i dont make call to bsnl new 88 number. i had register a complain in the bsnl customer care. but they have been not showing any responsibility for last three days. if you have some solution then please inform me. to my number [protected].

BSNL Mobile — outgoing stopped

using bsnl mobile service from last 2/3 years suddenly outgoing stoped, after submitting all documents recently cant get service mobile no [protected].
hopeing for positive reply.

I HAVE BOUGHT A TOPUP BSNL PREPAID CARD OF MRP 20.00, AND I TRY TO RC MY A/C [protected] BETWEEN 10:30 PM TO 11:00 PM ON 30th AUG 2010, show massage .. recharg succesfully, BUT TILL NOW I HAVE NOT RECEIVE MY BALANCE. MY VOUCHER SERIAL NO. .. [protected] . I CALL BSNL CUSTOMER CARE THEY TOLD JUST WAIT WAIT AND WAIT.

ITS A GREAT LOSS TO US AND TO OUR COUNTRY IF WE ARE NOT GOING TO TAKE ANY ACTION THEY WILL DO. MY No. [protected]

My self Sanjay Sadhuram Chhabdiya from Bhusawal

on 22/08/2010 I had requested to activate per second call
after that i got massage on 22/08/2020 the service will be activated within 24-48hrs.
but till today on 03/09/2010 the service is not activated

from last 12days i am complaining to bsnl customer care help line on 1500 one by one customer care officers are just giving a same reply to me

your request will be activated within 24hrs

but there were no results from long time I haD just co-role to customer care person to connect me to head of department officer and I got the same reply your request will be activated within 24hrs.

But I don't know where to complain and to whom ?

if i am at the right place hope to get reply as soon as possible

BSNL Mobile — subscriptions for unwanted services

It has been observed that subsriptions for spiritual information /quotes and laughter club etc. are taken from mobile no.[protected] without consent.Wei have tried a lot to unsubscribe these services on their given numbers but messages reach somewhere else. These unwanted SMS and subscriptions thereof have to be discontinued .

I am Sunil Kale, I am BSNL user I have problem about network . I am complaining from last 3 years In costumer care, but they are not solving my problem . so tell me what can i do to get solve my problem.my cell no is [protected] & my e-mail id is --- [protected]@gmail.com.

BSNL Mobile — unauthorised deduction

On 12.10.2010 I got a BSNLmessage from 1255025 wherein I was charged Rs 25 for monthly subscription of mobile radio services which I never activated earlier. My complaint to the customer care was futile. Till date neither my case is settled nor the unauthorised deduction is refunded to my account. It is rediculous to note such harashing activities from BSNL..My grievance should be settled immediately.

bsnl has deactivated my sim though it is a lifetime (anant) connection
i have called to customer care, they said that re-activation of that sim is not possible

Without my permission money is being deducted from my cellone no. [protected] for different subscription by BSNL Mobile headed message,e.g. Rs.10/- for Indiatimes Subscription Services
Rs.5/- for Masti Pack, for few month.
First of all refund my deducted amount & further do not deduct my money without my permission.

BSNL Mobile — Unsubscribe WAP service

My BSNL mobile number is [protected]. Even though i' ve not subscribed Wap service, i'm getting many Wap messages. and the service is renewd every month and 30 Rs gets charged. Plz stop the messages and unsubcribe the service.

BSNL Mobile — wrongly deduction of balance

sir,
i am a customer of bsnl mobile.
on the early morning of 14.11.2010 balance of mobile number [protected] is wrongly deducted.
they deducted 25 rs balance. after deduction i call on customer care and told them about my problem. they given me a complaint no. 6397843
on next day they said your money was wrongly deducted and we refund ur money within 24 hrs but sir this money is not refunded to me till today.
please take some necessary action against them.
