Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd., Hyderabad Telecom Dist — Failure to provide Broadband connection

Recently BSNL came out with the slogan of "Broadband on demand" and they conducted road shows even. On 18.02.2010, I gave an application for broad band connection on my existing BSNL landline. Today is 3.3.2010 and no word from them. When I personally approached the concerned Exchange, I was asked to contact the concerned person on[protected], as he would not be available in office, generally. Inspite of several trials, i could not get him on that phone, as it says he is not reachable. Is this "Broadband on Demand or Broadband at the Mercy of the Babus who will never learn." I am sure my grievance will not be solved as the BSNL Babus are a breed by themselves.

BSNL prepaid lifetime SIM — SMS not send by SIM card

my SIM card is not working properly when i send SMS to make 1 paisa calling to my bsnl prepaid card the sms is not sending, is there any other way insted of sending sms to make 1 paisa calling from my mobile please reply as early as possible or otherwise i have to change the card

BSNL — no proper step taken after complaining to customer care

I tried to recharge my BSNL prepaid connection using the online service provided by BSNL on 01.02 2010. I tried to recharge with a top up of Rs.110. The amount was debited from my bank account. but i didn't receive the corresponding talk value. then i informed the customer care service provided by BSNL about the same. They lodged a complain saying that they have informed the technical department and the matter will be solved soon. But enough time has passed and nothing has been done so far. I have called them at least 4-5 times but each time they are just asking to wait and that the matter will be solved as they have informed the technical department. I doubt they will take any necessary action and that's why decided to lodge a complain against this customer care service and technical department of BSNL.

BSNL — NO AC Mains supply

but fail to give service to public due unavalibity of AC mains supply to our WALUNJ Tq Nagar DIST Ahmednagar , Consumer NO[protected]

BSNL — connection of landline

respected sir i have applied for land line of bsnl in nov 11th but still i don't have have the landline i have
given for the brodband but they don't pick the phone and also they are not able to told hou much time they tack

my bsnl landline unit not working . wrong dialing done by unit itself without human error.

I have applied for BSNL connection for Broad band before last 6 month, I got the connection.The internet is running smoothly for 3 month. After that near about month of November & December due to technical reason is become dead.

We have lodge near about 10 complins regarding that for continious of Broad band connection & Phone line.Its so embrassing for us that your officer at Rajkot MR.Dadhaniya is not responding the phone in land line as well as in mobile. His behaviour is totally rude. Are we paid for this type of Facility from BSNL.

As issue got resolved in the month of December end.Our telephone is Dead near about 45 Days.But we have received a regular bill of the same.On the inquiry at the office we have received a reply that you pay the bill you will get deduction in the next month bill cycle.We have paid the bill in the next month the same tradition happen again.

We have contacted Mr.Dadhaniya for the same his answer was same that you will get rebate in next bill for the period your phone is not working .We would like to draw your attention that Kindly resolve our quey as earliest otherwise we are ready to go with legal procedings.

BSNL — very poor signal in college -gla mathura

i want to register a complaint against bsnl. as in our college "Ganeshi Lal Agarwal Institute of technology and management , mathura" the signal quality is very very poor. instead the campus has a capacity of about 2000 people. the phones do not work properly and not even a single call can be made in hours. so i kindly request bsnl to build a signal tower in the campus as it is causing a lot of trouble.

Suddenly my caller tune was changed. I want to change my present caller tune.

i purchased a bsnl nic card for using internet. But it have very low speed. Its transfer rate is 2 to 4kbps hardly. bsnl india is making fool to the peoples. My no is [protected]

BSNL — Landline not working from last 4 weeks

My Landline no.[protected] is not working since last 4 weeks. I had lodged a complaint with the BSNL and also spoken with DGM West - Mr Dumbre ([protected] /[protected] . But till date no satisfactory answer is received from BSNL and the Landline is still dead. Please look into the matter.

BSNL — BLOCKING OF OUTGOING CALLS

MY MOBILE NO. [protected] OUTOGING CALLS HAVE BEEN BLOCKED BY BSNL WITH OUT INTIMATION AND CREDIT LIMIT. EVEN THOUGH I HAVE PAID THE AMOUNT INCLUDING THE AMOUNT OF LAST BILL SHOWN AS NOT PAID ON 09.3.2010 ON ONLINE DUE TO THEIR SYSTEM PROBLEM IN UPDATING THE PAYMENT STATUS, THE CONSUMER SERVICE CENTRE IS INFOMRING THAT IT WILL TAKE MINIMUM 4 DAYS TO ACTIVATE THE CALL THOUGH YOU MADE THE PAYMENT . I HAVE MET THE LOCAL OFFICE AT RAJAHMUNDRY BUT NO RESPONSE.

FROM THE ABOVE IT SEEMS THAT BSNL ON LINE SYSTEM OF PAYMENT IS NOT GETTING UPDATED DUE THE FACTORS KNOWN TO THEM FOR WHICH THE CUSTMER SHOULD NOT BE PUNISHED LIKE ME PAYING PROMPT PAYMENT BEFORE DUE DATE FOR 7 YEARS.

I REQUEST THAT TRAI SHOULD ADVISE BSNL THAT THEY SHOULD ACTIVATE ONCE THE CUSTOMER MADE THE PAYMENT IMMEDTIATLY OR OTHERWISSE THEY HAVES TO COMPENSATE FOR THE DELAY. WHEN BSNL CUT THE CALL WITH OUT INFOMRING THE CUSTOMERS WHY THEY DO NOT TAKE ACTION WHEN THERE ARE SO MUCH OF MANPOWER
