This is to inform you that whenever we register for gas booking its really rediculous i doesnt know how this people r booking we have to call 2 to 3 times after booking & finally says ur no 601981 has not been registered many times this happens & also they wont give any registeration no & disconnect the phone call in BHARATGAS AT WORLI OFFICE & THEY R ALSO SO RUDE IN TALKING.

my gas no.37088, i have reqested to supply of gas, to the distributor and every time he is telling your no.is locked after making necessary process, the lock is getting open like this 3times opened the lock. For this approx taken 150 days. Every time distributor telling something. kindly make arrangement for the supply. Otherwise i will go to consumer court.
change of bharat gas connection name from a person to another ( it means mother to her daughter ) what is the procedure should be done, could you please advise to me.

I had booked my gas on dated[protected], Jai mata di gases, Biharsharif, Nalanda (Bihar, Yet now not deliverd my gas ceylander. I complain for gas cylinder to agency. Thereafter I reminde the agency for five times. It is a problam of behing back. The agency service is very poor & unsuccess. All costomers are frustrated and blackmarketer are profitable. If I pay Rs. 500 for a cylinder, the cylinder may be dilivered at any time at my home. The agency not only sell the bharat gas cylinder, even they sell perfumes, soap, musterd oil pack etc. Please check this matter & solve my problem. mera consumer no (Book no.)2418 Father name Lat. sh. Mikki sharma hai mere pitaji ki death ho gai hai. mughe gas connection apne name kavna hai. mai ne total documents (Raghav Bharat Gas Agency dadri )mai deposit karva diya hai.
documents 15 september 2012 ko deposit kiye the. par abhi tak koi bhi action nahi liya gaya hai. mere ghar par gas bhi nill ho gai hai. hum log badi muskil se khana banane ka kaam kar rahe hai.office se badi muskil se leave milti hai. or jab agencies par jate hai to koi na koi karan bata diya jata hai.
kirpa kar ke ek do din mai connection transfar karne ki kirpa kare.

As i am consumer of bharat gas having consumer no6774 from J.S.ECO Gas Agency barauni i booked refill on[protected] as per agency if i did not take cylinder within 6 days my booking will be cancelled also he ask to take delivery on 7 Dec 12 i went but they Say come tomorrow when i went tomorrow again he say same thing and today again say the same with rude behaviour so i visit 3 day continues and return back so please kindly favour me regarding this issue
