[Resolved] BSNL Caller Tunes — Deactivation of Caller Tunes.

I have not activated BSNL Caller tunes. My Cell no. [protected]. Still it got activated on January 22, 2009. Rs.37/39 was deducted from sim. I sent a message BT DACT to 56700 for deactivation. My caller tune was not deactivated. I contacted BSNL betn 10th - 15th February. They used to say that server is down or call after 24hours. On 15th again I sent a message for De-activation BT DACT to 56700. After two days I found that Rs.12/- was deducted. When I contacted the service center. They registered my complaint (complaint no.332721) and said they will look into it. For safe side I again deactivated by sending message on 21 february 2009. Rs.25/- was deducted from my sim. What should I do. BSNL services are worse and to get back to their service people takes me min. of 45 minutes. If my luck is good and the lame excuse i get is server is down. BSNL — caller tune and message from mobile

caller tune apply in my mobile no. [protected] although it was not desired by me and started deducting monthly subcription. Further in my another mobile [protected] daily message comes from ONMOBILE although never desired by me. we have already lodge no. in do not call registry and with bsnl but all in vain. I think that do not call registry of TRAI just making public fool. pls stop caller tune on [protected] and message from ONMOBILE on [protected]. for this i will be really thankful to you.

BSNL — not disabling the services even after complaint

I am a user of bharat sanchar nigam limited (mobile services).
I have activated chat servise but after sometime a want to dis-
able my chat service. I have made many contacts with custo-
mer care of the mentioned company.They have said to send
an sms to 51819 with the message body UNSUB CHAT. I
have sent several messages to the metioned number. Eight
moths have gone and in every month they are charging
Rs 30/month. each month i am facing the same problem
and seven or eight times i have sent the messges several
messges in different forms as suggested by their customer
care operators.My services are not going to stop.

I know you have several complaints but please give your
some valuabe time to my problem i will be highly oblized
to you.

BSNL — caller tune problem

I am AKASH GARG having BSNL post paid number [protected]... I contacted to one the Bsnl's customer care executive named Sandeep on 28th nov,2009 at around 00:45am. he solved my problem but was behaving badly. And on further querry he kept my phone on hold. After 20 minutes i called up again to customer care and co-incidently, it was he again and without listening this to me he again put me on hold. this happened 2-3 times more. it was really very bad on part BSNL.

My mobile no. is [protected] and i am having bsnl tune for the last 3 -4 month which I got it accidently when I pressed star, I wanted to cancel the renewal but there is no response and I have to follow the same procedure again and again without any result.I request you to cancel my renewal with immediate effect as i am having prepaid amount is deducted automatically every month.
