(Regarding excess bill for the month of August & September)


Sir/Madam,

This is with reference to the complaint against electricity bill. The above meter is in the name of Tuntun Poddar vide connection no. K.No.: 2630 J767 1973 and CRN No.: [protected] R/o Plot no. 20, Khasra No. 61/11, Gali no.-10, Jai Vihar Extn. Phase-III, Nangloi, New Delhi-110041. We received the electricity bill for the period of 24.07.2008 to 23.09.2008 and I got shocked when I saw the bill i.e. for Rs 1, 530.00. Since the time the meter was installed we never got the such big bill. Last bill, which I was paid for the month of June and July 2008 was for Rs. 150/-. This is excess billing is done due to not proper reading taken by the executive authorized for this area. Amount billed for 555 units which was consumed from the March 2008. But all the units consumed shown in this above period and bill charged at higher rate of Rs. 3.95 per unit. I am domestic consumer and my electric consumption is very low. Therefore you are kindly requested to please correct/rectify the bill so that I can able to make the payment immediately.

Dear Sir,

You are well aware of the fact that a lot of consumers are involved in stealing the electricity in different ways and the loss caused by these thieves is being borne by the honest consumers. This is not fair. Company should ensure that there is no loss caused to it by the corrupts.

Can't there be some system of sudden checking/conducting raids on such people? At least electric meters of all households should be checked once in a quarter.

BSES — No Supply

Dear Sir,


We are not getting supply of electricity from last 10 days.After 9 or 10 o clock electricity is not coming correctly and when i used to call BSES call centre but it never connect...after so many calls call used to connect.

so plz help on the same on urgent basis.

Dear Sir,

we are the residense of Om Vihar Phase-1 Uttam Nagar.CRN NO([protected], [protected], [protected]). we am extremely frustated and disspointed so I am writing this complaint. It is reference to a no power more than 24 hours in our house. It's a because of there is some fault in our pole( POLE NUMBER 696). I complaint(COMPLAINT NO 4043, 4675, 2814, 2717, ) for same in BSES helpline, your men assured me that our senior person will call you and will make arrangement of wireman, within one hour problem will be solved, but we did not get any action towards our problem . who is responsible for that I visited to near office( Anand vihar office ) about 2-3 times no body was there and complaint window was also shut.I am requesting that please look into matter what was reason and take necessary action against responsible person. we are the residense of Om Vihar Phase-1 Uttam Nagar. we am extremely frustated and disspointed so I am writing this complaint. CA No.[protected] R/o RZ 1713 Lane no. 25 TKD Extension New Delhi my electricity bill increasing every month fist it was Rs. 1430/- then Rs. 3540/- now Rs. 3360/- it is unbelievable because me and my both are working and we came back at 5.00 p.m. so there is no consumption of electricity during our office timings but I can't understand why the electricity bill hiking every month. We registered our complaint 4 days ago but everytime they are giving a new complaint No. . They also said that they are short-staffed . We are really crying for last 4 days without electricity . We have spent almost Rs. 200-300 in phone calls . Somebody pls. help us !!!

Sir,

I, Anil Kumar S/O Sh. Lakhpati Singh residents of S-1A, Gali No 7/6 Vikas Nagar New Delhi-59, am a consumer of your BSES company since 2003. Currently I am an active member of Bharatiya Janata Party as Ex-President of Ward No 124 Vikas Nagar Mandal and general secretary of RWA S-Block Vikas Nagar.

I had taken electricity connection in 2003 which meter No 23678418, CA No[protected], CRN No [protected]. Your employees is taking meter reading regularly since 2003 to till date. As well as I have also paid all the electricity bills on time.

In 2012, I had taken another electricity connection for the same house because electricity load was increasing which details is Meter No 21557296, CA No[protected]. I also paid the electricity bill of this meter regularly in time. I have also attached the copy of current electricity bills of my both meter.

SHOW CAUSE

1. While the meter reading is taken by your employees regularly in each month and electricity bills have been also generated regularly and I paid bills regularly in time.
Then how your enforcement report show that meter has burnt?

2.. If meter has burnt that how is electricity bill generated?

3. If meter was faulty then why your employee not informed me for further action? and why your employee not change my meter from normal channel?

4. I am respected person of my colony and Ward No 124 Vikas Nagar New Delhi, why did you send your enforcement team at my home that to harm my dignity.

5. If you received any complaint then tell me the name of complainant.

Your reply should reach within 10 day otherwise I will go to the court.

Dear Sir,

I Brigadier PJ Singh was submitting our electricity bills at Lajpat Nagar -III Sub Station( behind 3c) on 7 Nov between 11-11.15 am. On receiving the receipts, I was checking them, when abruptly & very rudely the person sitting behind the counter told me in a loud & harsh voice "window se Hat Jao". I moved to the left of the window & resumed checking the receipts. I was not obstructing the follow up customers any more. Despite that the person behind the counter was abusive & asked me rudely to clear out. To this I replied that it was my right to check the receipts before leaving the counter. That I was neither obstructing other customers nor were they complaining.

Their were a total of 5 customers of which 3 were senior citizens & who were trying to make the person behind the counter see reason & be polite, but to no avail.He continued to be abusive, violating all norms of decent behavior. He repeatedly kept shouting that there was no need to check as the payment was made in cheque, & used indecent & unacceptable language. in total disregard.to my age. When I told him I will report & asked his name, he retorted that I could report where ever I wanted. I could/do not decipher/remember his name.He shouted his name/ no name was displayed/worn by the individual..

I am a resident of J-21 Lajpat Nagar III. I am a retired army officer. I am 67 years of age & suffer from 30% disability. Such rude behaviour from a young man at the counter vitiates the atmosphere & brings a bad name to the organisation he is serving. I request the concerned authorities to counsel him & put him through a rigorous training program.

I am currently nursing a profoundly deep hurt to my dignity as a disabled retired soldier & a senior citizen. "Who cares" is the thought uppermost in my mind.

Dear Sir/Madam

This is for your kind information that myself Reeta Singh W/o Ajeet Kumar Singh resident of 120D, 2nd Floor, B/S, Gokul Appartment, Lane No.5, Krishna Nagar, Safadarjung, Enclave, New Delhi-29, my Meter CA No is –[protected], my Mobile no - [protected], [protected], & my Email ID - [protected]@yahoo.co.in.

I bring this matter for your kind attention that despite of various follow-up with BSES Power Limited Safadarjung Branch for Meter Checking and to reduce the Sanctioned load to 3-4 Kw from 12 Kw.

But I am not getting any positive response for the above issue informed so many times to BSES Power Limited Safadarjang Enclave Branch & your customer care officials.

Me my husband and our only child is presently using electricity at our above mentioned address & in spite of this we both are working, and we only have 1.5 Ton Air Conditioner equipment which has major consumption of electricity all other lights and equipment are very low power consuming.
So keeping above matter into consideration I request you to kindly reduce my Sanctioned load to 3-4Kw from 12 Kw as I have to bear fixed charges for unused sanctioned load of 8 Kw.

Your early response to the above matter will be highly appreciable.

Electricity Copy enclosed for your information. Without clearance of bill we will not pay any amount.

BACKGROUND
a. I applied for a new electricity connection after being duly authorized by my father Mr. Izhar Ahmad for the same.
b. All the required documents have been submitted in this regard and accept by BSES after verification.
c. It has been more than a month since application was submitted but no compliance or formal communication was received from your end.

OBJECTION RAISED BY BSES

Dear officer of BSES Rajdhani Power Limited I am living in South East area my add: I-29 jaitpur extn gyan mandir road near madina masjid badapur new delhi 110044. my corner pole fall on the my roof. that is my complaint. I have already onlne complaint no 1. -[protected] (2).- [protected]. (3) -[protected] (4)- [protected] and written complaint give to sukhdev vihar BSES office no (1) -2080 Dated on 23/02/2016. (2) 2094. but no response. I meet and talk the Mr. Rajkumar for this complaint. I am daily talk to Mr. Rajkumar but he said to me " I am buzy I will come tomorrow. but he had not come. so plz sort out my complaint against BSES pole.

STEET LIGHT IS NOT WORKING

One dangerous distribution panel installed between quarter number 473 and 471 in sector 7 of pushpvihar is in very critical condition with out using since long. Panel no.is BSES-SKT-FPR-653. Openly door 🚪 not covered and don't paint 🎨 since long time. Please check and taking appropriate action before incident during rainy season. Thanks
