I lost my cell phone carbon and my sim( [protected]). i want to immediately block my sim because the person who has stolen it is misusing the sim.

BSNL — deactivating of scheme

i am trying from about two months to deactivate the scheme coming from the number[protected] .on 14th June 2010 the scheme { share live } is activated . i have called the customer care several times but they are not able to deactivate this scheme

BSNL — LANDLINE 020-2546 2869 DEAD

My landline no 2546 2869 is dead since 20/8/10. I have complained thrice, first on 20/8/10 vide com no 4472 then on 24/8/10 vide com no 4591 and again on 26/8/10 vide com no 4658.No body seems to take any action,and strangely my complaints are deleted with the remark that they have been looked into! Will somebody look into this and take necessary action.

i have number of times call to bsnl office for complaint of failure of our office broad band connection , he is told that i am come,come,come

but last three weeks he is told same answer

please help me and matter solve urgent our office business matters.

Yes, it is true. Invariably I failed to login to this site even I tried repeatedly.

i am not able check my usage data. whenever i log in , message that it encountered some error is coming, acctually it happened when i sumbitted password change, kindly help me

BSNL — TOO MUCH BILL AS IT IS NOT RIGHT ACCORDING TO PLAN

I am consumer of BSNL my phone no is[protected] .I am gotting mentally torture about BSNL BILL .The fault is of BSNL system but they are not making correction.Actually my braodband plan is 600C but they are sending me bill according to 250 plan .Please any solve this problem.Because BSNL officers are not listening .I have reached to many officers but they are just avoiding it as example of Mr.Bavankar in BSNL.

BSNL — Available scheme not given

I have bought a new bsnl 3g data card from bsnl kalka exchange. according to bsnl they are giving a free 3g sim and 51 rs. recharge coupen physically bundled with data card not available anywhere else.

but they a r refusing to give the sim and saying that the coupons are not yet printed thats why we cant provide you this coupen. even i talked to bsnl marketing head ambala on[protected]. they are saying the same. the photo of the scheme is attached. plz do the need ful

The given tel no is not working for more unreasonably long period,the sdo donot pick up the his mobile no.
Other staff tough visiting our office frequently did not adress the complaint.
Finally the complaint is logged on the computer complaint service.
Ours is a PSB and can not afford an out of service telephone for such a long period.

BSNL — regarding validity period

actually i took the bsnl Sim nearly 4 years ago,and whenever the validity expires they use to inform and thus i was consulting costumer care and i was following the procedures....but this time they didn't inform me about the validity expiry ... and no costumer will look up to the validity period when he checks the balance every time.. this is general but they didn't informed me.. so now its turned to general plan which is very costly ... nearly 350 to recharge and to reduce the call rates,once again we have to under go recharge.... this is all because of them, if they informed me even on the last day of expiry ,i defiantly follow what they said ....really they cheated me...

BSNL — Landline phone not repaired for the last 20 days even after repeated complaints .

Sir,

I Viswanathan having the landline number[protected] is writing this mail because even after repeated complaints for the past 20 days the issue is not resolved (phone dead).I have checked the complaint status and found the complaint has been closed without the issue being resolved.This is not the first time I am facing this issue,I am also attaching the list of complaint numbers that I have registered for the past one year.I would also like to inform you that the customer service is very poor,even I have sent a number of mails to CMD([protected]@bsnl.co.in ),Customer Service Centre -CM ([protected]@bsnl.co.in,),GM ([protected]@bsnl.co.in).but there was no respone and my issue was not resolved.
I even called the customer care (1500) several times but was in vain.The customer care executive has asked me to call another number[protected] I called that number but the executive who answered the call was rash and said that they were not responsible for the problem that I am facing.It is very strange that even the tickets that I have raised was closed with resolving the issue.I would even like to mention that BSNL is not even maintaining minimum professional standard and I wonder how they are surviving in the market.I hope after drafting this mail atleast now my phone gets repaired.
