Bharat Gas (M/S Nihal Gas Agency) — Non Delivery of cylinder even after 16 days

I'm a consumer of Bharat Gas, M/s Nihal Gas Agency.
Customer Name:- Sadhya Noor, Consumer No:-23612, Distributer Name:-Nihal Gas Agency. Complaint regarding non delivery of gas even after 16 days.
Gas was booked on 19/02/2011 from cell no. [protected], confirmation message for gas booking from 52725 was received on the same day, booking reference no is :-6789875, but gas cylinder is not yet delivered even after 16 days. Pls do the needful frrom your end.

Bharat Gas — half filled gas delivery

My gas-distributor does not EVER carries a weight machine to weight the gas cylinder while delivering. I have been refusing the delivery for past 2 years because every cylinder is half filled only. After several complaints once they sent a completely filled cylinder with a spring balance for me to check. This time I have refused the delivery for 3 consecutive times but still not received any call/update from my distributor. I have put down a written complaint on the www.ebharatgas.in website also, but have not heard anything. The distributor sends such half filled gas to everyone, and I think every consumer accepts it as they get. But I know the proper weight of a completely filled gas cylinder; that is why I do not accept the half filled ones. Please take necessary actions to teach them a lesson or at least ask them to carry a weight balance for consumers satisfaction.

dear sir,
mohan gas service agency is supplying the gas to the hotels and not delevering the gas to homes. i have booked the gas 28/2/2011 and when do i call to the agency they are telling to contact to delivery person.i didnt get my gas even today 9/3/2011.

Bharat Gas / Distributor Raj Gas Service code 113513 — Refill

I hereby bring into your kind notice that our authorize agent of Baharat Petroleum in jawahar colony, New Faridabad is not providing us gas cylinder on time and refuse to book our refill cylinder request by giving the reason that new booking request will be entered only 25 days of from the previous date of receiving the cylinder and delivery within one week, which is not true, as per the information provided customer care department actual period is 21 days after which booking request can be filed. This delay in supply is very inconvenience for us. We have already filed a complaint regarding this matter & complaint no. is 3239283 dt. 08-Feb-2011. So kindly look in the matter and do the needful as per earliest.

Dear sir,

I had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder consumer no. 2583 in the name of KunwarSain on dt. 14/02/2011 & 07/03/2011 but till today on 11/03/2011 . I have not recieved the cylinder yet.

This is not the first time, . It is their regular response I am getting from the agency.

They not delivering to right time, it's very very difficult for me i have a kid and i am working also how to maintain? every month problem for me because of LPG Gas

Kindly help me as soon as possible.

I am consumer L. P. G . Gas no. m 22934 AT mEERA GAS AGENCY MEERUT u.p. THERE IS AGENCY RULE THAT THEY WILL BOOKING GAS AFTER 25, DAYS BUT GAS SUPPLY TIME OF THE REFILLING IS ALWAYS WAITING TILL U WILL NOT COME TO GAS AGENCY BECAUSE THERE IS SHORT TIME & MANY OTHER PROBLEM NOT UNDERSTAND BY THEM NEITHER THEY WILL SOLVE NOR THEY WANT. TO SOLVE. i BOOKED my gas on 3/3/2011 after 25 days of reffilling but till now no gas supply time start on 13/3/2011.

Bharat Gas — selling tea and hajmola candy

Bharat Gas is imposing such sell of tea and hajmola candy for each cylinder. So i want to know whether Bharat gas is also selling tea and hajmola candy .. so the extra cost for oil is unbearable to me. So please sort out any solution.

We are a consumber of Commercial/ Domestic L P Gas of Bharat Gas, our consumer No. is 16408 / 16409 at Kalamboli ( Shri Sai Ram Gas Agency, Kalamboli, Navi - Mumbai - 410208. Every time we are getting Cylinder after various follow up ( Aprox after 10 -15 days).

In Trichy Nanda Gas Agency phone numbers are always busy. Eventhough they are providing 5 local land line numbers all are busy in working time. so even for enquiry we can not contact them easily.

Now a days they are not issuing the refill in time. I have booked a refill in 16Feb2011, till now i didn't received the refill.

Iam not happy with your services in Malappuram. I have booked LPG cylinder on 19/01/2011 and booking no is 8119 at your agent Malappuram, but as of today (19/03/2011) 59 days completed, till now your service provider do not send us the delivery. I had booked the cylinder on 11th March through online Ref No:7330110. when i check the status online showing that the cylinder will be delevered on 11th March, gas cylinder in my house has not been received till date(23rd MArch). Sutaible action may bee taken & and inform me.

As per the rules a cylinder has to be delivered after 21 days from the date of last cylinder received / delivered ... this is not the first time it happens again and again month after month .
