Dear Sir/Madam,I have booked my Gas cylinder on 15.01.11 but till now i haven't received the same.Currently using stove-kerosine by paying extra money on that.In my same building who are relative of Agency staff,they got within 7 days but i haven't,eventhough doing call every day,First of all they are not picking up call.

Allied Agencies has not supplied gas to me for the past 21 days despite repeated reminders. Every time they give a new delivery number, the last one I got yesterday was 198. I guess they are either selling these cylinders in black or doing some thing else that is illegal. Booking a gas with them will test your patience as their numbers are always engaged[protected]/4057355. To which authority should I file a leagl complaint.

I took a gas connection one year before card serial no 6123145, my customer no is 8621, distributor code is 164930, when i take a connection the distributor compelled me to buy some things from them, Grinder mixi ect.., i doposited 1250 and i burchased things for Rs 4000, now i asked additional cylinder again they are compelling to buy things for Rs 2000 and also they are telling first i have to pay Rs 2000 for the things but they will give the things after 2 months, kindly solve the problem

Ashwin Bharat Gas — They're not giving Connection, Cylinder & Stove
Dear Sir,My name Kedar Palai, At-Sanabandhakera, Po-Brahmagiri, Puri, Orissa.
I had contacted with Ms. Ashwin Bharat Agency, Puri for a gas connection in month of Aug. 2010. After followed all the rule, they took 4,200.00 from me & give a bill having no. of 738, date was 25-aug-2010 & told me they will provide me stove & cylinder within 7 days. Even after six months, they r saying same.
Please suggest me sir,

Bharat Gas — extra fee for gas connection
When i enquired for gas in bharat gas agency in Arumbakkam, chennai, they asking as to buy a cooker worth Rs.2000 apart from deposit and cylinder charge. They told me if only we agree to buy cooker, after that only they give gas connection.Kindly advice what is the procedure to apply gas connection and how much amount we have to pay initially.

I am a consumer of Bharat Gas & Agenccy is Vijay Gas Agency, Village Badli. I am facing a lot of proble from last 4 months. The Agency peoples are not supplying gas on time. Often we get supply after 25-30 days. but in this month all limits are crossed. I made booking on 13 January via booking ref. 387 & 388. but till date (Feb. 14th) no supply is made by the Agency. If I try to contact through phone the never picks phones. I m very shocked what to do for on time supply of gas.Dharampal

why bharat gas dealer takes 17 to 18 days to deliver the lpg cylinder with out proper explanation, and this is toomuch,and he even dont take next booking of the cylinder bfore 15 days of delivery here how any family can manage with this type of missmanagement,why company is not looking at this problem.customers are suffering badly in this area.
