still the phone is unable to receive incoming calls.i think the bsnl is not at all taking it seriosly.since bsnl sent a man to chek it at home.it is all good at customer side he said & then said that there was some problem from exchange & he would notify them and the phone would get start by evening.but still problem not resolved.

Sub: Telephone connection Faulty and out of service.

It is very pathetic to know of BSNL services which never responds to my number of complaints and the services rendered to me so far. I unfortunately applied for a landline along with an internet facility and having paid a deposit I was given a connection after 2 weeks times. For which the line men visited my premises prior to giving the connection and very pertinently collected their tips promising the connection will be given. But after much pursuance they finally gave the connection which hardly stayed connected for a week and then went out of order. Again after pursuing the depatment they came back after a week and again set it right impending that I give them tips once again. This repetedly happened on four occassions and each time the line men had one excuse or the other and insisted onthem be given tips for each set right connection. I had finally received the Telephone Bill and I find it abnormal and find it not reasonable at all for the services rendered. Hence I request the concerned authorities to either set right my connection at the earliest and refrain the linemen from the practice of collecting tips and doing mischief with my connection. Further which if it is not possible then I would want my connection to be cancelled failing which I will have to take up the issue with the consumer court.
Hope the authorities will do the needful.

BSNL LAND LINE(No 24982662) — DEAD AFTER INSTALLATION

Sir,
I've a TWO-FOLD Complain.
1> The above connection was provided to me in regards of HIGH-MONTHLY Bill (Appx 1500/Month).
Later I applied for a Broad-Band connection and as Advertise by BSNL, a FREE Land-Line connection is due to be provided to Broad-Band Subscribers. But when I approached the Office they said any 1 is available.

2> The said connection (Handset with CLI) gone DEAD forever within week after installation (About 2 YRS BACK). Whenever I contacted local Exchange they refuse me with an excuse of non-supply of NEW SETS.
I APPROACHED THE DE(Intrl) with all my Docs and complains and He assured me to solve it by a WEEK but the matter is kept unsolved till date.

I have bsnl bradband connection since 13 months, Now i changed my plan home 750 unlimitted.After I changed my plan, the download speed is very slow i.e below than 20kbs/sec.some times disconnected. This problems distrubed my online course. Do something.Thank you.

BSNL — RECEVING OF NUMBERLESS CALLS

I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING CALLS BEARING NO NUMBERS. I THEN SENT E-MAILS REGARDING THIS GRIEVANCE OF MINE TO [protected]@bsnl.co.in BUT THERE HAS BEEN NO RESPONSE FROM THAT END. LET ME AT BEST KNOW WHAT SHALL BE DONE IN THIS CASE.

I complained for that and repeated to talk with higher authorities but I get false assurance and committment. i am unhappy with typical attitude of on paper working and paralysed system. So please do needful to maintain the reputation and efficiency of dept at national level in the era of competition.

BSNL — Dream to get BSNL WLL phone

Dear Friends

Please stop applying for BSNL WLL Rural connection, this is not true
In my case they have taken money of Rs 280/- on 20th February 2009

And informed me that new connection will given in 2 working days

Till today 09th April 09 continually I’ll following up with SDOT and General manager range but no use
Every day every time they are repeating only one dialogue that's "tomorrow we will connect it at your residence"

Please don't believe BSNL Karnataka they are worst in the service

This is regarding BSNL Boardband- Chennai where i got connection on Jan 12 2009 but they charged me double bill on Feb 2009 of Rs 2047/- where i enquired no one reply even useless 1500 (help line) no help at all.Even i went to their office no one is ready to explain me the details.Is this the way how our government officers are working after getting out our tax money

BSNL - Rs 50 Charged On Feb 20 2009 — BSNL EXCEL ANANT -AMOUNT PAID NOT TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT

i have subscribed to lifetime plan ANANT EXCELl i was told that i have to charge with rs 50 at the end of every 6 months to keep my account live. i had paid rs 50 as charges and have sms receipting for the same- i did not notice that it says the validty is upto feb 20 2009. On last ocassion i had charged with rs 50 and the connection was active for the next 6 months.
i find the amount paid by me has not b een accounted at al and i am told to pay rs 221 as reconnection charges. when i enquired they are not able to tel me as to what happened to the rs 50 i paid on feb 20 2009.
i want my service to be active as i have paid the required sum on feb 20 2009.
