BSNL — Telephone Not Working since June 2009

Dear Sir/Ma'am

My name is Mohd Akhlaq My telephone Number is[protected] in Moradabad Area is Peerghaib Exchange is Lajpat Nagar. My Telephone is not working since 17 of june 2009 . I launched a complain on 17th june 2009 Complain Number was 50151. it worked for an hout after that it went dead . On the 19th Of june 2009 again a launched a complain, no 50251. But of no use. I visited SDO Lajpat nagar several times Bu Could only hear that there is an under ground fault and they dont have an extra pair .I went to GM Moradabad Mr R V Verma launched a complain there personally on the 19th itself. But no satisfactory results. than again on the 23rd of june i met GM once again he told me that it will be done in 2 working days...still waiting for that. He told me that he will componsate with the bill( I dont Want it Anyways) I have got 2 services on my landline one is Telephone second is Broadband. None Is working than also i am getting rentals.
I Visited GM moradabad for atleast 50 or 60 odd times but telefhone is still not working. So if there is an underground fault can we get another line as it happened in the case of my Neighbour Mr Maqsood Hussain For whome a new cable was arranged from the Farthest DP .
Than i was given a number [protected] and was told not to visit the office of GM again and again only to call him on this number.
Today also before writing this E Mail i contacted him but no results
So Can you people do Something or i will go to the Consumer Forum As i Dont want to Disconnect the Number as most of the people are aware of this number only

I cant able to open my july09 landline usage details, i unable to check my usage details as whenever i try to login.And the landline is also not working properly.So kindly look after it and try to solve my problem as soon as possible.

BSNL — non transfer of landline No.2521428

On 5-8-2009 a request in prescribed form for transfer of landline No.[protected] having STD facility from Qr. No.37, Type - II of NEC Complex, Motinagar, Shillong to Qr. No. 11, Type-III of NEC Complex, Montinagar, Shillong i.e. within the complex has been submitted but till date no action has been taken to transfer the said landline telephone for which I am facing a lots of inconvenience. Therefore, your concerned department may kindly be requested to do the neeful forthwith.

My telephone[protected] line is not working since one week and compalint raised but not attending. Further I received one caller ID telephone set from BSNL since four yers back as a gift of high paying subscriber but after one week the set is not working which was handed over to Kumbanad exchange still not replaced.

Your attention regarding shall be highly appreciated.

The PC which was recevived through DE(COMPUTERS), BSNL, SAIFABAD with serial no.A03A1160013 in the month of JAN 2009 is not working properly since this date. We made several complaints to your people and are attending but not rectified the actual problem.The complaint nos. are given below.

BSNL planRs.299/pm — very slow speed,no video visible

Sir,
I got broadband connection a few days back under BSNL Plan Home-
RS.299/pm.Its speed is so slow that I can't see any video or movie at
any site & nor can I talk at skype online to my nears &dears one.
I have been allotted this new connection on land line no. 0565-
2420416 by krishna ngr exchange Mathura.UP-281004.
Please lodge my complaint & advice me suitably.

BSNL prepaid easily recharge — recharge not successful

I had charged my mobile in the name of Sanjay Kumar on 16.08.09 with Rs 331Excel One India Plan. I received message that a sum of Rs. 330 has been crdited into my account. But till date there is no outgoing call is activated. I am very much upset with the service of BSNL. I am unable to do my work . I had around 25 times called BSNL Customer care . They told that they are not responsible for it. They gaver me numbers of Easily recharge . I rangup but none of them lifted the phone.

BSNL,kanpur — not grant 20%rebate on broadband(usage &rental)for govt.employees application dt 22/12/2008.

i am broadband user (ph.[protected].i had applied for 20% discount on usage&rental on dated 22/12/2008.i have contacted to sdo lajpatnagar&computer section mallroad, kanpur&also e mail to bsnl G.M kanpur for the same matter but till date i have not got any reply or result.
so, please grant me 20%rebate on broadband usages &rental from the date of application.
