BSNL — Telephone no.2351442 not working
Sir,My Telephone is not funtioning from 16th Aug. 2009. I tried to contact the BSNL office at Vasai Road but nobody is reponding. Then I personly went & complained at Vasai Road Office on 19th Aug 2009. I came to know that the field staff are on strike & it will take another few days to repair it. Please note that the office staff wont take the compaint without meetig them personal. We are working from morning to evening and it is difficult to go to the BSNL office on day time without taking leave.
i bought two dosti sim...and activated it 19th august...but dosti plancan't activated...how careless bsnl officers..they didn't care for customer
BSNL — Irresponsible service
Sir,I gave the complaint several times to my telephone(PURASAIWALKAM) exchange from 11-08-09 regarding my telephone and broadband cable being cut, but to no avail.I personally went to the exchange twice but the Junior Engineer on my second attempt said that the technician has gone to my house only.Till now theyn't rectified it.

BSNL — can't get usage details
Sir, For the past few days www.bbservice.bsnl.in is not opening dew to which I can't check my usage of my broadband account..Pleaze help me out... I always get test calls everyday in every 10 minutes which is very disturbance and irritating to me. My telephone number is[protected]. Manytimes i went to both BSNL exchanges Haridwar and Jwalapur. The officials are not taking my complaint seriously they always says different excuses every time. So, please take an appropriate step against this issue. Hope you'll consider my request...

BSNL prepaid excel general — recharge not successful
I recharged online my mobile no.[protected] for Rs.2200/- on 22nd August 2009. Transaction ID is TXE[protected] and the Receipt No. is[protected]. Though the transaction is mentione as successful my mobile is not yet recharged. not getting usages details

Kindly help me out in solving the issue else how will i know that i have crossed my usage limit and I need to pay extra money for the surfing that I am doing.

Dear sir,My Telephone number[protected] Kodigehalli of Nelamngala Taluk, Bangalore rural district, is not functionning proprerly. 1.Frequent out of order 2. cross connections 3. Noise. I am fed up with the poor service and not turn up for the complaints by the BSNL authority. Kindly do the needful.
