Hi, I have a Nokia 1650 mobile phone. My phone is asking for a PUK code after when I entered the pin code wrong three times. I cheked my phone with other sim it was so the problem was with my sim. So kindly solve this problem.My sim no. is[protected].

I Experianced That BSNL Tenchical Are Dumb. As and when i use to complain that we are facing password acceptance problem, they use to send line man to check the line fo disturbance. anyway, you can try windows 7 in your laptop, they will surly solve your all problem And If then also your card dose not work proper, ask BSNL to solve the problem, or to take card back with full refund. if bsnl refuses for the same fire a suit in consumer foram...!

I am unable to open bbservice.bsnl.in. How can I view broadband usage
I have been try by customer care .According to his advice I have call on 12630032 but there was no any option for Unsubscribe the HINDU DEVOTIONAL SERVICE.

BSNL — Top Up card shows Invalid
I purchased a card of Rs.55/- for Top up Recharge but after scratching & entering the code it shows an Error:" THE VOUCHER IS INVALID" One error message " THE VOUCHER IS INVALID" was displayed while on entering the code of my Top up recharge of RS. 110/- . Is there any solution?

From last 5/6 months from my mobile balance account Rs. 20/- is deducted as STOCK subscription packfrom every month . i have alredy again to again informed to BSNL cutomercare but no positive response till today.It is requested to take positive action against SMS NO.56505020 & to stop of deduction of Rs.20 / month.

BSNL — Got Monthly bill without any connection
Dear Sir,I have applied for BSNL Land line connection+ Broad band in Ramamurthy nagar office, Bangalore. I have bill reciept also. My work order no. 8902006. Yesterday ( 14/02/2010 ) , I recieved the sms that " My phone no.[protected] and bill amount 1965/- dated on feb 14,2010. Till now, I did not get any Landline connection or Broad band connection. But they send me the bill.

KOTAK MAHINDRA/BSNL — harrasement
So many times I 've tried to register my l/l no. for DND bydialling 1909 but all in vain. So please registry as I am receiving repeadtly calls
from "KOTAK MAHINDRA' for some fixed deposit schemes. Inspite of
making sevreal requests they are not stopping
these calls. They want to make talk my father , who
expired in 2008. Repeadtly telling about this but still they are calling us.
