[Resolved] BSNL Caller Tunes — Deactivation of Caller Tunes.

I have not activated BSNL Caller tunes. My Cell no. [protected]. Still it got activated on January 22, 2009. Rs.37/39 was deducted from sim. I sent a message BT DACT to 56700 for deactivation. My caller tune was not deactivated. I contacted BSNL betn 10th - 15th February. They used to say that server is down or call after 24hours. On 15th again I sent a message for De-activation BT DACT to 56700. After two days I found that Rs.12/- was deducted. When I contacted the service center. They registered my complaint (complaint no.332721) and said they will look into it. For safe side I again deactivated by sending message on 21 february 2009. Rs.25/- was deducted from my sim. What should I do. BSNL services are worse and to get back to their service people takes me min. of 45 minutes. If my luck is good and the lame excuse i get is server is down. My mobile no. is [protected]. I am from Hansi(Hisar), Haryana. Few days back unneccessarily caller tune had been activated in my number although I have not asked for that. Now after calling to the customer care, they are telling it is not possible to disconnect it from their side and I have to send a sms typing UNSUBSCRIBE to 56700. Even after sending the sms my caller tune is not removed. Even if I have not asked for that why should I have to disconnect from my side? and after 30 days automatically amount will be deducted from my account. I want to close it as soon as possible

i want to deactive the caller tune from last 2 months, for which I dial 56700 and follow the announcement and able to deactive my caller tune for which i spent rs.35/-. after that in the next month again the monthly fees of caller tune deducted. i called to the service center, they told me that give one msg writting unsub to 56700. till than i m trying to give msg several times and spent atleast rs.24/- and reply is coming that due to technical problem yr. msg does not pass etc. what i shall do sir, how poor service the bsnl provides and ultimately it pushed to leave its customer to other mobile provider. if possible take my case and deactive the caller tune. my mobile no. is [protected].
