Unwanted and so many missed calls so i want list of incoming and outgoing calls with name of callers. The statement from 01.01.2012 to 29.11.2013. Thank u. Update that Complaint Dear Sir Pls send the statement as earlier as possible to my email-id [protected]@gmail.com May 01, 2014 roshu-g's response still the phone is unable to receive incoming calls.i think the bsnl is not at all taking it seriosly.since bsnl sent a man to chek it at home.it is all good at customer side he said & then said that there was some problem from exchange & he would notify them and the phone would get start by evening.but still problem not resolved.

I HAVE MADE ONLINE PAYMENT AGAINST MY BSNL LANDLINE BILL OF FEB-10 RS.835/- BUT AFTER PAYMENT GATEWAY PROCEDURE THERE WAS MASSAGE FROM BSNL PORTAL THAT UNSUCESSFUL PAYMENT AND ALSO DEBIT RS.835/- FROM MY ACCOUNT.MY TRANSECTION NO.IS MIC[protected]. My sim card has been blocked. I need puk no against my Mobile no .

BSNL — WRONG DECREMENT OF BALANCE
My number is [protected]. I have BSNL prepaid service and on 17th march 2010 received a message from 56363, saying tht "Thankyou for subscribing a pack. U have been charged Rs. 8/- per week." The pack does not mention's which service has been activated,neither I am receiving any message for this pack.I filed a complaint regarding this matter to Customer care ,but got surprised to know that Customer care itself does not know which service has been activated,just they are saying any Automatic sevice would have been activated.What is this going on..?,Customer has not activated and it got activated itself.i have already lost 12 rupees for it(2+2 rs for unsubscribing this pack),but the error message shows "this service is unavailaible". i have never subscribed for the service and i also donot get any service for Rs 8. it is irresponsible of BSNL to allow such kind of theft.considering the amount of customers who have been wronged..there can be lacs of rupees stolen frm people collectively.
I would like to get the reason for this security breach and there is no way to recover my money but, it should not happen to others!hope for early help,as I will be in total loss.
