[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — Non-delivery even after 15 days of booking

Sub.: delay in delivery of lpg cylinder & poor service of dealer
Sir,
I have got my gas refill booked on[protected], but i haven't got it till now. My refill no 20901,n book no-5591785 our dealer doesn't deliver refill on time. He gets late every time n behave rudely. I have asked him many times delay for late delivery , he always say "its delay by company.
Kindly grant to send my refill in 1 or 2 days
I have only one refill to booking ,it books after 22 day n receive after 15 days , i cant manage it

Kindly inform me as early as possible your company will take how many days after booking gas cylinder. As in every month we faced same problem from your Sreerampur distributor. and when i call to your Customer Service Division before some months ago one gentleman told me that there is a problem in your bottling plant so this delay occur. But may I know would you kindly inform me when can we received the refill cylinder after booking. We faced each and every month that after booking the cylinder we get that refill cylinder after 20 to 25 days so when we call your distributor then only we get that. I want to know is this the proper timing of your distribution system?
My consumer no is J-1847.distributor name is Jai Hind Gas Service, Sreerampur.
kindly inform me would we faced the same problem each and every month or get some relief from it, if so when?If possible kindly inform me at our e-mail id i.e. [protected]@gmail.com

khera gas agency — delay in refill cylinder

Name of agency is kehra gas service shop No.3893,Roshanara Road Delhi-110007. date of booking of the gas for refilling on 05.04.11 but no delivery up to till date.

And till today i have not recd the same. my gas is over and i m struggling .
No body lifts the phone, some times it comes engaged.

Very bad service. There is always a delay in the service and the time management has become horrible.

my gas oonection no. 8782 with Geena gas services Kotkapura. my complaint that gas agency bookd for reffil after 21 day and afterthat give suply after aproximat 20 days, we have to purchase from the black marker to whom your dealer suply the same please enquire into the matter and taken action. Bharat Gas dealers are cheats. They promise to deliver the gas cylinder in 24 hours and when i went to the agency today and told them to deliver the same they say it will take at least 20 days to deliver the cylinder but the when i called the delivery guy who regularly delivers the cylinder in my area he said pay me 200 extra and ill give u the cylinder in a day.


This just an artificial demand created by the agency to hog more money from the consumers and on top of it there is no place u can go and complaint to.

In Margao Goa Tel 2705148 -I have booked my gas for 3 weeks now on 15th April'11, but as of today my daily enquiries have been answered by one Pandurang that the Driver has been given my booking request slip but he does not adhere to my instruction. Has Pandurang any authority over the delivery man or is there some hanky Panky going on - is the domestic Quota supplied to Hotels as this is the peak season for Hotel Industry.in Goa and scrupulous workers lining their pockets The driver and officer hand in glove The Driver who supposedly does not follow Pandurang's instructions is presently delivering gas in Coastal Area (Top notch Hotel Area.) while I am left to function without Gas. Very Strange happening. - it is for Esteemed Organisation like Bharat Gas to scrutinize the functioning of Goa Gas in Margao[protected]

Dear Sir,
I want to bring to your notice the irregularities being done by my distributor, DAMMO Enterprizes, 648, DDD, LIG Flates, Jhilmil Colony, Delhi-95 to its customers.
First, the cylinders are only half-filled. When asked for the weight mesuarement equipment, the curt reply of the vendor most often is lena hai to lo nahi to mein chala.
Second complaint is that even after booking your gas, one month in adavance, it never comes to your place on its own. You have to make 5-10 visits at least to get your cylinder. Sir I am a 72+ ex-service man, at this age i can't keep running to the agency.
Please take stern action.

I 'm resident of budh vihar, delhi-86. our gas distributer is - Partap jyoti Gas, B-43/44, , Avantika, Rohini, Sector-1, Delhi-85.

I want to inform you that above mentioned distributer service is so bad. this gas agency's employee is always theft our cylinder and sold to another customer.

They have abuse me and spoke poor language, all time with me. these people are the group of people.

Please do me a favour and help me in the getting of my cylinder.

TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED.

When I enquired about it through phone on[protected]AM, I get a reply “You will get refilled cylinder tomorrow. If you want immediately YOU CAN MAKE A COMPLAINT ANYWHERE.”

They are not delivering to right time, it's very difficult for me I have a kid and I am working also how to maintain? Every month I am facing this bad situation and making a complaint, but not yet take proper action at your end also.
Kindly help me to get relief from this ridiculous situation.

my name is phool wati my address is gali number 1 indra park palam new delhi 110045, my consumer number is 3368, my gas cylinder distributor is Vishal Bharat gas Mahaveer Enclave Palam new delhi 110045 who’s distributer code is -168530, we are facing very much problem in getting the delivery of gas cylinder from last one year, distributer never give us the gas on time sometime he give it after one month of the booking, due to this regularly it happen in my house that we have to purchase cooked food from the market because we have only one way to cook the food and that is LPG, and if any time we ask to the distributor regarding it he start to misbehave us so now its my humble request kindly take some strict action against it
