BSNL — Very very very poor service

I am have been a broadband user of BSNL. Frequently, my landline phone goes dead and my phone is linked with Ukkadam Exchange and they are the worst people who do not care about their customers. Whenever I complain the exchange about my phone fault, they would take minimum a week giving answers like, lineman is in hospital, lineman is in townhall, everyone is on leave, etc. Once, a lineman who does not belong to my area, came voluntarily to help and set the problem right. If there would have been a private service in my area, I would have taken it rather than taking BSNL. Unfortunately, no private is here. This time, it has been 4 days and I do not know how long will it take to get my phone and broadband set right.

the telephone line is dead for past 3 months, with which i cant able to use broadband connection too.
i made complaints several times to Mrs.Jayalakshmi working in bsnl office situated at ambattur telephone exchange.
i got no proper response.
evenafter paying the bills we cant able to use the facilities.
if the remedy is not taken in due time before this weekend, u may face serious consequences.

i cant believe how many of you ppl freely give out your numbers on the internet... wait and you wonder why you get so many telemarketers ring you? now sorry about the critisism but i am in my same boat, could sombody referre me to a site where this is done, i will not give out my number on the net under the grounds that yes they cant call when they phone is blocked, but they can when you fix it... and this thread will be running for a long long time. now please grow some brains
