still the phone is unable to receive incoming calls.i think the bsnl is not at all taking it seriosly.since bsnl sent a man to chek it at home.it is all good at customer side he said & then said that there was some problem from exchange & he would notify them and the phone would get start by evening.but still problem not resolved.

I am a subscriber of BSNL landline[protected] in Kottappady exchange. most of the time, my phone isn’t working. I have complained many times in the exchange but they have no response.I am working in Saudi Arabia since the last eleven month.I have my older mother, wife and son.I would like to use my land line for communication. BSNL — Inability to resolve the inconvenience in the landline telephone at our home

There is a persitance disturbance in the landline connection from BSNL at our home (Telephone number :[protected] for past 3 months. Even after making repeating complains at the BSNL customer care/exchange, they have not resolved the problem. The phone is practically out of service for past 3 months due to the same. We are continously paying the bills for service that we have not been able to utilize. It is causing us lots of inconvenience in our day to day life. We kindly request you to help us in resolving the same.

bsnl braodband — Broadband not working

With reference to complaint no:75030 on 18 January 2010 for Telephone no.[protected], filed with BSNL internet complaint service. The Issue we are experiencing with broadband is quite erratic. Broadband stops working daily after 6:00 pm (few days have been an exception). We have called up BSNL complaint no. so many times helping us with no resolution to this problem.

Often the usage time for people in our family is to work after coming back from college or job and by the time we are back, broadband services are dead for the day on our PC.

BSNL should be answerable to this unwanted technical behavior. We are facing this issue for quite sometime now but their have been no words of responsibility from their side. Though they call us routinely and ask about whether the issue is fixed but no one bothers to fix this issue.

Either they should fix up the issue or pay us back money for the time we have been sufferings because of their wayward attitude.

BSNL MOBILE KERALA — Speach break

I am living at paliakkara, thiruvalla, pta. in my loacality there is no range and there are often speach breaks wile in range of 'Tiruvalla' as shown in my mob. i think wen we take gprs only we get range and not while speaking. then wat is the use of a mobile.

BSNL — Phone & Broadband Transfer

I raised 4 requests with BSNL to transfer my Phone & Broadband to new location within Hyderabad. Finally I got the docket number to my fourth request.

Here is my docket number: [protected].

I tried to follow up with customer care. Everytime I get the same response saying the request is in progress. Noone is sure about when my BSNL broadband will be transferred. Finally I have been provided additional phone number 23234770 to contact for further help or information. Its always busy.

It would of great help if I can get tips or help through this forum.

BSNL NIC card for internet — very very very low speed

i purchased a bsnl nic card for using internet. But it have very low speed. Its transfer rate is 2kbps hardly. bsnl india is making fool to the peoples. My no is [protected]

BSNL — Mobile Balance Not Updated Even After Successful Recharge Through BSNL Portal Online Recharge Facility.

I have recharged my mobile (mobile no :[protected]) through BSNL Portal Online Recharge facility on 10th Feb 2010.My transaction id is 'Txt[protected]' . The status was successful and amount of Rs 55/- was debited from my bank account but my mobile balance is not updated till date. I have registered two complaints through Customer Care services (Complain no : 5154119, 5188910 ) with no effect at all.
I have had an unpleasant experience with the services rendered by BSNL. The company still has the hangover of the past when they had the monopoly in telecommunications. The staff is corrupt to the core, nothing moves without greasing the palms. I had applied for a telephone connection in October last year. To date BSNL has not given me the connection. After a gap of almost three months, the linesman said they could not locate my residence. They could easily contact me on the existing phone at my residence. Now it is one month, they know the residence but delaying to give me the connection. Nothing moves without the big M.
