BSNL- DATAONE BROADBAND — FREQUENT (DSL) IRREGULAR WORKING
I HAVE TAKEN BSNL BROADBAND DATAONE CONNECTION IN 2008. SINCE JANUARY 2010 I HAVE SHIFTED TO 749 COMBO PLAN FROM 500 PLAN. SINCE THEN I AM FACING LOT OF PROBLEMS DUE TO THE BROADBAND CONNECTION. FREQUENT (678) ERROR IS COMING WHEN I CONNECT TO INTERNET.AND MOREOVER ITS NOT BEING CONNECTED, AS A RESULT I HAVE TO GO OUTSIDE INTERNET CAFES FOR MY WORKS.I HAVE LOGGED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BSNL CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE UNDER REGISTRATION NUMBERS-12950. THIS COMPLAINT I HAVE LOGGED ON FRIDAY(21/01/2010) AND AGAIN SAME PROBLEM HAS OCCURRED SO I HAVE LOGGED ANOTHER COMPLAINT UNDER REGISTRATION NUMBER-13023 DATED 25/01/2010. SO KINDLY MAKE ME OUT OF THIS NET PROBLEM. THANKING YOUSASTRY.P.S

BSNL — Not satisfied with bsnl's customer care
I have faced problem regarding internet from last 4 days. I have problem to access internet in my laptop via mobile phone. The customer care executives are not fully educated. They are not able to guide me properly and their respone is very poor. So please help me. My sim card has been blocked. I need puk no against my Mobile no :- [protected]

My landline is not working since 30 days. Many times called lineman who is not responseded, and tellin so many stories who is not interested to restore the connection which caused inconvenience to us and we are unable to attend important calls comes from different cities in India and abroad.
I requested many times to lineman who is arrogant in attending his duty which inturn defame the department and leads to lot of inconvenience to us.
I request you to kindly restore the connection immediately and expect the positive reply from your end.

From last 5 days I am not able to connect to Internet through broadband facility of BSNL. Everytime I call up their customer care, the one reason i get is that the link in exchange at jaipur under maintenance and BSNL engineers are working to resolve it.
This is not the first time that I am facing such a problem. Everytime I log a complaint, the only reason I get is that the link is exchange is down. I dont understand what sort of work are the engineers of BSNL doing. Does anybody review them for their performance? i have taken a new connection 5 days ago before that i was using netone i m using first time broadband in my home pc is this the customer service of bsnl?

I am working in salt lake kolkata with bsnl data card for eight months .it is seen that i am throwing my hard earned money in the warer.I have to pay the monthly bill but 14 hours every day it's intrenet speed remains "0"

Though I should appreciate BSNL for its seamless Broadband connectivity, I cannot stand with low customer satisfaction.
