i purchesed a bsnl sim no - [protected]. the company not informed me that this sim number was given to another person earlier and that person had registered two numbers to get facility of 20 paise call cost. after purchesing the sim i have tried many times to register my two personal numbers to get the same facility of 20 paise, but every time company regected my application.at every time call attenders of the company misguid me that they have provided me the facilities applied, till date of writing this complaint i do not get the facility as i confermed through call.

It has been more than a month now since my broadband is not working. Despite the complaints made to the deptt. nothing has been done so far. However, my complaint no is 917 dt. 02-04-09. But nothing was done towards the problem. Then I made a written complaint to GMTD, BSNL- Kanpur on dt. 06-04-09. But nobody in the deptt. seems to solve the problem & the situation is getting pathetic day by day. So, this is the final way I chose to draw your kind attention to look into the problem & get solved as soon as possible.

Hi All,

I would like to bring this to the your notice that BSNL Website maintenance is very poor.

We are getting 1. Run time Exception window and 2. outofmemory exception when click on any links after login.

As per knowledge this is not due to load.

Please advise the maintenance company to do the needful and help your customers.
