[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — Non-delivery even after 15 days of booking

Sub.: delay in delivery of lpg cylinder & poor service of dealer
Sir,
I have got my gas refill booked on[protected], but i haven't got it till now. My refill no 20901,n book no-5591785 our dealer doesn't deliver refill on time. He gets late every time n behave rudely. I have asked him many times delay for late delivery , he always say "its delay by company.
Kindly grant to send my refill in 1 or 2 days
I have only one refill to booking ,it books after 22 day n receive after 15 days , i cant manage it

Bharat Gas — non delivery after 21 days

dear sir
We have booked gas in your derabassi branch since 10th may 2011 but they not delivered the gas till to date. my customer no is 19826. we are facing this problem so many time .pls resolve as soon as possible.

Bharat Gas — NON-DELIVERY EVEN AFTER 21 DAYS OF BOOKING

Respected Sir,
The BHARAT GAS claims to deliver the gas-cylinder
to its consumer within 24 hours of booking.Here,we had booked our
cylinder for home-delivery
on 9/05/2011 at Booking ID.29 with Consumer No.3015 for Anand Gas
Agency,Ahmednagar,Maharashtra.The delivery has not taken place despite
our daily reminders through phone calls and even going to their
office.
This agency is regularly irresponsible for the
customers to give the service.So,I request you to take some necessary
action regarding to non-delivery of Cyclinder.

REMINDERS TILL TODAY i.e. 31/5/2011.
PLZ LET US KNOW, HOW CAN WE CONTINUE THE RELATIONSHIP WITH YOU IF WE ARE NOT GETTING PROPER SERVICE FROM YOUR SIDE AND NOT EVEN PROPER REPLY ON PHONES. THE BEHAVIOUR OF YOUR EMPLOYEES WITH US IS WORST.

bharat gas for home — delay in giving products

Respected sir,

Hereby i launch a complaint about "BANU GAS AGENCY" the dealers of bharat gas (lpg)for stoves. Here no one is responding the phone calls. Though we call for the whole day no one is picking up the phone and booking the gas. Also even after booking the gas by mandatory way the is not delivered even after fifteen days. Kindly take this compliant and take a necessary action needed.
Dear sir,

I booked gas dated on 19/05/2011 booking no. is 85, consumer no. J-4149, but i have not yet received today received. 21days left going booking the refil, but no response from gas agency.
Sir, my consumer No. 19734 and Agency is M/s Preet GasService, City. Giddarbaha, Dist. Muktsar (Punjab).

I booked my cylinder on 28 May 2011 & my online bokking no. HS917U
the agency person was talking with me bad words & says that its non of your business. I compalnt help line no [protected] & complaint no 126245, i compalnt my city officer TM Nandis to solve my problem but after 3 days my cylinder is not deliver on my house.
They also sold the gas cylinder illegally in market.
Plz solve my problem & deliver my cylinder.

Bharat Gas — delay in supplying refill

My Bharatgas consumer Number is 23500. The dealer is K. Ramanaiah Gas Agency, 153,Arcot Road, Valasaravakka, Chennai-600 087. It is very difficult for me to book and get the refill in time. They are booking for refils only after 21 days of the delivery date of previous supply. But, after booking simply they are saying "You will get only after 15 days". But, they never supply the cylinder in 15 days. Only after making several reminders over phone they are supplying after 20 days. Will the Gas agency take necessary steps to deliver the cylinder in time? Further, I want to clarify wheter there is any instruction for booking the refill after 21 days.
I had online Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder Kamala Gas Service, Nehru Nagar, Ghaziabad my online Booking No.is 9511457. consumer no. 35153 in the name of Arun Kumar on dt. 07/06/2011 but till today on 20/06/2011. I have not recieved the cylinder yet.

Bharat Gas — Improper Behaviour

Dear Sir,
I booked my Gas cylinder for house purpose on 31st May with Raka Gas chinchwad..Booking no.is 1314.Then suddenly without any information my connection was shifted to this Pradeep Gas Agency.When i called in Pradeep,i tried for long time.But no body was lifting the phone.Then after several efforts one lady picked up the phone.But very rudely & aerogantly she talked to me.I was trying to convince that i have booked the cylinder.Then she told me that now your connection is shifted & you have to book it again.But was it my mistake that connection is shifted?How would i know?I have done my duty of booking.
Ok,there after she suddenly kept the phone.
Next day 1 guy from Pradeep was passing from my house road.I asked him to give me the cylinder.His name was sachin.He said you talk to office.I immediately called in office.But when i was discussing in the office,that boy sachin went away.Now my cylinder is finished.what to do?Kindly guide me.
Whose mistake is this?
Same is here, on 24.06.2011 at 9:45 A.M. I had booked my LPG Cylinder on telephone at no.[protected]M/s Puneet Gas Services, Plot No.-132, Pocket F-2, sector-16, Rohini, Delhi. My Customer No. is PG-26658), the lady answered my call and shoutingly asked about my problem & enquired my consumer number. She very rudely informed me that the refill will be provided in four to five days.

2. On that time LPG rate was Rs.345.35 for 14.2 Kgs. But the delivery boy delivered the same on 25.06.2011 & asking me for Rs. 395.35 as the amount re-stamped Rs. 395.35, hence the price was increased on 25.06.2011.

3. My specific complaint is that the lady attending the phone was rude & unsympathtic to the needs of civilized society and why the dealer agency holder charges extra Rs. 395.35 when the price was Rs.345.35 for 14.2 Kgs. when the same was booked at Price Rs.345.35 for 14.2 Kgs.

4. Therefore it is hereby requested to lodge complaint in consumer forum.

Bharat Gas — non delivery even after 15 days

I have booked my gas cylinder on 13th of june through online booking. my customer id 4258 - Hindustan gas agency - adyar. but till today I didn't receive it. i am not able to contact the agency through phone.their telephone is always engaged. please take this complaint and give me a solution. this problem happens every month.

Bharat Gas — Force for chargeable Service Taking Rs. 70/-

Dear Sir,

Bharat Gas is forcing for chargeble "Gas Service" thaugh we don't required it. And customer have to pay Rs. 70/- for that. Is there any rule for that? Please guide me.

Bharat Gas — Cylinder Not Delivered after 26 days

I am Customer of Bharat Gas. I have booked Cylinder on 8th June 2011. But till today They have not delivered i.e after 26days. We visited their office 5-10 times they are telling that they have sent service boy for delivering with giving bill to him. They are telling its not our problem.
So Sir, i request you to take some action against the distributor. The details are given below for your reference.

Bharat Gas — Not able to book my refill cylinder

I want to book my refill gas for Bharath Gas with Sai Mangala agencies Peenya. It is so difficult to get a phone to reach them to book now I have come to know that we have to book through sms and I tried and did'nt succeed. It says my telephow is not registered.

Bharat Gas — ignorance in delivery

i have booked a gas for refilling before 7 days.but now till date i have not recieved my cylinder yet. I called in office so many times but that person ignore it and talk in always funny mood and said to customer i.e me u r a foolish man.why r u call me daily?so plz do the needful action and take necessary action.
