Sir/Madam,

This is with reference to the complaint against electricity bill. The above meter is in the name of Tuntun Poddar vide connection no. K.No.: 2630 J767 1973 and CRN No.: [protected] R/o Plot no. 20, Khasra No. 61/11, Gali no.-10, Jai Vihar Extn. Phase-III, Nangloi, New Delhi-110041. We received the electricity bill for the period of 24.07.2008 to 23.09.2008 and I got shocked when I saw the bill i.e. for Rs 1, 530.00. Since the time the meter was installed we never got the such big bill. Last bill, which I was paid for the month of June and July 2008 was for Rs. 150/-. This is excess billing is done due to not proper reading taken by the executive authorized for this area. Amount billed for 555 units which was consumed from the March 2008. But all the units consumed shown in this above period and bill charged at higher rate of Rs. 3.95 per unit. I am domestic consumer and my electric consumption is very low. Therefore you are kindly requested to please correct/rectify the bill so that I can able to make the payment immediately.

Street light of my locality is not working for the last 1.5 years. Electricity board employes visit many times but not responding of this light.
There are many cases of theft and burglary occur during night also there are chances of accident.s

We have to wait for a long time to get connected to your costumer care center no. 39999707.After getting the connection it just goes off.Today (27 of December, 2011)after 7:15 I got connected after long wait, thrice but every time it just disconnected every time.So you are requested to take necessary action or the fault should be rectified.
Secondly we have not been informed about the percentage you are charging on the electricity bill payed through net banking as the bill amount payable was Rs 2200 and the amount was deducted Rs 2221.78.When I connected the bank call center, they informed me that they have not charge any amount extra.This is BSES charges.You are requested to kindly mention< if any> charges prominently in the bill payment information in the item mention on the back of the bill.

This is with reference to the complaint against electricity bill. The above meter is in the name of Mrs. Harminder Kaur. CA NO[protected] and CRN No.: [protected], R/o 409, Guru Ram Dass Nagar, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092
One day some sparking from out put wires, we had complained against this. Some of line men came and removed the seal; reinstall the wires into the meter. But sparking was still not stopped. Next day they came and change the meter. They had provided us lab copy & putted Meter BURNT, which was not; they said will not have pay anything due to this replacement.
But in the Jan 2012 bill, they had charged of new meter. Due to this issue we went in Laxmi Nagar BSES office, they provide us a manual Complain no 67 dated[protected]. Till date we have not get any satisfactory result. And one of the employees on that office not behaved properly and used abuse languages.
I request to you, kindly look into this matter, remove new meter charges and penalty.

(Regarding for not collecting the documents for change of name on bill )


Sir/Madam,

I have given request for change of name from sachin sharma to ayush aggarwal on my electricity bill (Crn no. [protected], Ca No.[protected] on telephone no.39999808 on 19 january, 2012 Request No. [protected]. They told me that the executive will come to my residence for receiving the documents regarding change of name but I am sorry to inform you, even after having a personal meeting with business manager at BSES customer care center at Dilshad Garden G.T road shahdara, no action has been taken till that date.
No person has come to my residence for receiving the required papers. Even before that meeting, I called 4 times to customer care no.(dated-14 feb, 26 feb, 29 feb, 2 march), your customer care executive saying that we were not at home for presenting the documents but as my mother is not well and she is available at home every time . So there is no possibility of absence of anybody at home.
Either i can say that person is simply lying. Even he didn’t call me till now. You are requested to take an immediate action regarding my problem as a customer we need your help to solve our issue as early as possible. I am waiting for your response.

i am residing at Q.No.143/I, govt. press colony, mayapuri, N.D-64. i have complained four days earlier about low voltage and fluctuation of electricity supply but not response has been received till date. not only myself but almost half a dozen of people have logged complain about this problem. they all are very disappointed with the service of bses.

There is no power supply specially in the night around sailing club road batla house, jamia nagar .This practice is continuously going on since 10 days in this area.On complaining on the provided bses complaint phone no. there is no satisfactory answer and action.We the resident of this area pass the whole night in the dark .It is advisable that the whole staff of the concerned office should be changed or transferred because either they are lazy or they do not want to work .Kindly look into the matter immediately .

This is bring in your kind attention that i had applied for commercial T connection in May 2012. i had call to your call center number and they replied executive will come in your residence address and he will complete all the formalities at your home.
After some time i got a mobile call from your executive and he fill my form on telephonic conversation after filling he fom he gave me a acknowledge No. [protected] and he assured me that executive will come at your home and he will complete all the balance formalities.

But after 2 month later i got a letter from BSES there was mentioning NO RESPONSE ON GIVEN CONTACT NUMBER CONSUMER NOT RESPONDING ON SITE.

There is an electricity pole(pole T/666) in between my house due to which we have to face problem in making garage for the car. So you are requested to shift this pole to the side of the house.

Prem Nagar PH-III, Gali no 7&8 Najafgarh New Delhi 110043. I have submit once or twice acomplaint and BSES has also taken in serious view but In surprise checking please send honest men. Now I am complaining House no 46 Mr. challa Ram electric meter. There are two meter in their house one is OK. and second there is no seal in meter and not covered the meter with seal.they theft the electricity between 7PM to 8AM by kundi connection means they joints one wire in direct line in the meter. If this complaint is false .I will give the BSES Rs. 10000/ Please seal the meter. why the meter is left without seal . because they given the bribe to the sealing person.

I have complaint once or more and BSES has also taken in a serious view .But some negligence of of staff the left without penelity. Now this is my last complaint and I will never complaint again in future if this complaint is false. In prem Nagar PH-III, Gali No 8.Najafgath New Delhi. House No 46 of Mr. Chhalla Ram and Name plate is also putted on door. There are two meter in this house .One is OK and second is without seal and meter is not covered by the BSES staff because they have taken bribe for this .they theft the electricty from meter by an addition wire from 7PM to 8AM. A electricity pole and transfarme is in front of gate. Please surprise check and why this meter is not sealed by staff.If this complaint is false I will never complaint in future.
