[Resolved] BSNL Caller Tunes — Deactivation of Caller Tunes.

I have not activated BSNL Caller tunes. My Cell no. [protected]. Still it got activated on January 22, 2009. Rs.37/39 was deducted from sim. I sent a message BT DACT to 56700 for deactivation. My caller tune was not deactivated. I contacted BSNL betn 10th - 15th February. They used to say that server is down or call after 24hours. On 15th again I sent a message for De-activation BT DACT to 56700. After two days I found that Rs.12/- was deducted. When I contacted the service center. They registered my complaint (complaint no.332721) and said they will look into it. For safe side I again deactivated by sending message on 21 february 2009. Rs.25/- was deducted from my sim. What should I do. BSNL services are worse and to get back to their service people takes me min. of 45 minutes. If my luck is good and the lame excuse i get is server is down. Since 15Aug, 2009 on my prepaid BSNL cell phone "Saare jahan se achcha" this caller tune has been activated and today 12sep, 09 i got msg from 56700 that tommorow you will be charged for Rs. 12 for song and Rs. 25 for monthly rental. This bloody Bsnl Co. is a theif. Kindly initiate steps to decativate immediately. I dont want to deduct my money.

My caller tune has been activated without any prior notification to me via any call or sms.
i want to deactivate this..what should i do..calling customer care of BSNL is worthless..they answer nothing.

BSNL — RENEWAL OF CALLER/HELLO TUNE WITHOUT INTIMATION

Dear Sir,

I opted for hello tune one month back for which they costed Rs. 12/- for purchasing the tune and other charges Rs. 30/- Now this month i never intend to continue the tune and waste my Rs. 30/- but without any intimation from BSNL they renewed the tune by automatically deducting Rs. 30/- from my balance. Is it my fault that i opted for BSNL AND THAT TOO PREPAID SERVICE SO THAT THEY CAN DEDUCT MY MONEY AS AND WHEN THEY WISH? My mobile No. is [protected]. Please arrange to credit my Rs. 30/- and discontinue my caller/hello tune.

i reacived a sms from 58888 for subscription for bollywood diva... and they deducted rs.30 for this

after making the call so many times to the bsnl call center to deactivate hello tune from my mobile no. [protected],but tey have not care it .kindly deactivate hello tune so soon from same mobile no.

BSNL — I am not assisted properly to cancel my BSNL tune.

I am Bearing the BSNL prepaid number [protected]. I had activated a called tune sometimes back but now i don want any called tune, i had talked customer care asked for the procedure to cancel the tune, but after i followed the procedure instead of canceling the tune the caller tune is changed to something else. i called up again n i was asked to follow same procedure i did but still i have the called tune and getting charged for it. I want to get rid of the caller tune as soon as possible. I am not happy with BSNL services.

Please do the needful
