[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — Non-delivery even after 15 days of booking

Dear Sirs,

We book for Bharat gas and we always end up with excuses and the delivery is always 10 - 12 days
second thing that often we get the less gas from cylinder if we say for recheck they don't accept it
& some times they misbehave with house wife.
so kind request you to take needful action.

Me Harpeet Singh regular user of LPG gas residing at Village Lambi. I booked second LPG gas cylinder nearly 8 months before. But i have not recieved second Cylinder nor any guidence from deleviry agent here at Lambi. Whenever we enquire from their office about our cylinder they say us to apply again for the same. dear sir mera consumer hai 4139 mera problem hai ki main 17 august se gas booking ke liye phone kar rahi thi lekin pura din phone busy aata raha jab lagatar char dino tak phone na milne par maine uske distributor PRANB MUKHERJI ko unke cell par call kiya lekin unhone mere sath bahut badtamiji se bat ki aur bole ki sabka to booking hota hai tumhara phone kaise nahi lag raha unko ek female se kaise bat karte hai itni bhi tamiz nahi hai aur mere sath abuse language me bat ki aur kaha ki riffil book ho gaya ye bolkar phone disconect kar diya lekin mujhe abhi tak gas nahi mila aur aaj jab maine phir phone kiya to kaha ki gas bheja tha ghar lock tha halaki mere ghar kabhi lock nahi hota kyoki meri maid har samay ghar pe rahti hai aap kripa kar ke meri ye problem solve kijiye har bar jakar gas bokking karwana posible nahi hota hai aur mr. PRANB MUKHEERJI ke khilaf koi sakht action lijiye aur unhe mahilao ki izzat karna sikhaye from Vaishali Kalwani

Bharat Gas — Late Delivery of LPG Cylinder

This is to inform you that I, Narender Kumar booked an LPG cylinder on 26 August 2011 through mobile with reference number 12137988, but after inquiring at Saurabh Gas Agency Rohini, I came to know that the gas cylinder was not booked. Please consider why my booking reference is not prevailing.

Vishal Bharat Gas Agency — LPG(DOMESTIC) CYLINDER

Due to my Parents Prolonged illnesss & their treatment, I have not booked LPG gas cylinder refill for the last 18 months.When I approached the said agency, they refused to book cylinder refill.Kindly direct me what should be done to get cylinder refill.

I have already given complaint , Pl.depute your person to reslove the problem
since i have no any extra filled cylinder right now, i am trying from last 2 days to calling
in your office , but all 4 no's showing busy all the time and if ringed, no on can lift the the phone.Problem is that Regulator can not fix on nozzle of cylinder.

Bharat Gas — Gas Cylinders are not for the registered Consumer

My Consumer ID No is BC20383 My dealer is Vijay GAs SErvices Kherwadi Ram Mandir Road Bandra East Mumbai 400 051 Sir I have booked Gas cylinder on 6th september 2011 today is 14th september 2011 so far i have not yet received Delivery from your dealer Since last six months we are facing this problem. they are having two Lan line 26470622 and 26474017 out of thes one will be only engaged & one will ringing but no responce and if by chance we get them on line they will say that we are sending today but they wont send. they are not having any fixed time for the delivery

FLR., TULINJ, NALASOPARA (E) IS NOT PROVIDING US A PROPER SERVICE AND ASKING FOR THE UNDER TABLE MONEY FOR MY DOUBLE CYLINDER, INSPITE I HAVE APPLIED 3 YEARS BEFORE STILL THEY ARE SHOWING WAITING LIST FOR MORE THAN THOUSAND NUMBER.

Bharat Gas — Not accepting Booking online

I am cosumer of Bharat Gas My consumer No. 11972 ( Ramesh Tiwari H.No.223/1 Chanchal Park, New Delhi-110041) I used to book my cylinder for refill through online since 2.5 yeas. I have not get any delivery since June 2011. after made repeated bookings. every time given booking reference but next same is washed out from the booking list. Please let me know why my booking is not accepting nor any reply made by the Agency ( Surya Gas Agency Nazafgarh- Delhi).

I am trying to contact with their telephone No[protected], 2547239, 2542348 but their telephone number is always busy and always saying that the subscriber is busy please dial after some time.Intentionally they feeding their telephone the same word to harassing the costumer.

Please take necessary action as soon as possible to avoid the such type of habit.

sir, My consumer no. is 30044. I had booked for a refill on9.8.11. But it took nearly 50 days for delivery.I want to know how many days it will take for adelivery. My agency is Super Flames, 16/457, Kazhuthumuttu, Kochi-682005, Kerala. Besides the agency never takes phone calls while we try. Their reply is that they have no sufficient staff.
