i have taken this broadband connection on my number [protected] and only once it has connected and m complaining to bsnl authorities but none of them have turned up to help me plzzz help meeeeeeeeeee

BSNL — Deduction Of call charges without talk from BSNL

Dear Sir,
I am a user of BSNL (Sim) and my number is [protected]. It has become a common features of BSNL service provider that they deduct call charges even if you tried to contact someone within the country or outside. On 1st August 2009, at 20:56 pm I tried to contact my cousin in Saudi Arabia, the bell was going on but he did not attend my call perhaps he was busy elsewhere, I disconnected it without communication and very soon I saw that Rs. 24/ (twenty four only) was deducted from balance amount. This had not happen for the first time I had experienced it a number of times for which I have met SDO Mobile Aligarh with written complain and sometimes I lodged my complaint verbally but it was of no use.Even today morning, August 9, 2009 at 8:17 am I tried to contact a local, he did not attend my call and immediately 90 paise was deducted from my balance.This is most disgusting, the Department of Telecommunication is requested to look into the matter.

very slow speed while viewing and downloading

I am logging in to the site "http://dataone.in" and when the page opens, i click on show uasge option but it dispalys - "no usage details found" (for the current month) since past four days.

Kindly help me out in solving the issue else how will i know that i have crossed my usage limit and I need to pay extra money for the surfing that I am doing.

I applied on 1st Aug, 2009 for Dosti activation, yet, I did not get the result.

sir i am not satisfied with work of your employees. my broadbang connection never work good the day i started. your junior engineer talwandi bhai, ferozepur exchange punjab is irresponsive. even sdo did not cleared my complain. i m at edge of stopping broadband . pls do something early possible . i am harrased. sir donnnt mind your exchane talwandi bhai run by bunnch of jokers
