my name is amarjeet when i tried to change pin 2 code ...
and i entered wrong thrice . now it shows pin2 code rejcted. whwt can i do ..
please help.

BSNL — Non-Receipt of Landline Bill

SIR, 18/12/2008
I have a landline telephone connection bearing no.[protected] . The probelem is that I am not having my y monthly landline bill at time for the last two months to my home address.In the abscence of bill payment the concerned officer disconnects my telephone.It is the duty of BSNLto ensure delivery of monthly bill to the consumer residence but I have not received my bill at my residential addressthough the address has not changed.Last month my telephone connection was diconnected due to non payment of my landline bill while they have not send the bill to me neither at my residence If BSNL not takes the responsibility of timely delivery of landline bill to my residential address, so that I may deposit the telephone bill well in time I have no option to continue this telephone connection and which will force me to apply for diconnection of my landline telephone in very near future.

BSNL — tariff activation problem

hello sir,
i have a problem with my tariff voucher which is activated on 18th December.it is not working properly from 19th December to till.i complaind about it to many custmer care, but i get no response.
please do something for this.

I have bsnl-evdo (2.4mbps)
but i am getteing only 4-10 kbps
my network signal shows 3-4 bars which is max
what can i do
i think that i am westing money

i have a BSNL broadband connetion,
it is very very slow,
i get download speed of about 10 to 25Kbps only,
sometimes below 10kbps,
do something.

BSNL — Phone (040 23040467) is not working

Hi,

My landline no[protected]is not working since almost 2 weeks, i have given complaint earlier also (2 weeks back), but still not resolved.

Request you to resolve this issue ASAP.

In fact this is the third time since last 4 months (shifted to new house and transferred the earlier no), for most of the time it was not working. Off late we are thinking like paying rental un necessarily, as most of times it is not working.

Request once again to resolve this ASAP.

BSNL — Barring of outgoing calls

Dear Sir/M'am

My name is Angad Kumar having BSNL post paid connection one india plan and situated in Uri, Dist Baramulla, J&K as an officer of NHPC Ltd. First, i am very thankful to BSNL to provide communication facility in this remote area, but we are regularly paying monthly rental and gprs connection charges also. I have following complaints with BSNL: (1) My office is at Salamabad from where it is very fortunate for me if after hundreds of try a connection/call completes. (2) Generally no incoming comes but always false ring goes to the person who are dialling to me. (3) My outgoing call are barred from last 9 days without any intimation. On 30.12.2008 there is no bill or amount is outstanding from my side as the bill is already paid before due date i.e. 12.01.2008. the bill was paid in two parts on 26/12 and 29/12/2008. It is requested that my outgoing calls shuld be restored immediately.

BSNL — Bsnl new connection yet not started

i am using bsnl gprs plan 199 through my postpaid connection, it is giving very bad service & network always become fail when i tried to make some call to anyone, take some immediate action other wise i will disconnect ur connection & will use other service. my phone number is [protected]. do it immediately.

BSNL prepaid saral ananth scheme — excess amt debit from balance for sending sms from 9440337042

Dear Sir,

I sent several sms to Zee Telugu programme "messege kottandi money pattandi" at 12.00 midnight at that time iam having credit balance around Rs.1850/- but i have checked today morning i.e.[protected] the credit balance is showing around 1100/- so many amt was debited. please reverse the excess debited from the balance. my bsal complaint registration no is 208621
