[Resolved] BSNL Online Recharge — online Recharge not successful-money debited | |||
Hi.. Today[protected] i have recharged my BSNL cellone mobile with 55/- and i got only 35/- talktime instead of 50/- with transaction ID- Transaction No: TXE[protected] and this is happened 3 times in a row. i recharged 110/-for [protected] on 14/8/10 and got 70/- talktime with Transaction ID- TXE[protected] i recharged 55/- for [protected] on 6/8/10 and got 35/- talktime with transaction ID- TXE[protected] kindly solve my issue i also attached a file(screen layout of that website transaction) please look into that.you will find evaery details of the recharge thank you , Santosh Was this information helpful? | |||

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. — Recharge not done, amount debited
My BSNL prepaid mobile no. is [protected]. I made online recharge of Rs 60/- on 18//11/2012 and amount was debited to my credit card account. Recharge is not done by BSNL. Transaction Id is 860043 and Ref. No.[protected]. PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL...Yours faithfully,

dear sir,
i made a top up of Rs. 100 from my sbi online account to the no.[protected]. it was on the date 17/12/2012.the transaction was compleeted from my side. Rs. 100/- was debited from my account. after an hour i recieved a msg on my mobile, whih was telling me that the transaction could not be processed. the ref.No. is [protected].i have been told by the respected person from the customer care office that the money will be credited automatically to my a/c within 3 days. but till todays date ( 22/12/2012) i havent recieved the money back.

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited — NOT REFUND OF THE REFUNDABLE AMOUNT
I have closure my BSNL land line phone connection on 22/05/2012 and they have also give the receipt of the closure of my land line phone[protected] but still they will not refund my refundable money and i have also file RTI but they have send it back.
