAS AGENCY YAMUNANAGAR BUT TILL TODAY I HAVE'N GET GAS REFILL
WHENEVER IN BLACK MARKET THERE IS NO SHORTAGE BUT AT GAS AGENCY THE ALWAYS SAID DUE TO SHORT SUPPLY WE WILL TAKE 20 OR MORE DAYS AFTER BOOKING

Bharat Gas — Misbehave & Delay in Giving New Gas Connection

Bharat Gas — giving gas cylinder to another person
i had book my refill of cylinder on 25 November 2010 ,Till have not received on complain they said that your cylinder has been sold out and told that tomorrow you will receive .They four times this story and my no. of cylinder was sold on 12 November2010. They also told that you are allowed to comlplain anywhere.Let me help
