Bharat Gas — Not supplying gas after 87 days of booking

My consumer No is 2003.On 21/05/2011 , I have booked my gas through telephone.After 15 days ,when I asked for my gas, the supplier told me that after one week they will deliver it. But after almost 2 months they have not delivered it.on enquiry they replied home delivery has been stopped completely .But party is delivering gas from godown at the cost of Rs 600 without any booking.Situation has so critical that every day about 200-300 people deposite their books for gas , but return empty handed most of the days.Kindly help me & also inform me how to change my gas distributor urgently.

we have booked our gas cylinder about 20 days ago and whenever we ask for it, we get answers like our delivery van is in garage or our worker did not came on work today, we are fed up of this , why is bharat gas giving gas agencys to such people, sir pls look upto this complaint, bcause of such people your companys reputation becomes bad,

Bharat Gas — delay of supply of bharat gas

For last few times The Krishna Gas Service (Belur) has delayed in gas service. They are supplying the gas to the caterers. I booked the gas on 5th july 2011 if I don't get the gas supply within three days I shall do complain to the Consumer Forum.

I Sri Narender Nimma, residing at Flat No.304, May Flower-2, Cosmos Park, Thane (W), near Vijay Garden, Mumbai – 400607, Maharashtra - India, would urgently like to inform you that, I am not at all satisfied with your unwanted bad performance regarding Gas Cylinder delivery issue, booked as on dated 12/07/2011 vide Booking No – 498, against Consumer No - 15222 for the last 4 days, inspite to my regular request at your end by phone & your every time unwanted fake / false confirmation to me that, I will definitely going to receive my booked cylinder immediately which I have not yet received till date. Being the Customer of such an old concern like Bharat Gas, this type of attitude is unexpected. Suppose, if there is any other valid reason of delay, like cylinder shortage etc, I am always ready to react in accordance if the fact is rue, but this type of fake / false confirmation is not expected from your end especially when I am demanding against valid booking reference ground.

I ardently request you to kindly look after the matter with the earliest possible time & let me know your views regarding the issue otherwise It will compel me to take the matter to the higher authorities in coming days.

I have booked my gas refill on 3.07-2011 but gas agency did not supply till today.This agency provide poor service & sales more Cylinder in Black And not supply Properly. My gas connection with Raghav Bharat Gas Agency Ayodhya Ganj Dadri. Distt. Gautam Budh Nagar (UP). This gas agency not supplying in proper way. Today my both cylinder is empty. I am from PUNE, Chinchawad.
Our Gas Agent is M/S Raka Gas, Chinchawad.with Con.No 42078.
The delivery persons always collects Rs. 5/ Extra for delivery @ Ground Floor.
This time also he delivered on 1/8/2011 he collected Rs. 415/ instead of Rs. 410/.
We have informed the agent previously also, but the situation is unchange .
Will you pl. look into the matter, .
It is not a question of Rs. 5/, but the ethics .

dear sir i am a consumer of meera gas agency meerut sir there are more complain with agency but the most complain is not picking the phone & not to deliver refile also after 60 days of booking agency is not folow the rule &regulations

i had sent a registered parcel to Amelia Emchi Doimukh on 1/8/2011. it is more than 15 days today and there is no trail of it. i had been assured that it will be delivered within 10-15 days and told to write a complaint if it is not delivered.

Bharat Gas — non delivery of gas refills at home

I'm S. V. Dhopeshwar, residing at Jabalpur. I have A Bharat Gas Connection. My customer no is 518 at Galaxy gas agency south civil lines jabalpur. Since last one year and a half, the distributor has not delivered the gas at home. infact after one month and more than that, he refuses for home delivery. infact, when I contacted the deliveryman for gas, he asked additional Rs. 150. Even today, I had to go to the dealer to get the Gas. Even today he refused to give gas. his behaviour was also rude. Kindly do the needful

kind sir, Could you please let us know what is the maximum time a dealer can take to deliver a refill cylinder, after booking. And if the dealer does not do so in the stipulated time, what can a consumer do? who or what agency should he approach to get his complaint adressed ?

I booked on 25th August with Tanaya Gas agency (Nallasopara) and now the good lady says it will take another 16 days from today that is mid of sep due to shortage.

Firstly is it true, that bharat gas having cylinder shortage problem ?
