[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — Non-delivery even after 15 days of booking

Sub.: delay in delivery of lpg cylinder & poor service of dealer
Sir,
I have got my gas refill booked on[protected], but i haven't got it till now. My refill no 20901,n book no-5591785 our dealer doesn't deliver refill on time. He gets late every time n behave rudely. I have asked him many times delay for late delivery , he always say "its delay by company.
Kindly grant to send my refill in 1 or 2 days
I have only one refill to booking ,it books after 22 day n receive after 15 days , i cant manage it

I, chhotoo prasad, consumer no 9124 c/o cskm public school, satbari, chhattarpur, new delhi-74 was booking gas on[protected] but not given booking no, again after 2 days i.e[protected] call he say gas sent tomorrow but not supply gas. again today on[protected] call & ask booking staff my gas is not supply till date & I asked kindly give me booking no but booking staff he said your gas is not booking at now book your gas no 11912 I have surprised I have booking gas on[protected] but booking staff is not booked why not book (booking address B-7, Lsc vasant kunj new delhi-110070 kindly taken action & gime reply my mobile no [protected]
I am residing at Chira Bazar i had booked my gas before 15 days but people are not answering at all specially ladies my kakad gas no is-20229 Bhadricha . Even after calling 20-50 times people (receptionist) are not answering at all which creates a big nuisance of troubling. & gives foolish answers even though they pick up calls so please take this into consideration as soon as possible .

Last but not least Please pay attention as people are giving false & foolish answers & making is fool by saying that more two days, more two days even though calling them 10 times they give same repitition so please take this into consideration as soon as possible.

Bharat Gas — Bharat Gas Cylinder Refill Complaint

I booked my gas cylinder refill at M/S CITY GAS, Kolkata (distributor#112350)... On[protected] against my consumer number 23966.
Every time when I called to distributor, he replies that “It will be delivered tomorrow”. However even after 40 days of booking I have not yet received filled cylinder. Now the distributor says “my earlier booking is cancelled and I have to do new booking with 15days waiting”.

After multiple follow up, yesterday 01/10/11 I had visited to distributor’s office for inquiring about my booking. His response was very rude, Instead of showing courtesy about his poor service, he started shouting on me told me that I didn’t booked any refill cylinder request. On top of that, he told me to leave the office else he will hit me. When I denied to leave office, he told his employees to throw me out of his office, his employees tried to hit me. I have also recorded this entire conversation.

This pathetic service and response from Bharat Gas distributor is unacceptable.
I want to take new connection of Bharat gas cylander.Please tell me what should I do ?

Bharat Gas - Nihal Gas agency — Gas cylinder not delivered after the gas booked 15 days in advance

Dear Sir,

My Customer Id:- 20954 getting service from Nihal Gas Agency, Mayur Vihar, Wanted to lodge a complaint that Inspite of Booking the gas 15 to 20 days in advance we are not getting delivered the cylinder. And when we are calling back to the agency people they are talking in a very rude manner and not telling us properly when the gas could be delivered. I have Young Baby of 11 months and I need to boil milk for her in every one hour or two please let me know where to go to get that work done or my baby would be starved by this.
As well as earlier when we used to get a cylinder it used to server us for 2 months but now days its only capable of serving only 25 days and not a whole month.

Please help us to resolve this problem

i am booking gas 10 oct 2011 but Not recieved so again call 4th Nov 2011 this time your agency say no booking not showing 10th oct & note this booking 4th Nov & say send gas after 4 days,
after 4 day also not received the gas again call 9th, 10th, 11th 12th & 13th Morning saying today comfrm you reciev the gas but not reciving the gas talk also dilevari man but he also not response and not talk properly last 4 day my family taking lunch outside so please do needful

This is hereby to inform you that I, Harpreet Kaur, resident of 505, LIG flats, Hasthal holding registration no. 1152 in the name of P.S.Sethi have booked for a refilled cylinder on 17-11-11, it is really surprising to know that till date I am yet to receive the supply of refilled cylinder, even after our frequent requests and reminders, the concern has been unresolved which we are unable to digest, above all, on calling the booking centre, Milind Gas Service Keshav Pur village, Vikas Puri, the staff attending to complaints are very arrogant, rude and misbehave with us while taking up the calls
We are left at the mercy of our neighbours even for boiling the milk of our eight month old child as we have no spare cylinder to carry on the daily activities, I strongly feel that the staff are definitely indulging in some open market trading for which we are being made to suffer for no fault of ours
kindly intervene to close the same asap

Bharat Gas - Refilling Issue — Freedom Fighter's wife (age75+) face issues every month

Dears Bharat Gas Org-
My grand mother, Shrimati. Srimanti Alagonda Patil [Bharat Gas consumer no- 019443], she lives alone with no full time assistance. She has a single cylinder at home and faces refilling/delivery delays every month.

I am requesting this complaint on her behalf, can't do much because I tried calling agency several times but ended the call with same answers that they will deliver it today/tomorrow. I feel bad for the kind of service a company like Bharat Gas provided to senior citizens, that to on freedom fighter's family.

LUDHIANA FROM LAST 4 YRS.BUT FROM LAST YEAR THE AGENCY MERGED WITH TALWAR GAS AGENCY 33-COLLEGE ROAD.CIVIL LINES.I PURCHASED MY D.B.C.FROM TALWAR GAS AGENCY THEY FORCED ME TO PURCHASE RUBBER PIPE WHICH COST ME RS.190/-ON 1.10.2011,WHICH I DO NOT NEED IT.LAST YEAR SAKATAR GAS AGENCY ALSO FORCED ME TO PUCHASE THIS PIPE FOR RS190/-THEN I HAD TO PURCHASE THE SAME PIPE.THIS IS ILLEGAL.

PLEASE GET MY MONEY BACK OTHER WISE I WILL GO TO CONSUMER`S COURT.

Bharat Gas — responsibility, inconvenience, indecent behaviour of Delhi Gas Uttam Nagar

Booking of LPG cylinders are automatically cancelled by Delhi Gas Agency, Uttam Nagar without intimating the consumer, refuse to accept cylinder booking at office, refuses to change mobile no., all these things mentally harass the consumer severely.

My Consumer Gas connection no. is 3294. We face harassment by the Agency "BHARAT GAS, Bharat Nagar, New Delhi" and also delay in delivery of Gas. Though we have double gas cylinder, yet we are facing difficulties due to non-supply of gas on time, even reminding and personal efforts made.

i had booked a cylinder with serial no 27909 on the 26th november 2011, on phone, requested the excel gas company as we had a function at home, and finally even went there personally, but the attitude of those people was very indifferent.i still havent got my cylinders till today(04/01/2012).just to inform you that we pay for the cylinders and are not being provided them free of cost seeing the attitude carried.i dont know if these complaints are even read by anyone as no one is interested in the betterment of the company as this has been the problem since many years and is not the first time it has happened.a change in the attitude of the local providers is i think asking for too much.i have wriiten this complaint hoping something will be done about the system expressing the anger of many many others like me.expecting some feedback atleast.
