[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — Non-delivery even after 15 days of booking

Dear Sir,
My consumer No is TG27489, I have always observed late delivery of cylinders also we have to make lot's of follow up to get the delivery please look in to the same on immediate basis

Bharat Gas — Fictitious delivery

My consumer no. 5244 at National gas agency , Hisar , I booked a gas cylinder through online booking on 2nd Jan. 2012. When I check the status of delivery it shows the "delivered" on 5th Jan. 2012, but I have not received any cylinder till today. I send the request many time but there is no result.

My consumer No. 12651 and Agency is M/s Ajinkya Gas Services, Shop No. 4, Sai Ashish Building, Near Atithi Hotel, Badlapur ( East ) - 421503. In this regard I am to inform you that as per your rule after 21 days you will booked the 2nd cylinder. So, I was Booked my cylinder for home delivery refilling for gas on 11th Jan 2012, but now more than 10 days after booking no gas has been supplied to me. The gas was booked 11 days back & inspite of repeated demands.

We got again and again false assurances are given by the above dealer.Many time I contact him / her personally and on telephone and every times he / she says that after 2-3 days they will issue, but till date not issued a Cylinder to me after sufficient time.

Please let me know, how can we continue the relationship with you if we are not getting proper service from your side and not even proper reply on phones.The behaviour of your employees with us is worst.

I want to complain against the bharat gas service at Haily Mandi (Haily Mandi Gas Service). I book my cylinder by my self for home
delivery but i get the cylinder in 15 or more days and even after booking, i used to call them frequently but no responce from them.

sir, please take some action as this has become a problem for me. what about

When ever we call for the booking of gas at M/s Chitra gas aggency all the Phone no. are busy. But if we call after 4.00 p.m. then they call that booking will be done before 4.00 p.m. and before 4.00 p.m all the phones will be busy all the time.

My name is Sudhanshu sekhar jha.I have booked my gas refill on[protected], booking no.is 18230787 but gas agency did not supply till today. My gas connection no. is 25516 with Raghav Bharat Gas Agency Ayodhya Ganj Dadri. Distt. Gautam Budh Nagar (UP). This gas agency not supplying in proper way. Today my both cylinder is empty. I am going daily for refilling of gas but he is not serious in this regard. Please look in to this matter resolve the problem. Eventhough they are providing 2 local land line numbers all are busy in working time. so even for enquiry we can not contact them easily.Agencies all concerned persons Mr.Sachin, Mr.Deepak, Mr.Murari & Agency manager Mr.Sanjeev Kansal no any response. Please look in to this and matter resolve the problem.

my gas connection no is 13270, I have booked the gas on 16.02.2012,but my continues request I do not get the same till date.name of gas agency is ADHUNIK GAS SERVICE JOGIWALA DEHRADUN

This is about Anand gas Service (Delhi) Bharat Gas distributor. they never deliver cylinders re-fill on time, take 3 to 4 weeks in general to deliver.
